1 INSTALLAZIONE (pag. 57)
1.1 Installazione del monitor interno
Utilizzare la staffa e le viti/tasselli forniti per ssare a muro il vostro monitor.
Prima di ssare la staffa di supporto, assicuratevi che la supercie del muro sia planare e ssatela
saldamente a circa 1,45 mt. di altezza.
1.2 Installazione del citofono
Fissare prima di tutto la calotta di protezione della videocamera alla supercie del muro con l’aiuto
delle viti e dei tasselli forniti. Assicurarsi che la videocamera punti ad un’altezza di circa 1,45 mt. dal
suolo. Il citofono è ad innesto, montatelo e ssatelo con la vite speciale posta sul lato inferiore. Per
una maggiore tenuta, si raccomanda di aggiungere una guarnizione in gomma tra le due parti (es.
con del silicone), attorno alla calotta di protezione.
2 FUNZIONAMENTO
Attenzione: Comporre il codice d’accesso a 4 cifre per sbloccare l’elettroserratura del cancello. Se il
codice d’accesso è valido, la spia luminosa si accende e si avverte lo scatto della serratura seguito
da 5 bip.
Attenzione: Dopo aver inserito un codice errato per 3 volte, l’elettroserratura si blocca ed il citofono
emette un lungo suono continuo per 1 minuto. Il Digicode può essere riutilizzato dopo questa attesa.
Attenzione: Il codice master inserito per default dalla fabbrica è: 1234.
2.1 Modica del codice master
• Togliere alimentazione all’apparecchio;
• Mantenendo premuto il tasto , ridare alimentazione al citofono che emetterà un lungo suono
continuato;
• Quando il lungo suono smette, rilasciare il tasto e digitare il nuovo codice a 4 cifre.
2.2 Accesso alla modalità programmazione
• Premere il tasto (2 bip) seguito dal codice master a 4 cifre (il codice master per default è
1234);
• Si accede al modo programmazione quando vengono emessi 3 bip e la spia luminosa lampeggia;
• Premere nuovamente il tasto per uscire dalla modalità programmazione (5 bip).
2.3 Aggiunta di codici utenti
• Accedere alla modalità programmazione. La spia luminosa lampeggia;
• Digitare il numero della posizione da programmare da 01 a 40 (2 bip), seguito dal codice di ac-
cesso a 4 cifre desiderato. Il citofono emetterà quindi 3 bip per indicare que il nuovo codice di
accesso è stato memorizzato correttamente.
Attenzione: Le posizioni da 31 a 40 sono riservate ai codici di sblocco. Questi codici non devono
essere utilizzati se non per mantenere l’elettroserratura aperta. Per ribloccarla, si può digitare lo
stesso codice usato per mantenerla aperta, o utilizzare un altro codice di sblocco già programma-
to (memorizzato nelle posizioni da 31 a 40).
• Se la posizione scelta è già stata programmata precedentemente, il nuovo codice d’accesso so-
vrascriverà automaticamente il codice memorizzato. Se il codice è corretto, verranno emessi 3 bip
a conferma;
• Riprendere dal punto 2 per aggiungere altri codici utente oppure premere il tasto per uscire
dalla modalità programmazione (5 bip).

2.4 Cancellazione di codici utente
• Entrare in modalità programmazione. La spia luminosa lampeggia;
• Digitare il numero della posizione da cancellare da 01 a 40, verranno emessi 2 bip;
• Premere il tasto per cancellare il codice della posizione, verranno emessi 3 bip a conferma;
• Riprendere dal punto 2 per cancellare altri codici utente oppure premere il tasto per uscire
dalla modalità programmazione (5 bip).
2.5 Cancellazione di un codice utente con posizione sconosciuta
• Entrare in modalità programmazione. La spia luminosa lampeggia;
• Premere il tasto , verranno emessi 2 bip;
• Inserire il codice di accesso a 4 cifre per cercare e cancellare, verranno emessi 3 bip a conferma;
• Riprendere dal punto 2 per cercare e cancellare altri codici utente oppure premere il tasto per
uscire dalla modalità programmazione (5 bip).
2.6 Cancellazione di tutti i parametri
Attenzione: Questa operazione cancella tutti i parametri ed i codici utente impostati, eccetto il codice
master.
• Entrare in modalità programmazione. La spia luminosa lampeggia;
• Premere una volta il tasto , verranno emessi 2 bip;
• Premere per la seconda volta il tasto , verranno emessi nuovamente 2 bip;
• Premere ancora il tasto per 7 volte per cancellare tutti i dati;
La spia luminosa si spegnerà e verranno emessi 5 bip ad indicare che la procedura di cancellazio-
ne è terminata.
2.7 Regolazione della temporizzazione dell’elettroserratura
Attenzione: La temporizzazione è impostata di default a 5 sec.
• Entrare in modalità programmazione. La spia luminosa lampeggia;
• Digitare 00 (per selezionare la posizione 00);
• Inserire 2 cifre (da 01 a 99 secondi) per la temporizzazione di blocco del relé desiderata;
• A questo punto la temporizzazione è stata memorizzata ed il citofono ritorna in modalità program-
mazione (3 bip);
• Premere il tasto per uscire dalla modalità programmazione (5 bip).

