GENERAL SAFETY RULES
FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE RULES MAY RESULT IN SERIOUS PERSONAL INJURY.
• EYE PROTECTION. All persons in work area should wear safety glasses with side shields. Everyday eyeglasses
with impact resistant lenses are not safety glasses. Eye equipment should comply with ANSI Z87.1 or CAN/CSA
Z94.3 standards.
• HEARING PROTECTION. All people in work area should wear proper hearing protection consistent with noise
levels and exposure. Hearing equipment should comply with ANSI S3.19 standards.
• DUST PROTECTION. Use of power tools can generate and/or distribute dust, which may cause serious or
permanent respiratory damage. Direct particles away from face and body. Always operate machines in well-
ventilated area and provide for proper dust removal. Use dust collection system whenever possible. Exposure to
dust may cause serious or permanent respiratory or other illness, including silicosis (a serious lung disease), cancer,
and death. Avoid breathing dust and avoid prolonged contact with dust. Allowing dust to get in your mouth or eyes,
or lay on your skin may promote absorption of harmful material. Use properly fitting NIOSH/OSHA/MSHA approved
respiratory protection appropriate for the dust exposure and wash exposed areas with soap and water.
• THIS PRODUCT WAS DESIGNED TO BE USED AS A STAND FOR MITER SAWS. DO NOT alter the stand, use it
with other products, or for other purposes. The stand will support 400 lbs., including both machine and workpiece.
Any misuse or abuse can result in product damage or personal injury.
• USE CARE WHEN ASSEMBLING, MOVING, RAISING OR LOWERING THE STAND to reduce the risk of pinching
hands and fingers.
• PLACE THE STAND ON A FLAT AND LEVEL SURFACE to prevent rocking or tipping. Do not use the stand on
an uneven, unstable or slippery surface. Always check the stability of the stand before connecting the machine to
power source.
• DO NOT STAND ON THIS PRODUCT or use the support extensions as a ladder or scaffolding. It is unsafe to climb,
sit or stand on this product.
• CHECK PRODUCT FOR DAMAGE. Before using stand, and after it has been dropped or damaged, check moving
and affected components of stand and any attached machines for alignment, binding, breakage and any other
condition that may affect the machine’s performance and the stands ability to properly support and secure the
machine. Do not use a damaged product. A damaged product should be properly repaired using only identical
replacement parts.
• CHECK THE LEGS, MOUNTING BRACKETS AND OTHER SUPPORTS
• DISCONNECT MACHINE from power source before attaching it to stand, and when machine is not in use.
• PROPERLY MOUNT machine and adjust work piece supports so the work piece(s) will be level with machine table.
• PROPERLY SECURE THE MACHINE to the stand before connecting it to power source.
• DO NOT ATTEMPT to use stand for operations involving an awkward or oversized work piece that could cause the
stand to tip over.
• WHEN TRANSPORTING STAND, make sure it is properly secured and knobs are tightened.
• CONSULT MITER SAW MANUAL for safe and proper operation of any miter saw used with this stand.
SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS.
Refer to them often and use them to instruct others.
If tool is loaned to someone, also loan them these instructions.

Dust created by power sanding, sawing, grinding, drilling, and other construction activities may contain
chemicals known to the state of California to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm.
Some examples are:
• Lead from lead-based paints
• Crystalline silica from bricks and cement and other masonry products
• Asbestos dust
• Arsenic and chromium from chemically-treated lumber
• Your risk from these exposures varies depending on how often you do this type of work. To reduce your exposure to
these chemicals: work in a well-ventilated area and work with approved safety equipment, such as dust masks that
are specifically designed to filter out microscopic particles.
• Avoid prolonged contact with dust from power sanding, sawing, grinding, drilling, and other construction activities.
Wear protective clothing and wash exposed areas with soap and water.
If you have any questions or concerns relative to the use of your tool or the contents of this manual, stop using the tool
and call Delta Power Equipment Corporation Customer Care at 1-800-223-7278.
Before beginning assembly of product, make sure all parts are present. Compare parts with package contents list and
hardware contents list. If any part is missing or damaged, DO NOT attempt to assemble the product.
Tools required for assembly (not included): Phillips screwdriver, 13mm or adjustable wrench.
Avoid tipping stand until adjustment knobs are locked in place to secure work support rods.
This product requires assembly.
1. Remove the stand and all parts from the carton.
2. Place the stand on the ground.
3. Seperate all parts from the packing materials. Compare parts with the illustration on page 5 to make sure all parts
are found before discarding packing material.

1. Fold legs out on stand by pushing spring pin in to
unlock legs from folded position as shown in Figure
1 & 1a.
Failure to secure lock spring pin on each
leg may result in serious injury.

2. Insert the end T-support assemblies into the receiver
tubes of the adjustable work support rods, on both
ends of the assembly, as shown in Figure 2. Secure
with lock knob (d) see Figure 2a. d

3. Insert the two remaining lock knobs (d) as shown in
Figure 3 and 3a, and tighten to secure the adjustable
work support rod.
4. With the lock knobs on the mounting brackets, in the
unlocked position, see Figure 4a; install the mounting
brackets as shown in Figure 4.

