GPGPU Dongle Cable Installation
Guidelines
This document contains information on assembling the GPGPU dongle cable.
Follow the procedure given in this document if your system was not pre-installed
with the GPGPU dongle cable.
NOTE: For instructions on installing and removing the GPGPU card, see your system’s
owner’s manual at dell.com\support\manuals.
1 Connect the 8-pin connector end of the GPGPU dongle cable to the system
power cable.
2 Connect the 6-pin connector end of the GPGPU dongle cable to the GPGPU.
NOTE: To prevent the cables from being pinched or crimped while installing the GPGPU
card, route the cables appropriately through the brackets available on the inside of the
chassis adjacent to the GPGPU card.

Consignes d'installation du câble de
dongle GPGPU
Ce document contient des informations sur la procédure d'assemblage du câble
de dongle GPGPU. Suivez la procédure décrite dans ce document si un câble de
dongle GPGPU n'a pas été pré-installé sur votre système.
REMARQUE : Pour en savoir plus sur l'installation et le retrait de la carte GPGPU,
voir le manuel du propriétaire du système à l'adresse dell.com\support\manuals.
1 Connectez l'extrémité du connecteur à 8 broches du câble de dongle GPGPU
au câble d'alimentation du système.
2 Connectez l'extrémité du connecteur à 6 broches du câble de dongle GPGPU
à GPGPU.
REMARQUE : Pour empêcher les câbles de se coincer ou de se plier lors de
l'installation de la carte GPGPU, acheminez les câbles de façon appropriée à travers les
supports adjacents à la carte GPGPU situés à l'intérieur du châssis.

1 Verbinden Sie das 8-polige Anschlussende des GPGPU-Dongle-Kabels mit
dem Netzkabel des Systems.
2 Verbinden Sie das 6-polige Anschlussende des GPGPU-Dongle-Kabels mit
dem GPGPU.
ANMERKUNG: Führen Sie die Kabel durch die Kabelführungen an der Innenseite des
Gehäuses neben der GPGPU-Karte, damit sie beim Installieren der GPGPU-Karte nicht
eingeklemmt oder gequetscht werden.

本マニュアルには、 GPGPU ドングルケーブルの組み立てについての情報が記載さ
れていま 。お使いのシステムに
GPGPU ドングルケーブルが事前に取り付けられ
ていない場合は、本マニュアルの手順に従ってください。
メモ：
GPGPU カードの取り付けと取り外しに関する手順は、
dell.com\support\manuals でお使いのシステムのオーナーズ ニュアルを参照して
ください。
1 GPGPU ドングルケーブルの 8 ピンコネクタ側をシステム電源ケーブルに接続
します。
2 GPGPU ドングルケーブルの 6 ピンコネクタ側を GPGPU に接続します。
メモ： GPGPU カードの取り付け中にケーブルが挟まれたり折れ曲がることを防ぐた
め、GPGPU カードに隣接するシャーシ内部にあるブラケットを使ってケーブルを適切
に配線してください。

Pautas de instalación del cable de
llave de la GPGPU
Este documento contiene información sobre el montaje del cable de llave de la
GPGPU. Siga el procedimiento que se indica en este documento si su sistema no
fue preinstalado con el cable de llave de la GPGPU.
NOTA: Para obtener instrucciones sobre cómo instalar y extraer la tarjeta de la
GPGPU, consulte el manual del propietario de su sistema en dell.com\support\manuals.
1 Conecte el extremo del conector de 8 patillas del cable de llave de la GPGPU
al cable de alimentación del sistema.
2 Conecte el extremo del conector de 6 patillas del cable de llave GPGPU al
GPGPU.
NOTA: Para evitar que los cables queden apretados o doblados durante la instalación
de la tarjeta de la GPGPU, enrute los cables adecuadamente a través de los soportes
disponibles en el interior del chasis adyacente a la tarjeta GPGPU.
