Precauzioni importanti per la sicurezza
Quando si usano apparecchiature elettriche, è necessario rispettare alcune precauzioni di base,

• Non usare l’apparecchio all’aperto.
• Non lasciar pendere il cavo di alimentazione dal tavolo o dal piano di appoggio.
• Durante la lavorazione degli alimenti, tenere le mani e gli utensili lontano da eventuali lame o
dischi in movimento. Pericolo di infortunio grave o danni all’apparecchio.
• Prima di mettere in funzione l’apparecchio, accertarsi che le parti siano ssate correttamente,

Attenzione!
Mettere in funzione l’apparecchio solo quando l’accessorio è installato secondo le indicazioni
riportate nella tabella seguente e si trova nella corretta posizione di utilizzo.

Installare il gancio per impastare o una delle fruste
in base alle proprie esigenze.
Ruotare la leva di sgancio (2) in senso orario e,
contemporaneamente, con una mano sollevare il
braccio orientabile (1) no a sentire un clic.
Installare il coperchio della ciotola (8) sul braccio
orientabile (1) e ruotarlo leggermente in senso orario,
in modo che si ssi correttamente in posizione.
1. Mettere gli alimenti nella ciotola (12).
2. Inserire la ciotola nel vano che si trova
nell’alloggiamento del motore (4).
3. Ruotare leggermente la ciotola in senso orario,
in modo che si ssi in posizione.
Attenzione agli accessori in movimento. Pericolo di infortunio!
Mentre l’apparecchio è in funzione, tenere le dita lontano dalla ciotola.
Sostituire gli accessori esclusivamente quando l’apparecchio è fermo e la spina è scollegata dalla
presa di corrente. Dopo averlo spento, potrebbe rimanere in movimento per un breve periodo.

1. Turn the arm release button (2)
clockwise. at the same time lift the
swivel arm(1) with hand so that it locks
into place with a click，The swivel arm
tilts up.
2. Fit the bowl cover (8) onto the swivel
arm(1) and turn it slightly clockwise, so
that it locks into position securely.

1. Installare il paraschizzi sul braccio orientabile,
come indicato nella gura, assicurandosi che sia

3. A. Il gancio (11) si usa per impasti solidi, carne trita
o altre operazioni che richiedono una lavorazione
importante.
B. La frusta a foglia (10) si usa per mescolare impasti
più leggeri.
C. La frusta (9) si usa per montare panna, albumi ecc.
4. Ruotare l’accessorio, in modo che le parti sporgenti
dell’albero motore si allineino con le scanalature
sul bordo superiore dell’accessorio stesso.
Premere l’accessorio contro il braccio orientabile e,
contemporaneamente, ruotarlo in senso antiorario
nché le parti sporgenti si innestano e l’accessorio
risulta ssato saldamente in posizione. L’accessorio
non deve essere allentato e non deve risultare
possibile staccarlo tirando.
1. Abbassare il braccio orientabile in modo che si
ssi in posizione con un clic. Il coperchio (8) deve
innestarsi precisamente sulla ciotola (12), altrimenti
signica che è installato in modo scorretto. A questo
punto l’apparecchio è pronto per l’uso.
2. Collegare la spina alla presa di corrente.
L’apparecchio si accende. Portare la manopola della
velocità su 1 (o su un’altra regolazione). La spia sul
pannello dei comandi si accende.
3. Selezionare la velocità desiderata, da 1 a 6. Per
conoscere le velocità, le capacità e i tempi consigliati,
consultare la tabella nelle pagine precedenti.
4. Se si ha la necessità di recuperare l’impasto dalla
ciotola, aspettare che l’accessorio si sia fermato
completamente. Usare la spatola, mai le dita.

well.

9,or 11) onto the motor spindle (6) on
the underside of the swivel arm(1).
3. A. The kneading hook (11) is used
for heavy dough,minced meat or other
demanding kneading jobs.
B. The flat beater (10) is used to mix
lighter types of dough.
C. The whisk (9) is used for
whisking cream, egg whites, etc.
4. Turn the accessory, so the pins on the
spindle are aligned with the depressions
on the accessory top edge. Press the
accessory against the swivel arm and
turn it anti-clockwise at the same time
until the pins engage and the accessory
locks into position
securely. The accessory must not be
loose nor should you be able to pull it
free.
5. 1.Lower the swivel arm so that it locks
into place with a click. The lid(8) must
fit tightly with the mixing bowl(12),
otherwise it is fitted incorrectly. The
appliance is now ready for use.
2. Plug the power cord into main power
outlet and switches it ON. Turn Speed
control knob to speed1(or any speed
setting) indicator light on the control
panel will now be illuminated.
3. Select the speed you want using .
Speed button 1 is the slowest and speed
button 6 is the fastest speed.

Quando l’acqua viene aggiunta nel corso della preparazione, deve avere una temperatura di
40±5 °C.
1. Al termine dell’utilizzo, spegnere l’apparecchio
portando la manopola su 0. Prima di sostituire o
togliere l’accessorio, prima di smontare l’apparecchio
o quando questo non è in uso, spegnerlo e scollegare
la spina dalla presa di corrente.
2. Ruotare in senso orario la leva di sgancio (2)
e, contemporaneamente, sollevare il braccio
orientabile (1) con una mano no a sentire un clic.

