Overflow Boxes
Intro uction
Our overflow boxes allow a ing sump to your system without rilling, an only in a few steps.
Before installing make sure your overflow box an return pump have similar flow rate:
DP1500 – 1500lph
DP3000 – 3000lph ( accor ing outlet configuration )
DP5000 – 5000lph (accor ing outlet configuration )
DP10K – 10000lph
DP15K – 15000lph
Basics
Overflow Box can be installe at any place aroun the tank rim, epen ing on your requirement,
make sure the inlet will be place as far as possible from the overflow box – this will make the
water flow in the tank optimal.
Our overflow boxes will start automatically after power cuts an o not require any other evices to
work well.
Your overflow box has been configure to your requirement uring the or er process, so after
installation tank water level will be same as or ere .
Installation
- Put overflow box in selecte place,
- Connect outlet/outlets pipes an gui e them to the sump, same with return pump pipe – gui e
them to tank, before installation place pipe en to hot/boiling water – this will make installation
process fast an easy, if for some reasons you nee to remove the pipe – o not pull – cut it,
- Fill both chambers ( in tank chamber an outsi e chamber ) with water,
- Remove air from siphon area ( use re air valve – just suck off air ),
At this point make a short break – both chambers an siphon area are fille with water – this is i eal
moment to take the tightness test. Observe siphon area for increasing air volume an overflow box
outsi e chamber for water leakage – if you fin something alarming – stop using the equipment -
contact us as soon as possible,
- Switch on return pump – overflow box will start to transfer water to sump,
- For testing purposes switch off/on return pump a couple times to be sure overflow box will start
automatically,
- All one.

Troubleshooting
If you fin something alarming, or if you are not sure or have a question – o not hesitate to contact
us.
Water “gurgling” - overflow box are noisy – water level in outsi e chamber too low – open air
valve on the top of outlet ( white one ) a bit , water level will increase – i eally when the water
reaches over the elbow
Increasing air volume in siphon area for long time perio s - air bubbles from front chamber are
sucke to siphon area – we recommen e to spee up the return pump.
