PAIRING COM-DEX AND
COM-DEX REMOTE MIC
WITH A MOBILE PHONE

STEP 1
PAIRING COM-DEX TO A MOBILE PHONE:
1. Make sure the COM-DEX Remote Mic is turned o
2. Close the neck loop on COM-DEX. The LED on the
side of COM-DEX will start flashing red and blue
3. Turn on Bluetooth on the mobile phone
4. In the Bluetooth menu, select COM-DEX from the
list of Bluetooth devices
STEP 2
PAIRING COM-DEX REMOTE MIC TO COM-DEX:
1. Turn o Bluetooth on the mobile phone
2. When the neck loop is closed, the LED on the side
of COM-DEX will start flashing red and blue. If not,
open the neck loop for 20 seconds and close it
3. Press the Power button for 3 seconds to turn on
COM-DEX Remote Mic. The LED’s on top of the
COM-DEX Remote Mic will start flashing red and
blue
4. Connection between the COM-DEX Remote Mic and
COM-DEX is established when the LED on the top
of the COM-DEX Remote Mic lights green
5. Turn on Bluetooth on the mobile phone and select
the COM-DEX from the list of Bluetooth devices
We recommend that the phone is paired to
the COM-DEX first and COM-DEX Remote Mic
second.

Device on – Streaming
Device on – Streaming paused
On – Not connected to COM-DEX
LED, top and side indicator:
Pairing mode
Battery low – Occasionally flashing red
LED, side indicator:
Fully charged – side LED
Charging – side LED
Sound level – top LED:
Sound level – low
Sound level – medium
Sound level – high