3 UTILIZZO DEL MONITOR INTERNO
• Quando un visitatore preme il campanello del citofono, viene emesso un avviso sonoro all’interno
e l’immagine del visitatore appare sullo schermo del monitor. In questo passaggio, l’immagine è
visibile ma il visitatore non sente. Si può scegliere allora tra conversare con lui premendo il tasto
“conversazione”, aprire l’elettroserratura premendo il tasto di “sblocco” o di non rispondere (in
questo caso il monitor si spegnerà automaticamente).
• Quando si parla all’interlocutore, l’immagine sullo schermo del videocitofono si spegnerà automa-
ticamente dopo circa 120 secondi. Per rivedere l’immagine premere il tasto “conversazione”.
• Dopo aver premuto il tasto “sblocco”, il monitor si spegne automaticamente.
• Si potrà in ogni momento ispezionare l’esterno premendo semplicemente il tasto “conversazio-
ne”, l’area esterna all’interno del campo visivo della telecamera del videocitofono sarà dunque
visibile sullo schermo del monitor. Lo schermo si spegnerà dopo circa 120 secondi.

4 REGOLE PER LA SICUREZZA
• Non sostituire alcuna parte con ricambi non originali e senza l’autorizzazione del fabbricante.
• Scollegare dalla rete elettrica l’apparecchio prima di qualsiasi tipo di intervento (installazione,
pulizia…).
• Non toccare il dispositivo con le mani umide.
• Non installare il citofono in una zona troppo polverosa, la lente potrebbe rovinarsi rapidamente.
• Non installare il monitor in una zona troppo luminosa, l’immagine potrebbe esserne disturbata.
• Non installare il dispositivo in un ambiente con possibili campi elettromagnetici (TV, computer).
• Non installare i prodotti vicino ad apparecchi pericolosi e/o inammabili.
• Scollegare dalla rete elettrica il videocitofono se inattivo per un lungo periodo di tempo.
• Non pulire il videocitofono con alcool, solventi o qualsiasi altro prodotto inammabile.
• Non smontare il citofono. Per le riparazioni contattare un tecnico autorizzato.
• Prevedere una distanza minima (5 cm.) attorno all’apparecchio per un’aerazione sufciente.
• Proteggere il monitor interno ed il trasformatore dell’alimentazione da spruzzi d’acqua.
• Non ostacolare la ventilazione coprendo i fori di aerazione con oggetti quali giornali, tovaglie,
tende, ecc.
• L’utilizzo di questo apparecchio è previsto in clima temperato. Non esporre a temperature estre-
me.
• L’apparecchio non deve essere esposto a fonti di calore dirette.
• Il dispositivo di connessione (presa di alimentazione o trasformatore) deve essere facilmente
accessibile in ogni momento.
• Il trasformatore deve essere installato da un professionista qualicato ed all’interno di un quadro
elettrico.
• La sezione dei cavi dell’alimentazione del trasformatore deve essere di almeno 0,5 mm².
5 COLLEGAMENTI ELETTRICI
5.1 Collegamento del monitor
Collegare i cavi rispettando lo schema elettrico. Il collegamento tra il monitor e la videocamera verrà
effettuato tramite 2 cavi (per l’art. ViDEA-P) oppure 4 cavi (per l’art. ViDEA-D).
Utilizzare un cavo con sezione 2x0.5 mm² (2x1,5 mm² consigliato) per distanze (videocitofono -->
monitor) no a 40 mt., oltre i 40 mt. e no ad un massimo di 70 mt., utilizzare un cavo con sezione
2x1 mm² (2x1,5 mm² consigliato).
Attenzione: Utilizzare esclusivamente cavi schermati (es. RG59) per il collegamento del videocitofono
al monitor interno. L’utilizzo di questo cablaggio, evita l’insorgere di disturbi del segnale audio/video.
Attenzione: Per una adeguata sicurezza elettrica tenere nettamente separati (minimo 4 mm in aria
o 1 mm attraverso l’isolamento) il cavo di alimentazione da quelli a bassissima tensione di sicurezza
(elettroserratura, segnale audio/video, ecc..) provvedendo eventualmente al loro ssaggio con ade-
guate fascette in prossimità delle morsettiere.
Attenzione: Non è permesso doppiare i cavi per aumentare la sezione.
5.2 Collegamento dell’elettroserratura
I morsetti della videocamera (contatto pulito NO-COM o NC-COM secondo il tipo di elettroserratura)
devono essere collegati all’elettroserratura utilizzando un cavo 2x1mm².
N.O.: Contatto normalmente aperto
N.C.: Contatto normalmente chiuso
COM: Comune
Attenzione: Afnchè l’elettroserratura funzioni, si raccomanda di integrare un trasformatore adeguato
all’elettroserratura prestando attenzione nel far corrispondere la polarità del trasformatore a quella
dell’elettroserratura.
5.3 Collegamento con due monitor in parallelo
E’ possibile collegare no a 2 monitor in parallelo con questo videocitofono.
Attenzione: Ciascun monitor dev’essere collegato ad un trasformatore.

