STATEMENT OF USE
This product is designed as a hole deburring
tool. No other use permitted. For professional
use only. The use of spare parts/accessories
(including chucks stated in the document)
other than those originally supplied by
the manufacturer may result in a drop of
performance, an increased maintenance level,
an increased level of vibration and in the full the
cancellation of the manufacturer’s liability.
OPERATING
The tools are tted with a progressive
throttle action, this allows a low speed with
a small throttle opening which is ideal when
commencing a drilling operation. Always use a
sharp drill at the correct drilling speed.
Refer to gure no. 1 for compressed air
connection.

These declared values were obtained by
laboratory type testing in accordance with the
stated standards and are suitable for comparison
with the declared values of other tools tested
in accordance with the same standards. These
declared values are not adequate for use in risk
assessments and values measured in individual
work places may be higher. The actual exposure
values and risk of harm experienced by an
individual user are unique and depend upon
the way the user works, the workpiece and the
workstation design, as well upon the exposure
time and the physical condition of the user.

instead of values reecting the actual exposure,
in an individual risk assessment in a work place
situation over which we have no control.
This tool may cause hand-arm vibration
syndrome if its use is not adequately managed.

may relate to noise or vibration exposure, so

LUBRICATION
This is a DRYLINE tool designed to operate on
a totally dry air line i.e. one without any oil or
water moisture. DRYLINE tools can also operate
on a lubricated or partly lubricated air line thus
allowing easy interchangeability with existing
installations.
If lubrication is required an air line lubricator
should be tted down stream of the lter.
Use ISO VG 15.
Note: full power is achieved using a lubricated
air supply.
