Bestimmungsgemässe Verwendung
TASKI ergodisc 2000 ist eine Einscheibenmaschine für den gewerblichen
Einsatz (z.B. in Hotels, Schulen, Krankenhäuser, Fabriken, Einkaufszentren,
Büros u.ä.) bestimmt.
Unter strikter Berücksichtigung dieser Bedienungsanleitung gelten für die
einzelnen Typen die auf der Seite 5 dieser Bedienungsanleitung angegebenen
Anwendungstechniken.
Diese Maschine ist ausschliesslich für die Verwendung im Innenbereich
konzipiert.

Achtung:
Für die Tiefenreinigung von Hartbodenbelägen darf diese
Maschine nicht verwendet werden.
Die Nassreinigung von Parkett- und Laminatböden mit dieser
Maschine erfolgt auf eigenes Risiko.
Nicht von Diversey autorisierte Änderungen an der Maschine
führen zum Erlöschen von Sicherheitszeichen und der
CE-Konformität.
Ein Einsatz der Maschine entgegen der bestimmungsgemässen
Verwendung kann zu Schäden an Menschen, Maschine und
Arbeitsumgebung führen.
In solchen Fällen verfallen in aller Regel jegliche Garantie- und
eventuelle Gewährleistungsansprüche.

Personen (einschliesslich Kinder), die aufgrund ihrer physischen,
sensorischen oder geistigen Fähigkeiten oder ihrer
Unerfahrenheit oder Unkenntnis nicht in der Lage sind, die
Maschine sicher zu benutzen, dürfen diese Maschine nicht ohne
Aufsicht oder Anweisung durch eine verantwortliche Person
benutzen!
Kinder sollten beaufsichtigt werden, um sicherzustellen, dass Sie
nicht mit der Maschine spielen.
Verwenden Sie die Maschine nicht in Räumen in denen
explosionsgefährdete und leichtbrennbare Stoffe (z.B. Benzin,
Lösungsmittel, Heizöl, Stäube, etc.) gelagert oder verarbeitet
werden. Die elektrischen oder mechanischen Komponenten
könnten zur Entzündung dieser Stoffe führen.
Achten Sie beim Arbeiten auf die örtlichen Gegebenheiten wie auf
Dritte und Kinder!
Insbesondere muss in der Nähe von unübersichtlichen Stellen,
wie z.B. vor Türen oder Kurven die Geschwindigkeit verlangsamt
werden.
Das Gerät darf nur von Personen verwendet werden, welche im
Gebrauch angemessen unterwiesen worden sind.
Prüfen Sie regelmässig das Netzkabel auf Rissbildung oder
Alterung und nehmen Sie die Maschine nicht in Betrieb, wenn es
nicht in einwandfreiem Zustand ist, sondern lassen Sie sie durch
eine autorisierte Fachkraft instand setzen!
Bei einer Fehlfunktion oder einem Defekt der Maschine (wie z.B.
am Sicherheitshebel oder Schalthebel), nach einem Sturz oder
einer Beschädigung, muss die Maschine vor einer erneuten
Inbetriebnahme durch TASKI Fachpersonal überprüft werden.
Dasselbe gilt, wenn die Maschine im Freien belassen, in Wasser
getaucht, bzw. Feuchtigkeit ausgesetzt war.
Achtung:
Reparaturarbeiten an mechanischen oder elektrischen Teilen der
Maschine, dürfen nur von Diversey zugelassenen
Kundendienststellen oder Fachkräften, welche mit allen hier
relevanten Sicherheitsvorschriften vertraut sind, durchgeführt
werden.
Minimalanforderung des Netzkabels H05VV-F2x1.5 oder
H07RN-F2x1.5.
Achtung:
Diese Maschine darf lediglich im Trocknen und nicht unter
feuchten Bedingungen im Freien verwendet oder aufbewahrt
werden.
Achtung:
Beachten Sie die Unfallverhütungsvorschriften!
Achtung:
Verwenden Sie nur Werkzeuge, die in dieser Bedienungs-
anleitung unter Zubehör festgelegt sind oder die der TASKI-
Fachberater empfiehlt (Seite 7), andere Werkzeuge können die
Sicherheit beeinträchtigen.
Achtung:
Es dürfen nur Werkzeuge (Pads) am Werkzeughalter angehängt
werden. Der Pad dreht mit 2000 1/min. Verwenden Sie nur
zugelassenes Werkzeug. Andere Gegenstände könnten an der
Maschine Schäden verursachen.
Achtung:
Der Personenschutz richtet sich nach den speziellen nationalen
Vorschriften sowie den Angaben des Reinigungsmittel
Herstellers!
Achtung:
Es ist untersagt mit nassen Händen den Netzstecker Ein- und
Auszustecken!
Achtung:
Achten Sie darauf, dass den rotierenden Pad nicht mit dem
Netzkabel in Kontakt kommt!