1 INSTALLATION (pag. 57)
1.1 Installing the internal monitor
Use the bracket and the supplied screws and anchors to secure the monitor to the wall.
Prior to applying the mounting bracket, make sure that the wall’s surface is at, and fasten it securely
at about 1.45 m from the oor.
1.2 Installing the intercom
First, fasten the video camera’s protective cover to the wall’s surface using the supplied screws and
anchors. Make sure that the video camera is pointing at a height of approximately 1.45 metres from
the oor. Mount the intercom unit and secure it using the special screw on the bottom. In order to pro-
vide a better seal, it is recommended to apply a rubber seal around the protective cover between
the two parts (using silicone, for example).
2 FUNCTIONALITY
Warning: Enter the 4-digit access code to unlock the gate’s electric lock. If the access code is valid,
the indicator light will turn on, the lock will disengage, and the unit will emit 5 beeps.
Warning: After an incorrect access code has been entered 3 times, the electric lock will remain blo-
cked for 1 minute and the intercom will emit a prolonged acoustic signal. The Digicode device will only
be able to be used again once this waiting period has expired.
Attention: The default master code is set at the factory: 1234.
2.1 Changing the Master Code
• Shut off the device;
• Hold down the button and power the intercom back on. The device will emit a prolonged acou-
stic signal;
• Once the prolonged acoustic signal has stopped, release the button and enter the new 4 digit
code.
2.2 Accessing programming mode
• Press the button (the device will emit 2 beeps), followed by the 4 digit master code (the default
master code is 1234);
• After emitting 3 beeps, the indicator light will begin ashing and the device will switch to program-
ming mode;
• Press the button again to exit from programming mode (the device will emit 5 beeps).
2.3 Adding user codes
• Access the device’s programming mode. The indicator light will begin ashing;
• Enter the number of the position to be programmed from 01 to 40 (the device will emit 2 beeps),
followed by the desired 4 digit access code. The intercom will then emit 3 beeps to indicate that
the new access code has been properly saved.
Warning: Positions 31 to 40 are reserved for the unlock codes. These codes must only be used to
keep the electric lock open. In order to lock it again, re-enter the same code that was used unlock
it, or else enter another previously saved unlock code (stored in positions 31 to 40).
• If the selected position has already been programmed, the newly entered access code will auto-
matically overwrite the previously saved code. If the code is correct, the device will emit 3 beeps
to conrm the operation;
• Go back to point 2 to add additional user codes, or else press the button to exit from program-
ming mode (the device will emit 5 beeps).

2.4 Deleting user codes
• Access the device’s programming mode. The indicator light will begin ashing;
• Enter the number of the position to be deleted from 01 to 40. The device will emit 2 beeps;
• Press the button to delete the code saved in that position. The device will emit 3 beeps to con-
rm the operation;
• Go back to point 2 to delete additional user codes, or else press the button to exit from pro-
gramming mode (the device will emit 5 beeps).
2.5 Deleting a user code with an unknown position
• Access the device’s programming mode. The indicator light will begin ashing;
• Press the button. The device will emit 2 beeps;
• Enter the 4 digit access code to be searched for and deleted. The device will emit 3 beeps to con-
rm the operation;
• Go back to point 2 to search and delete additional user codes, or else press the button to exit
from programming mode (the device will emit 5 beeps).
2.6 Deleting all the parameters
Warning: This operation deletes all the parameters and user codes that have been set, with the ex-
ception of the master code.
• Access the device’s programming mode. The indicator light will begin ashing;
• Press the button once. The device will emit 2 beeps;
• Press the button again. The device will emit 2 beeps;
• Press the button again 7 times to delete all the data;
The indicator light will turn off and the device will emit 5 beeps to indicate that the deletion pro-
cess has been completed.
2.7 Adjusting the timing of the electric lock
Warning: The timing is set to 5 sec. by default.
• Access the device’s programming mode. The indicator light will begin ashing;
• Enter 00 (to select position 00);
• Enter 2 digits (from 01 to 99 seconds) for the desired relay locking time;
• At this point the timing has been saved and the intercom will return to programming mode (the
device will emit 3 beeps);
• Press the button to exit from programming mode (the device will emit 5 beeps).

