Operation Guide
Fitting and Removing Attachments
1. Unplug the motor unit from the mains power supply.
2. Take the attachment and push it onto the end of the handle, then turn it clockwise.
3. Removal is the reverse of fitting — with the mains power unplugged, turn the attachment anti-clockwise
and separate from the motor unit.
Operation
1. Fit your chosen attachment as described above, and plug the motor unit into the mains socket.
2. For low speed, hold the ‘On’ button. Release it to stop.
3. For high speed, hold the ‘Turbo’ button. Release to stop.
4. When mixing larger quantities and/or thicker liquids/solids, we suggest using low speeds.
5. When mixing smaller quantities and/or thinner liquids with fewer solids, we suggest higher speeds and
less mixing time.
Warning: Don’t run the motor continuously for more than 3 minutes as it may overheat. After 3 minutes, switch
off for at least 3 minutes to recover. 1-minute runtimes with breaks of 1 minute are recommended.
Blender Wand Attachment
You can use the blender wand to make mayonnaise, sauces, milkshakes, smoothies, baby food, and much
more. It’s also great for puréeing soups.
We recommend that you use the supplied beaker for blending. If you wish to use another receptacle, ensure
it has a flat base and is tall enough to avoid splattering.
1. Fit the blender wand attachment as described in the Fitting and Removing Attachments section.
2. Put the ingredients in the beaker ensuring it is no more than half full.
3. Sit the beaker on a stable, flat work surface, and support it with your free hand.
4. Operate the blender as per the instructions in the earlier section. Up, down, and circular motions work
best for blending your ingredients thoroughly.
Warning:
· Don’t lift the beaker off the work surface while operating the blender.
· When working with hot liquids, don’t let the blade enter at an angle, as you might spray the contents
outside of the container.

Chopper Bowl
The chopper accessory is suited for chopping, blending, slicing and shredding solids. The maximum capacity
is 250g.
Warning: Do not try to chop ice, raw meat or other tough materials that could damage the blades. Be very
careful when handling the blades.
1. Place the blade in the bowl, and press it down until you hear it lock.
2. Put your ingredients in the bowl and fit the lid. Solid foods should be no bigger than 2cm per piece.
3. Attach the motor unit to the lid as per the Fitting and Removing Attachments section.
4. Chop your ingredients using the speed of your choice as per the Operation section.
Whisk
Only use the whisk for whipping cream, beating egg whites, mixing sponges, or ready-mix desserts.
1. Attach the whisk wand to the motor unit as per the Fitting and Removing Attachments section.
2. Whisk using the speed setting of your choice as per the Operation section.
3. You may wish to tilt the container a little when first whisking, but be careful to ensure it is secure and that
the contents do not spill or splash.
