Step‐By‐Step,installationprocedure:

STEP1:

1. Shut‐offgassupplytoboilerattheboilergassupplyshutoffmanualvalve.
2. Disconnectpoweratthefusedisconnect.
3. Removeboilercontrolcover(seefig.1)andretainthecoverscrews.




4. Drillholeinfrontofboilercontrolcover(seefig.2),adrillingtemplateisprovidedwiththekit



5. Installandmountswitchassemblycomponentsasshown(seefig.3),confirmthecorrect
positionandorientationoftheswitch(seefig.4a,b,c)










a) Inlocalmode(switchinlocalposition)thesettingshallbedeterminedbyparameter
NN(XXisthesettingprogrammed)notethedecimalpositionifcontrolhasbeen
setupfor°Ffor°Cthedisplayedvaluesisadirectreading.
b) Inremotemode(switchinremoteposition)settingwillbedeterminedbythe0‐10vsignal
measuredonX29.11&X29.12.Theactualvoltageinputcanbeobservedintheread‐out
mode,consulttheboilermanual.
Applicationnote:
ThelocalsettingparameterNNisthemaximum
temperatureset‐pointtheboilerwillsupplyregardlessof
remotevoltagesupplied.

Theinstallationofthisswitchshallnotbeconsidered
completeuntilthecorrectfunctionoftheswitchisconfirmed
bytheinstaller.
Failuretoconfirmcorrectoperationcouldleadtopersonal
andpropertydamage.
Incorrectinstallationandoperationofthisswitchwillvoid
productwarranty.