3 USING THE INTERNAL MONITOR
• When a visitor presses the intercom’s doorbell, an acoustic signal will sound inside and the visi-
tor’s image will appear on the monitor’s screen. At this point, the image is visible, but the visitor
hears nothing. The person inside therefore has the choice of speaking with the visitor by pressing
the “talk” button, opening the electric lock by pressing the “unlock” button, or ignoring the call
altogether (in this case, the monitor will turn off automatically).
• If the decision should be made to speak with the visitor, the image on the intercom’s screen will
automatically disappear after about 120 seconds. To make the image reappear, simply press the
“talk” button once again.
• After having pressed the “unlock” button, the monitor turns off automatically.
• The image from the intercom’s video camera can be displayed at any time by simply pressing the
“talk” button: this will cause the area within the video camera’s eld of vision to appear on the
monitor’s screen. The screen will turn off after about 120 seconds.

4 SAFETY REGULATIONS
• Never replace any parts with non-original spare parts and without the manufacturer’s authorization.
• Disconnect the device from its electrical power supply before performing any type of intervention (instal-
lation, cleaning, etc.).
• Do not touch the device with wet hands.
• Do not install the intercom in an excessively dusty environment as this could lead to the rapid deteriora-
tion of the lens.
• Do not install the monitor in an excessively luminous area, as this could render the display difcult to see.
• Do not install the device in areas where electromagnetic elds may be present (TVs, computers, etc.).
• Do not install the products in the vicinity of dangerous and/or ammable equipment.
• Disconnect the video intercom unit if it is not expected to be used for an extended period of time.
• Do not clean the video intercom unit with alcohol, solvents or any other ammable products.
• Do not disassemble the intercom. Contact an authorized technician for any repairs that may be required.
• In order to ensure adequate ventilation, make sure that there is at least 5 cm. of free space on all sides
of the device.
• Make sure that the internal monitor and transformer are well protected against any possible liquid sprays.
• Do not obstruct the device’s ventilation by covering its ventilation openings with objects like newspapers,
tablecloths, curtains, etc.
• This device is intended for use in a temperate climate. Do not expose the device to extreme temperatu-
res.
• The device must not be exposed to direct heat sources.
• The connection device (power plug or transformer) must be easily accessible at all times.
• The transformer must be installed inside an electrical cabinet by a qualied technician.
• The cross section of the transformer’s power wires must be at least 0.5 mm².
5 ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS
5.1 Connecting the Monitor
Connect the wires according to the wiring diagram. The connection between the monitor and the video
camera is carried out using either 2 cables (for the ViDEA-P version) or 4 cables (for the ViDEA-D version).
Use a cable with a cross section of 2x0.5 mm² (2x1,5 mm² suggested) for distances of up to 40 metres
between the video intercom unit and the monitor. For distances ranging from 40 metres to 70 metres, use
a cable with a cross section of 2x1 mm² (2x1,5 mm² suggested).
Warning: Only use shielded cable (i.e. RG59) to connect the video intercom unit to the internal monitor.
Using of this type of cable will greatly reduce the possibility of audio/video signal disturbances.
Warning: In order to ensure adequate electrical safety, keep the power cable well separated (at least 4 mm
by air or 1 mm through insulation) from the low voltage safety wires (electric lock, audio/video signal, etc.),
making sure that they are properly fastened in bundles using suitable straps placed near the terminals.
Attenzione: The cables may not be doubled in order to increase their cross-section.
5.2 Connecting the electric lock
The video camera’s terminals (clean contact NO-COM or NC-COM according to the type of electric lock in
use) must be connected to the door’s electric lock using a 2x1 mm² cable.
N.O.: Normally open contact
N.C.: Normally closed contact
COM: Common
Warning: In order for the electric lock to function properly, it is recommended to integrate a suitable tran-
sformer into the electric lock itself, taking care to match the polarity of the transformer to that of the
electric lock.
5.3 Connecting two monitors in parallel
It is possible to connect up to 2 monitors in parallel with this video intercom unit.
Warning: Each monitor must be connected to a transformer.