2. Rimuovere la ciotola con all’interno gli alimenti
lavorati ruotandola in senso antiorario.

The temperature of water which will be added into dough at 40+/-5 ℃degree when preparing for dough is on progress.
CLEANING
When cleaning the appliance, you should pay attention to the following points:
•Remove plug from the mains socket, and allow the appliance to cool down before cleaning it.
•Do not immerse the motor section of the appliance in water and make sure no water enters the appliance.
•Clean the motor section by wiping it with a damp cloth. A little detergent can be added if the appliance is heavily soiled.
•Do not use scouring pads, steel wool or any form of strong solvents or abrasive cleaning agents to clean the appliance, as
they may damage the outside surfaces of the appliance.
•Take the appliance apart and clean all of the accessories separately. all of the accessories separately can be cleaned in
warm soapy wate. Make sure the parts are not fixed firmly in the dishwasher as this may change their shape.
•Be careful not to touch the blades or sharp parts during use and cleaning.
•IMPORTANT! Allow to dry fully after cleaning before using again. Do not use the appliance if damp.
•We recommend you lubricate the meat screens with vegetable oil after cleaning, and store them in grease-proof paper to

PULIZIA
Durante le operazioni di pulizia, rispettare le seguenti indicazioni.
• Prima di effettuare la pulizia, scollegare la spina dalla presa di corrente e lasciar raffreddare
l’apparecchio.
• Non immergere la parte del motore in acqua e assicurarsi che non entri acqua nell’apparecchio.
• Pulire la parte del motore con un panno umido. In caso di sporco ostinato, è possibile aggiungere
poco detergente.
• Non usare pagliette, lana d’acciaio o qualunque tipo di solvente forte o detergente abrasivo, che
potrebbero danneggiare le superci esterne dell’apparecchio.
• Smontare l’apparecchio e pulire tutti gli accessori separatamente con acqua calda e detersivo.
Assicurarsi che le parti non si incastrino nella lavastoviglie, onde evitare che si deformino.

Important safety precaution:

Il simbolo del cassonetto barrato riportato sull’apparecchiatura indica che il prodotto alla
ne della propria vita utile deve essere raccolto separatamente dagli altri riuti. L’utente
dovrà, pertanto, conferire l’apparecchiatura integra dei componenti essenziali giunta a ne
vita agli idonei centri di raccolta differenziati a seconda dei riuti elettronici ed elettrotecnici,
oppure riconsegnarla al rivenditore al momento dell’acquisto di nuova apparecchiatura di
tipo equivalente, in ragione di uno a uno, oppure 1 a zero per le apparecchiature aventi
lato maggiore inferiore a 25 cm. L’adeguata raccolta differenziata per l’invio successivo
dell’apparecchiatura dismessa al riciclaggio, al trattamento e allo smaltimento ambientale
compatibile contribuisce ad evitare possibili effetti negativi sull’ambiente e sulla salute e
favorisce il riciclo dei materiali di cui è composta l’apparecchiatura. Lo smaltimento abusivo
del prodotto da parte dell’utente comporta l’applicazione delle sanzioni amministrative di cui al
Decreto Legislativo N ° 49 del 14 Marzo 2014.

GARANZIA
Per l’apparecchio da noi messo in commercio ci assumiamo una garanzia di 24 mesi dalla
data di acquisto (scontrino) solo per la parte motore. Per la garanzia è sufciente lo scontrino
di acquisto. Senza questo non sussiste il diritto né ad una sostituzione né ad una riparazione
gratuita.
Nel caso si ricorra alla garanzia, restituire al rivenditore l’apparecchio completo in ogni sua
parte, nell’imballaggio originale unitamente allo scontrino.
L a riparazione e/o la sostituzione di pezzi soggetti a logoramento (*), come anche operazioni
di pulizia e manutenzione non rientrano nella garanzia e quindi sono a pagamento! L a
garanzia perde la sua validità se l’apparecchio è sottomesso all’intervento di terzi.
(*): cursori, ganci impastatori, cinghie di trasmissione, telecomandi di ricambio, spazzolini di
ricambio, lame di seghe, manopole, guarnizioni, timer, ltri ecc.
DOPO LA GARANZIA
Quando la garanzia è scaduta, le riparazioni devono essere effettuate da un negozio od un
servizio specializzato, contro pagamento.
Ai sensi dell’art.13 del Decreto Legislativo 25 Luglio 2005, n.151
“Attuazione delle Direttive 2002/95/CE, 2022/96/CE e 2003/108/CE, certicazione A13
relative alla riduzione dell’uso di sostanze pericolose nelle apparecchiature elettriche ed
elettroniche, nonché allo smaltimento riuti”. Il simbolo del cassonetto barrato riportato
sull’apparecchiatura indica che il prodotto alla ne della propria vita utile deve essere

trattamento e allo smaltimento ambientale compatibile contribuisce ad evitare possibili effetti
negativi sull’ambiente e sulla salute e favorisce il riciclo dei materiali di cui è composta
l’apparecchiatura. Lo smaltimento abusivo del prodotto da parte dell’utente comporta
l’applicazione delle sanzioni amministrative di cui al D.L gs n 22/1997” (articolo 50 e seguenti
del D.L gs n. 22/1997).
