SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
• This unit contains small parts which could be a choking hazard for small children. Children should be
under adult supervision at all times or serious injury could occur.
• Always unload unit prior to moving the unit. The weight of personal belongings can cause the unit to
become unstable and either tip or collapse. Serious bodily injury and/or damage to personal belongings
may occur.
• Do not overload unit. If any shelf, top, or bottom of unit bows or bends, it is overloaded. The shelf, top, or
bottom could collapse and cause serious bodily injury and/or damage to personal belongings.
• Do not climb or step on the unit. The unit may become unstable and either tip or collapse. Serious bodily
injury and/or damage to personal belongings may occur.
• Do not use this unit as a television stand. Serious bodily injury and/or damage to personal belongings
may occur.
• Do not mount or attach anything to the sides, rear, or front of the unit as this can create a force which can
cause the unit to tip. Serious bodily injury and/or damage to personal belongings may occur.
• Do not hang this unit on the wall. The product structure is not designed for wall hanging. Serious bodily
injury, damage to personal belongings, and/or damage to the wall may occur.
• Follow proper safety procedures if using power tools and ladders.
• We recommend you protect your work surface during assembly to prevent scratching or damage to table
tops, wood oors, etc.
• We recommend you hand-tighten screws. Use care not to overtighten if using power tools.
Serious or fatal crushing injuries can occur from
furniture tip-over. To help prevent tip-over:
- Install tip-over restraint provided.
- Unless specically designed to accommodate, do not
set TVs or other heavy objects on top of this product.
- Never allow children to climb or hang on drawers,
doors, or shelves.
- Place heavy items on lower shelves and as far back
as possible.
Use of tip-over restraints may only reduce, but not
eliminate, the risk of tip-over.

Unfinished edges are shaded in gray in the illustrations throughout this document. It is
important to understand how finished edges go together. Take a moment to lay out all the
wood pieces and note the finished and unfinished (raw wood) edges. Arrange pieces so all
finished edges are facing the same way. While assembling, take care to note in each diagram
which way finished edges are facing. In general, all finished edges will face forward and all
finished sides (large area of piece) will face up when product is fully assembled and upright.

1. Secure cam posts (H2) into holes as shown. PLEASE NOTE: Cam post is secure when threads on screw are not showing.
2. Insert cam lock (H3) and press to bottom of hole. Ensure arrow on cam lock is pointing towards outer edge as shown.
3. Insert dowels (H5) into holes as shown.

STEP 2
1. Insert WIDE dowels (H5) into holes in bottom of top cleat (D) as shown.
2. Align front cleat (E) with appropriate holes as shown and install. Tighten cam locks.
3. Align top cleat (D) with appropriate holes in top shelf (C) and use assembly screws (H1) to secure.

STEP 3
1. Insert SHORT dowels (H6) into holes in middle dividers (F) as shown.
2. Align middle dividers (F) with appropriate holes in top shelf (C) and use assembly screws (H1) to secure.

STEP 4
1. Insert cam lock (H3) and press to bottom of holes in bottom shelf (G). Ensure arrow on cam locks are pointing towards outer edge as shown.
2. Align bottom shelf (G) with appropriate holes in middle dividers (F) and use assembly screws (H1) to secure.
3. Insert cam lock (H3) and press to bottom of holes in bottom cleat (H). Ensure arrow on cam locks are pointing towards outer edge as shown.
4. Insert dowels (H5) into holes in bottom shelf (G) as shown. Flip bottom cleat (H) and align with appropriate holes.

STEP 5
1. Align side panels (A & B) with appropriate holes as shown and install.
2. Tighten cam locks to secure side panels (A & B) to top shelf (C), bottom shelf (G), and bottom cleat (H).

STEP 6
1. Flip the unit over so the unnished edges are facing up.
2. Place back panel (I) onto unit (making sure the nished side of backer faces down) and center horizontally and vertically.
3. Nail the back panel (I) into position using small nails (H4). Avoid angling nails.
4. Gently tap the nail-on feet (H7) approximately 1 in. away from each corner.

STEP 7
1. Turn unit upright.
2. Peel backing from two strips of tape on underside of cushion (J).
3. Flip cushion (J) over so tape faces down, and position cushion on bench. Push down rmly for tape to adhere.