Wichtig! Schalten Sie die Maschine aus, wenn Sie:
• z.B. die Reinigung, Wartung, Reparatur, Teile austauschen oder die
Umwandlung auf eine andere Funktion ausführen
• diese in einem geeigneten Raum deponieren, um damit ein unbefugtes
Benutzen des Gerätes zu verhindern
• sie unbeaufsichtigt stehen lassen
Ziehen Sie dazu den Stecker aus der Netzsteckdose.
Lagern Sie die Maschine in einem trockenen, staubfreien Raum mit
korrosionsfreier Atmosphäre.
Die Temperaturen dürfen nicht tiefer als +10 °C sein, beziehungsweise +35 °C
nicht überschreiten. Niedrige Temperaturen, Nässe und Staub, können die
Lebensdauer der elektrischen Komponenten stark reduzieren.

• Betätigen Sie den Verstellhebel und heben
Sie langsam die Führungsstange soweit
nach oben bis Sie senkrecht ist.
• Das Fusspedal muss eingerastet sein
(Werkzeug oben).
• Betätigen Sie den Verstellhebel am
Führungsgriff und senken Sie langsam die
Führungsstange soweit nach unten bis in
eine angenehme Arbeitsposition ist.
• Senken Sie das Werkzeug durch
entriegeln des Fusspedals (Werkzeug
unten).
• Betätigen Sie den Verstellhebel und
klappen Sie die Führungstange nach vorne
bis sie auf der Motorabdeckung liegt.
• Das Fusspedal muss eingerastet sein
(Werkzeug oben).
• Bringen Sie die Maschine in
Transportposition.
• Stellen Sie die Maschine auf den Rücken in
dem Sie mit dem Fuss Hinten gegenhalten.

Kontrollieren Sie:
• den Pad vor dem Einsatz auf Abnutzung und Fremdkörper
(z.B. Sandkörner).
• dass das Werkzeug richtig montiert ist.
Bei Nichtbeachtung kann das zu Belagsschäden führen!

Arbeitsbeginn
• Verbinden Sie den Stecker mit der Netzsteckdose.
• Bringen Sie die Maschine in Pad-
Wechselposition.
• Zum Entnehmen der Pad-Befestigung müssen
Sie diesen nach rechts aufdrehen.
• Setzen Sie den Pad (1) zentriert auf den
Führungsteller und sichern Sie ihn mit der Pad-
Befestigung (2).
Achtung:
Benutzen Sie die Maschine nie ohne eingesetzten
Fliesstaubsack.
• Entnehmen Sie die Abdeckung des
Staubsackraum.
• Setzen Sie den Fliesstaubsack mit der
Öffnung (1) auf das Saugrohr (2) ein.
Darauf achten, dass er über die Rasterung (den
Wulst) springt.
• Schliessen Sie den Staubsackraum wieder mit
der Abdeckung.
Kontrollieren Sie ob der Saugschlauch richtig eingesetzt ist.
• Das korrekte Einsetzen des Saugschlauchs
verhindert das Austreten von Staub.

Achtung:
Ungeübten Benutzern wird empfohlen, das Polieren auf einer
Testfläche zu üben, bis der Umgang mit der Maschine beherrscht
wird.
Vom falschen Bedienen kann der Boden beschädigt werden.
Der Pad dreht mit 2000 1/min. Verwenden Sie nur zugelassenses
Werkzeug.
• Schalten Sie die Maschine ein durch drücken
des Hauptschalter (EIN/AUS).
• Entriegeln Sie den Fusshebel und senken Sie
den Pad langsam ab.
Führen Sie das Netzkabel in der Hand.
Sorgen Sie dafür, dass das Netzkabel nicht mit dem Werkzeug in
Kontakt kommt.
Halten Sie die Maschine fest.
• Bringen Sie die Maschine in Arbeitsposition
durch Betätigen des Verstellhebels am
Führungsgriff und senken Sie langsam die
Führungsstange soweit nach unten bis eine
angenehme Arbeitsposition erreicht ist.
• Drücken Sie den Sicherheitsschalter und
betätigen Sie gleichzeitig den Schalthebel.
Dadurch wird der Pad in Gang gesetzt.
Durch das in Gang setzen des Pads, saugt sich dieser auf den
Boden an.
Achtung:
Bei laufender Maschine dürfen Sie nicht stehen bleiben. Der
Boden kann dadurch beschädigt werden.

