Do not charge the unit outdoors.
Do not use outdoors or on wet surfaces.

Do not use charger with damaged cord or plug. Ifvacuum or charger is not working as it should, has been dropped, damaged, left
outdoors, or dropped into water, return itto a service center for inspection. Call 1-800-321-1134for the nearest service center.
Do not abuse the cord, closea door on cord, or pull cord around sharp edges or corners. Do not run appliance over cord. Keep cord
away from heated surfaces.
Do not unplug by pullingon cord. To unplug, grasp the plug, notthe cord.
Do not handle plug or appliance with wet hands.
Do not put any object into openings. Do not use with any opening blocked; keep free of dust, lint, hair and anythingthat may reduce
air flow.
Keep hair, loose clothing, fingers, and all parts of body away from openings and moving parts.
Turn off all controls beforeunplugging.
Use extra carewhen cleaning on stairs.
Do not use to pick upflammable or combustible liquids, such as gasoline, or use inareas where they may be present.
Look on your vacuum cleaner and follow all label and marking instructions.
Do not use an extension cord with this cleaner.
Keep end of hose, wands and other openings away from your face and body. Keep your hands, feet, hair and clothing away from moving
parts; especially the revolvingbrush.
Do not use the vacuum cleaner without dirt container and/or filters in place.
Store the vacuum cleaner indoors. Putthe vacuum cleaner away after use to preventtripping accidents.
Do not pick up anythingthat is burning or smoking, such as cigarettes, matches, or hot ashes.
The hose contains electricalwires. Do not use when damaged, cut, or punctured. Avoid picking up sharp objects.
Always turn off this appliance beforeconnectingor disconnecting motorized nozzle.
Use only the charger supplied by RoyalAppliance Mfg. Co. to recharge.
Leaks from batterycells can occur under extremeconditions. Ifthe liquid, which is20-35% solution of potassium hydroxide, qets on
the skin
(1) wash$uickly with soap and water or (2) neutralize with amildacid such as lemonjuice or vinegar. Ifthe liquid into
the eyes, flush them immediatelywith clean water for a minimum of 10 minutes. Seek medical attention.
SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING: To reducethe risk of electric shock, this appliance has a polarizedplug (one blade iswider than the other). This
plugwill fit in a polarizedoutlet only one way. Ifthe plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reversethe plug. Ifit still does not fit, contact

BEFORE USE:

ROYALQTO RECHARGE.
NOTE: Makesure the OnlOffswitch isinthe offpositionbefore charging.
1. Beforefirst use, charge the vacuum cleaner for a minimumof 16 hours.
2. The normalfull chargingtime is 16-20 hours. When it ison charge,a
redlightwill beon. Ifthis light does not come on, checkthe plug
chargerandwall plugare properly connected.

Retumthe vacuumto he chargingbaseaffe reachuse. The vacuum
can remainon chargefor anindefiniteperiodwithout the danger of
overcharging.
Connect wallchargerto the