Mounting brackets when slots align with saw mounting holes
To Reduce Risk of Serious Injury
• Make sure the saw is positioned for best balance and stability.
• All corners of the saw must be bolted securely to the mounting brackets before use.
• Make sure no bolts extend above the saw table.
• Make sure mounting bracket clamping pressure is sufficient to securely clamp bracket(s) to stand and lock clamping
knob in place before each use.
NOTE: Only 4 sets of securing hardware are provided with the stand. If this provided hardware does not work with your
saw, use hardware that will properly secure your saw.
1. Place saw on mounting brackets and adjust brackets
as needed to align holes in saw base to mounting
bracket slots. Feed M8 x 55mm carriage bolt (c) up
through the mounting bracket and secure with M8
washer (b) and M8 hex nut (a) as shown in Figure 5
and 5a. Repeat this step on remaining holes of saw.
Note: For ease of alignment, mounting brackets can be
loosely attached to saw body before securing mounting
brackets to stand.
Make sure all mounting brackets and
hardware are tightly secured before
using saw.
2. Position the saw in the desired location on the stand
as shown in Figure 6. Lock mounting brackets in
place using the lock knob on each mounting bracket
see Figure 6a.
To avoid risk or serious injury, position
saw so majority of weight is always
center between the support legs.

ADJUSTMENT INSTRUCTIONS
If mounting bracket slots do not align with the saw
mounting holes, a 1/2” thick board may be used as a
mounting surface between the mounting brackets and
the saw.
To reduce risk of serious injury.
• Board must be at least 1/2” thick and wide enough to
extend beyond saw and mounting brackets.
• Make sure mounting hardware will not extend above
saw table or interfere with mounting brackets.
• Make sure all hardware and mounting brackets are
tightly secured before mounting saw.
Mounting brackets when slots do not align with saw mounting holes
1. Adjust left and right vertical T-supports as needed, to
support work piece on the saw, so that it is level with
the saw work table. Tighten lock knobs on receiver
tubes. See Figures 7 & 7a.

2. The support plates can be raised to act as positive
stops when cutting multiple boards to the same
length. See Figure 8 & 8a.
3. Adjust support rods as needed and tighten lock
knobs as shown in Figure 9 & 9a.
4. This stand is equipped with one adjustable foot to
level stand on surfaces that may be less than level.
Adjust as needed to stabilize stand. See Figure 10 &
10a.
To avoid risk or serious injury, do not
attempt to use stand if it cannot be
placed in a stable level position.

1. Remove saw from stand
2. Fold legs in on stand by pushing spring pin in to
unlock legs from extended position as shown in
Figure 12 & 12a.
NOTE: If needed, have another person assist with
supporting stand while collapsing legs.
Make sure mounting bracket clamping
pressure is sufficient to securely clamp
mounting bracket to the stand and lock clamping knobs
in place before each use.
5. It may become necessary to adjust mounting
bracket(s) if they do not hold tight to the rails on the
miter saw stand.
• Remove the mounting bracket(s) from the miter
saw stand.
• To adjust the mounting bracket(s), loosen jam nut
with 10mm open end wrench, with Phillips screw
driver turn screw to the right to adjust mounting
bracket clamp tighter or turn to the left to loosen
clamp.
• Re-tighten jam nut and reattach mounting
bracket(s) to the miter saw stand, and turn the
lock knob on the mounting brackets to the lock
position. Verify the mounting bracket(s) are
holding tight to the rails.

storage/transportation position.

Three Year Limited Warranty
1. WHAT IS COVERED. Delta Power Equipment Corporation (“Company”) will, at its option, repair or replace this product, if purchased at
retail in the United States or Canada and the product, with normal use, has proven to be defective in workmanship or material, subject
to the conditions stated in this Limited Warranty. This Limited Warranty covers only materials and labor. All transportation costs are
Customer’s responsibility.
2. WARRANTY PERIOD. All warranty claims must be submitted within three years from the date of retail purchase. For all service parts
and factory refurbished SHOPMASTER products, the warranty period is 180 days.
3. HOW TO OBTAIN SERVICE. To obtain warranty service, you must return the defective product, at your expense, to a service center
authorized by Company to perform warranty service (a “Company Authorized Service Center”) within the applicable warranty period,
together with acceptable proof of purchase, such as your original receipt bearing the date of purchase, or product registration
number. Company reserves the right to restrict warranty claim service to the country where the purchase was made and/or to charge
for the cost to export service parts or provide warranty service in a different country. For this purpose, on-line purchases are deemed
made in the United States. For the location of your nearest Company Authorized Service Center, call Company’s Customer Care

4. EXCLUSIONS.
• Company does not offer any warranty on products purchased in used or damaged condition.

La poussière du ponçage, sciage, meulage, perçage et autres activités de construction peuvent contenir
des produits chimiques connus de l’état de la Californie de causer le cancer, les défauts de naissance
ou d’autres problèmes de reproduction. Quelques exemples sont:
– Le plomb provenant des peintures à base de plomb
– Silice cristalline des briques et ciment et d’autres produits de maçonnerie
– La poussière d’amiante
– Arsenic et chrome provenant des bois traités chimiquement
• Votre risque de ces expositions varie selon combien de fois vous faites ce type de travail. Pour réduire votre
exposition à ces produits chimiques : travaillez dans un secteur bien ventilé et travaillez avec l’équipement de
sûreté approuvé, tel que les masques de poussière qui sont spécifiquement conçus pour filtrer dehors les particules
microscopiques.

