One cables is attached in drive cage, for connection to maximum of four SAS / SATA drives.
For five or more drives connection, the additional cable is required

The Hot Plug 4x 3.5-inch drive cage can mount two 3.5-inch SATA drives as standard.
One cables is attached in drive cage, for connection to maximum of four SATA HDD.

The Non-Hot Plug 4x 3.5-inch drive cage can mount two 3.5-inch SATA drives as standard.
