ATENTIE
1. Intrerupeti antrenamentul daca aveti oricare dintre simptomele: durere in piept,
respiratie neregulata, intreruperea respiratiei, ameteala sau greata.
2. Nu lasati copii sau persoanele in varsta sa foloseasca aparatul fara
supravegherea unui adult. Persoanele cu dizabilitati nu trebuie sa foloseasca
aparatul fara a consulta un specialist.
3. Hipermobilitatea va poate afecta sanatatea. Va recomandam sa incepeti
antrenamentul corespunzator puterii dvs fizice.
4. Greutatea maxima permisa a utilizatorului este 100 Kg. In cazul in care
utilizatorul are greutatea mai mare de 100 Kg, aparatul se poate defecta.
ATENTIE:
1. Acest aparat a fost conceput pentru utilizare exclusiva acasa.
2. Este interzisa utilizarea aparatului in medii cu foc.
3. Repararea gresita, modificarea aparatului sau prabusirea poate produce
defectiuni ale aparatului.
4. Efectuati antrenamentul intr-un mediu care nu este expus pericolelor.
5. Nu utilizati aparatul in urmatoarele medii:
A. cu temperaturi prea ridicata sau prea scazuta
B. exterioare
C. cu foc sau gaz
D. in care copii pot atinge aparatul
6. Folositi aparatul pe o suprafata plana si neteda
INSTALAREA BATERIEI
Intai scoateti aparatul de masura din aparat si apoi schimbati bateria.
UTILIZAREA BATERIEI:
1. Folositi doar baterii 1.5V AAA.
2. Inainte de a asambla bateria trebuie sa stiti exact care este pozitionarea
anodului si care este pozitionarea catodului.
3. Va rugam sa scoateti bateria din aparat, daca nu il folositi un timp.
SFATURI CU PRIVIRE LA MISCARE:
1. Pastrati corpul in pozitie inclinata in fata.
2. Incepeti incet antrenamentul.
3. Nu apasati pe butonul aparatului de masura in timpul antrenamentului.
4. Nu ingreunati cilindrul inainte ca acesta sa se raceasca, pentru a nu se
supraincalzi.

TIPURI DE EXERCITII:
1. Inainte de a va incepe antrenamentul, efectuati exercitii de incalzire.
2. Efectuati antrenamentul in functie de conditia dvs fizica.
3. Va recomandam un antrenament zilnic de cate 15 minute.
UTILIZAREA APARATULUI:
1. Asezati aparatul pe o suprafata plana si neteda.
2. Exersati cate 30-50 de ori / minut.
3. La inceputul antrenamentului, puteti aseza aparatul langa perete,
sprijinindu-va cu mainile de perete pentru echilibrul corpului. Dupa ce v-ati
obisnuit, puteti sa efectuati in mod normal antrenamentul astfel incat sa aveti
un antrenament eficient.
EFICIENTA EXERCITIULUI:
1. Antrenati-va de cate 3 –5 ori / saptamana.
2. In timpul antrenamentului, nu va miscati partea superioara a corpului.
Efectuati exercitiile cu ritmicitate.
3. Sugerati prietenilor sa se antreneze in acelasi timp cu dvs. in aceleasi zile
de antrenament.

and effective use can only be achieved if the equipment is assembled, maintained and used

from using the equipment properly. Your doctor’s advice is essential if you are taking
medication that affects your heart rate, blood pressure or cholesterol level.
3. Be aware of your body’s signals. Incorrect or excessive exercise can damage your health. Stop
exercising if you experience any of the following symptoms: pain, tightness in your chest,
irregular heartbeat, extreme shortness of breath, lightheadedness, dizziness or feelings of
nausea. If you do experience any of these conditions you should consult your doctor before
continuing with your exercise program.
4. Keep children and pets away from the equipment. The equipment is designed for adult use
only.
5. Use the equipment on a solid, flat level surface with a protective cover for your floor or carpet.
To ensure safety, the equipment should have at least 0.6 meters of free space all around it.
6. Before using the equipment, check that the nuts and bolts are securely tightened. If you hear
any unusual noises coming from the equipment during use and assemble, stop immediately.
Do not use the equipment until the problem has been rectified.
7. Computer has a number of display function .It is based on the amount of human movement to
reflect the different levels of the correspond values. Remind you in this warm , computer
values maybe allowed , can only give you some reference.
8. Wear suitable clothing while using the equipment. Avoid wearing loose clothing that may get
caught in the equipment or that may restrict or prevent movement.
9. This equipment is designed for indoor and family use. Maximum weight of user: 120kg.
10. Care must be taken when lifting or moving the equipment so as not to injure your back.
11. Please keep this instruction manual and assembly tools at hand for quick reference.
12. The equipment is not suitable for therapeutic use.

STEP 1:

Stretch exercise
No matter how you do sports, please do some stretch at first. The warm muscle will extend easily, so, warm
up yourself with 5-10minutes, Then We suggest the following stretch exercise, five times.10counts for each
time or longer, do these exercise again after sports.
1. Toe Touch
Slow bend forward from your waist, letting your
back and shoulders relax as you stretch toward
your toes, Reach down as far as you can and hold
for 15 counts. (picture 1)
2. Hamstring Stretch
Sit with your right leg extend. Rest the sole of
your left foot against your right inner thigh. Stretch
toward your toe as far as possible. Hold for 15
counts. Relax and then repeat with left leg extend.

3. Calf-Achilles Stretch
Lean against a wall with your left leg in front of
the right and your arms forward,
Keep your right leg straight and the left foot
on the floor, then bend the left leg and lean
forward by moving your hips toward the wall, Hold,
then repeat on the other side for 15 counts.

4. Quadriceps stretch
With one hand against a wall for balance,
reach behind you and pull your right foot up. Bring
your heel as close to your buttocks, hold for 10-15
counts, relax, repeat three times for each foot.

5. Inner Thigh Stretch
Sit with the soles of your feet together with your
knees pointing outward. Pull your feet as close into
your groin as possible. Gently push your knees
towards the floor. Hold for 15 counts. (picture 5).
