INTEGRAL
Description and features
INTEGRAL-VC1 is a 100V volume control capable of han-
dling power up to 120W. The volume is adjustable with a
rotatable selector in 5 steps of -6dB each. It is equipped
with a relay and separated input for the reception of 24V
priority signals. When a priority signal is sent to the con-
troller, the volume will be automatically switched to the
maximum level. This is a very useful tool for emergency
and evacuation purposes.
• To be used with 100V / 70V lines
• Maximum Power Handling 120W
• 24V relay included for priority / emergency messages
• Rotatory 5 position selector (minimum = OFF)
• 86 x 86 mm electrical box included

Connections
Shown in the following image an INTEGRAL-VC1
controller connected to an INTEGRAL-Axxx amplifier
delivering on bridge mode 100Volts. In this case the VC1
has been connected to 4 x Arco-24T systems, each one
configured at 30W.

A more complex system is shown in the following im-
age. There is a paging microphone connected to an IN-
TEGRAL-MAxxxx model with priority selection. A back-
ground music program is provided by the INTEGRAL-AS2
audio source.

Installation
With each unit an electrical 86 x 86 mm box is included.
Contact a professional installer or authorized dealer for
the mounting process.
• Cut a squared hole in the wall to place the electrical
box.
• Place the electrical box and fix it to the wall. Previously
all cabling has been installed in the wall with sufficient
length to provide proper stress relief. Use flexible
cables.
• Run the cables out of the wall thru the electrical box.
• Connect the cables to the screw connector located
at the back plate of the VC1 following the pin out
previously described.
• Fix the unit it to the electrical box with the provided
M4x25 screws.
