Operating instructions:
1. Set up side margin, punch margin, and pull-pins
according to the document being bound. Insert sheets to
be bound into punch throat, flush against inner wall and
then line up against the side margin guide. Pull the
handle to punch sheets (up to 15 sheets, 20-lb. bond
paper).