Avant de commencer l’assemblage du produit, assurez-vous que toutes les pièces sont présentes. Comparez les pièces
à la liste du contenu du paquet et la liste du contenu du matériel. Le cas échéant la partie est absente ou endommagé,
n’essayez pas d’assembler le produit.
Outils requis pour l’assemblée (non incluse) : Tournevis Phillips, 13mm ou clé à molette.
ATTENTION: Éviter de soulever l’établi si les poignées de réglage ne sont pas serrées pour verrouiller les tiges de
support de façon sécuritaire.
Ce produit exige l’assemblée.
1. Enlevez le stand et tous pièces du carton.
2. Placez le stand au sol.
3. Séparez toutes les pièces des matériaux d’emballage. Comparez les pièces à l’illustration à la page 5 pour s’assurer
que toutes les pièces sont trouvés avant de jeter le matériel d’emballage.

1. Pliez les pieds dehors sur le stand en poussant la
tige à ressort pour ouvrir des pieds de la position
pliée suivant les indications de Figure 1 & 1a.
AVERTISSEMENT :
Ne pas bloquer les pattes avec
leur goujon de blocage à ressort
pourrait conduire à des blessures graves.
2. Insérer l’extrémité des supports en T dans le tube
récepteur des supports de travail ajustables, aux
deux extrémités de l’assemblage, tel qu’illustré à la
Figure 2. Fixer avec le bouton de blocage (d), voir
Figure 2a..

1. Insérer les deux poignées de verrouillage restantes
(d) comme montrées aux figures 3 et 3a, et serrer
pour bloquer la tige de support réglable.
2. Avec les boutons de serrure, sur les supports de
montage, en position débloquée, voir Figure 4a;
installez les supports de montage suivant les
indications de Figure 4.

Les supports quand les fentes alignent avec des trous de montage de la scie
AVERTISSEMENT :
Pour réduire le risque de blessures
• S’assurer que la scie est positionnée pour le meilleur équilibre et stabilité.
• Les quatre coins de la scie doivent solidement boulonnés aux supports de montage avant de l’utiliser.
• S’assurer qu’aucun boulon ne dépasse la surface de la table de la scie.
• S’assurer que la pression de serrage du support de montage à pince est suffisante pour fixer les supports à l’établi
de façon sécuritaire, et de verrouiller les poignées de serrage des pinces en place avant chaque utilisation.
NOTE: Seulement 4 ensembles de fixer le matériel sont fournis avec le stand. Si ce matériel fourni ne fonctionne pas
avec votre scie, utilisez le matériel qui fixera correctement votre scie.
1. Placez la scie sur des supports et ajustez des
supports comme nécessaire pour aligner des trous
dans la base de la scie aux fentes de support. Gavez
le boulon de chariot de M8 X 55mm (c) par le support
et le fixez avec la rondelle M8 (b) et l’écrou hex M8 (a)
suivant les indications du schéma 5 et 5a. Répétez
cette étape sur les trous restants de la scie.
Remarque: Pour faciliter l’alignement, les supports de
montage peuvent être fixés de façon lâche au corps de la
scie avant de fixer les supports de montage à l’établi.
AVERTISSEMENT :
S’assurer que tous les supports
et quincaillerie de montage sont
serrés à fond avant d’utiliser la scie.
2. Placez la scie dans l’endroit désiré sur le stand
suivant les indications de Figure 6. Verrouillez les
supports de montage en place utilisant le bouton
de verrouillage sur chaque support de montage voir
Figure 6a.
AVERTISSEMENT :
Toujours positionner la scie pour
que sa masse la plus lourde se
trouve centrée entre les pattes de support de l’établi.

INSTRUCTIONS D’AJUSTEMENT
Si les fentes du support de montage ne s’alignent pas
avec les trous de montage de la scie, une planche d’une
épaisseur de 13 mm (1/2 po) peut être utilisée comme
surface de montage entre les supports de montage et la
scie.
AVERTISSEMENT :
Pour éviter les risques de
blessures
• La planche doit être d’au moins 13 mm (1/2 po) et de
largeur suffisante pour dépasser la base de la scie et
des supports de montage.
• S’assurer que la quincaillerie de montage ne sorte
pas au-dessus de la surface de la table de la scie ou
ne cause interférence aux supports de montage.
• S’assurer que toute la quincaillerie et supports de
montage sont serrés à fond avant d’installer la scie
Les supports de montage quand les fentes ne s’alignent pas avec des trous de
montage de la scie
1. Ajuster les supports en T verticaux de gauche et de
droite au besoin pour soutenir l’ouvrage sur la scie
afin qu’il soit à niveau avec l’établi de scie. Serrer le
bouton de blocage sur les tubes récepteurs. Voir les
Figures 7 et 7a.
