Update
System Memory
This document provides latest information on the supported memory
configurations listed in the Hardware Owner’s Manual at
support.dell.com/manuals.
For systems with two processors:
• Single-rank and dual-rank RDIMMs of sizes 2 GB, 4 GB, 8 GB, and 16 GB
are supported for a total of up to 288 GB.
• Quad-rank RDIMMs (two per channel) are supported for a total of up to
192 GB.
• 1 GB and 2 GB UDIMMs are supported for a total of up to 24 GB.
Memory Module Installation Guidelines
The memory speed of each channel depends on the memory configuration:
• For single or dual-rank memory modules:
– One and two memory modules per channel support up to 1333 MHz.
– Three memory modules per channel support up to 800 MHz.
• For quad-rank memory modules:
– One memory module per channel supports up to 1067 MHz.
– Two memory modules per channel are limited to 800 MHz, regardless of
memory module speed.
NOTE: Actual memory speed depends on your system configuration such as the
processor series, DIMM voltage (low or standard), and system firmware/BIOS version.

对于采用两个处理器的系统：

Mémoire système
Ce document contient les informations les plus récentes sur les configurations
mémoire prises en charge répertoriées dans le Manuel du propriétaire du matériel
disponible à l'adresse support.dell.com/manuals.
Pour les systèmes à deux processeurs :
• Les barrettes RDIMM à simple et double rangée de 2 Go, 4 Go, 8 Go
et 16 Go sont prises en charge pour un total de 288 Go.
• Les barrettes RDIMM à quatre rangées (deux par canal) sont prises en charge
pour un total de 192 Go.
• Les barrettes UDIMM de 1 et 2 Go sont prises en charge pour un total
de 24 Go.
Consignes d'installation des barrettes de mémoire
La vitesse de la mémoire sur chaque canal dépend de la configuration de
la mémoire :
• Pour les barrettes de mémoire à simple ou double rangée :
– Une configuration de une ou deux barrettes de mémoire par canal
prend en charge jusqu'à 1 333 MHz.
– Une configuration de trois barrettes de mémoire par canal prend
en charge jusqu'à 800 MHz.
• Pour les barrettes de mémoire à quadruple rangée :
– Une configuration à une barrette de mémoire par canal prend en charge
jusqu'à 1 067 MHz.
– Les configurations à deux barrettes de mémoire par canal sont limitées à
800 MHz, indépendamment de la vitesse des barrettes.

REMARQUE : La vitesse de mémoire réelle dépend de votre configuration système,
notamment de la série du processeur, de la tension des barrettes DIMM (basse tension
ou standard), et de la version du micrologiciel/BIOS système.

Dieses Dokument liefert aktuelle Informationen über die unterstützten
Speicherkonfigurationen, die im Hardware-Benutzerhandbuch unter
support.dell.com/manuals aufgeführt sind.
Für Systeme mit zwei Prozessoren:
• Einfach- und Zweifach-RDIMMs mit 2, 4, 8 und 16 GB werden bis zu einer
Gesamtkapazität von 288 GB unterstützt.
• Vierfach-RDIMMs (zwei pro Kanal) werden bis zu einer Gesamtkapazität
von
192 GB unterstützt.
• UDIMMs der Größen 1 GB und 2 GB werden bis zu einer Gesamtkapazität
von 24 GB unterstützt.
Installationsrichtlinien für Speichermodule
Die Speichertaktung jedes Kanals ist von der Speicherkonfiguration abhängig:
• Bei Einfach- oder Zweifach-Speichermodulen:
– Ein und zwei Speichermodule pro Kanal unterstützen bis zu 1333 MHz.
– Drei Speichermodule pro Kanal unterstützen bis zu 800 MHz.
• Bei Vierfach-Speichermodulen:
– Ein Speichermodul pro Kanal unterstützt bis zu 1067 MHz.
– Zwei Speichermodule pro Kanal sind auf 800 MHz beschränkt,
unabhängig von der Taktung des Speichermoduls.
ANMERKUNG: Die tatsächliche Speichertaktung ist von Ihrer Systemkonfiguration
wie der Prozessorreihe, der DIMM-Spannung (niedrig oder standardmäßig) und der
Firmware/BIOS-Version des Systems abhängig.

プロセッサが
2 個搭載されているシステムの場合は、以下のとおりです。
•サイズが 2 GB、4 GB、8 GB、16 GB のシングルランクとデュアルラ
ンクの RDIMM で、合計 288 GB まで。
• クアッドランクの RDIMM （各チャネルに 2 枚）で、 合計 192 GB ま
で。
•1 GB および 2 GB のUDIMM を合計 24 GB まで取り付けることがで
ます。

各チャネルのメ リ速度は、メ リ構成によって左右されます。

をサポートします。
– 各チャネルの 3 枚のメ リ ジュールは 800 MHz までをサポート
します。

– 各チャネルの 1 枚のメ リ ジュールは 1067 MHz までをサポート
します。
– チャネルごとの 2 枚のメ リ ジュールは、メ リ ジュール自体
の速度に関係なく、