Der Treppentransport darf generell nur mit zwei Personen
durchgeführen werden.
• Schalten Sie die Maschine aus.
• Trennen Sie die Verbindung zur Netzsteckdose.
Achtung:
Durch das Gewicht der Maschine ist diese Art des Transportes
mit Risiko verbunden!
Durch Fehltritte kann es zu Personen- und Maschinenschäden
kommen.
• Bringen Sie die Maschine in Transportposition
durch Betätigen des Verstellhebels und klappen
Sie die Führungstange nach vorne bis sie auf
der Motorabdeckung liegt.
Variante A: Zum Anheben fassen Sie die Maschine am Griff und die zweite
Person am Gehäuse-Rücken.
Variante B: Zum Anheben fassen beide Personen die Maschine am Griff
und am Gehäuse-Rücken.
• Lassen Sie den Schalthebel los.
• Zum Anheben des Pads drücken Sie den
Fusshebel nach unten bis er einrastet.
• Schalten Sie die Maschine aus durch drücken
des Hauptschalter (EIN/AUS).
• Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker aus der Netzsteckdose.
• Bringen Sie die Maschine in Pad-
Wechselposition.
• Entehmen Sie die Pad-Befestigung (1) und den
Pad (2).

• Setzen Sie die Pad-Befestigung wieder auf den
Führungsteller.
• Bringen Sie die Maschine in Parkposition.
• Reinigen Sie das Netzkabel mit einem feuchten Lappen ab und wickeln Sie
es locker über Führungsgriff und Kabelhaken.
• Entnehmen Sie die Abdeckung des
Staubsackraum.
• Entnehmen Sie den vollen Fliesstaubsack.
• Setzen Sie einen neuen Fliesstaubsack ein.
• Reinigen Sie den Staubsackraum mit einem feuchten Lappen.
• Schliessen Sie den Staubsackraum wieder mit
der Abdeckung.
• Saugen Sie den Staub auf dem Pad ab.
Achtung:
Die Pads dürfen nicht in einem Wäschetrockner getrocknet
werden!
Achtung:
Reinigen Sie die Maschine nie mit einem Hochdruckreiniger oder
Wasserstrahl.
Das in die Maschine eindringende Wasser kann zu erheblicher
Beschädigung mechanischer oder elektrischer Teile führen.
• Wischen Sie die Maschine mit einem feuchten Lappen ab.

Die Wartung der Maschine ist die Voraussetzung für ein einwandfreies
Funktionieren und eine lange Lebensdauer.
Serviceintervalle
TASKI Maschinen sind hochwertige Maschinen, welche im Werk und durch
autorisierte Prüfer auf Ihre Sicherheit geprüft worden sind. Elektrische und
mechanische Bauteile unterliegen nach längerer Einsatzdauer einem
Verschleiss oder einer Alterung.
Servicecenter
Wenn Sie aufgrund einer Betriebsstörung oder einer Bestellung mit uns Kontakt
aufnehmen, nennen Sie uns stets die Typenbezeichnung und die
Seriennummer Ihrer Maschine.
Diese Angaben finden Sie auf dem Typenschild Ihrer Maschine und auf der
letzten Seite dieser Bedienungsanleitung finden Sie die Adresse Ihres
nächstgelegenen TASKI Partners.

Anheben der Maschine
Achten Sie darauf, dass die Maschine im Transportfahrzeug festgezurrt und
gesichert ist.
Entsorgung
Die Maschine und Zubehör sind nach Ihrer Ausmusterung einer fachgerechten
Entsorgung gemäss den nationalen Vorschriften zuzuführen. Ihr TASKI-Partner
kann Ihnen dabei nach Absprache behilflich sein.

The TASKI ergodisc 2000 is a single disc machine that is intended for
commercial use (e.g. in hotels, schools, hospitals, factories, shopping centres,
offices etc.).
Under strict observance of these Instructions of Use, the application techniques
listed on page 11 of these Instructions of Use apply for the individual model
types.
This machine is exclusively designed for indoor use.

The wet cleaning of parquet and laminate floors with this machine

Any use of the machine contrary to its intended use can lead to
injuries to persons and/or damage to the machine and the
working environment.
All claims under the guarantee will normally become null and void

Persons (including children) who are not able to use this machine
safely due to their physical, sensory or mental capabilities or their
inexperience or lack of knowledge may not use this machine
without the supervision or instruction by a responsible person!
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with
the appliance.
Do not use the machine in rooms where explosive and flammable
substances (e.g. petrol, thinners, heating oil, solvents, etc.) are
stored or processed. The electrical or mechanical components of
the machine could lead to ignition of these materials.
While operating the machine, take note of the surrounding area
and pay particular attention to third parties and children!
In particular, the speed of the machine should be reduced in the
vicinity of areas of unclear vision, for example, in front of doors or
curves.
The machine may only be used by persons who have been
suitably instructed in its use.
Regularly check the power supply cord for tearing or aging, and
do not put the machine into operation if it is not in a safe and
suitable condition, but have it repaired by an authorised specialist!
In case of a malfunction or a defect of the machine (for example,
at a safety lever or operating lever), after being dropped or a
damaged, the machine must be checked by TASKI specialists
before being put back into operation. The same applies if the
machine has been left in the open air, been immersed in water or
has been exposed to damp.
Caution:
Repairs to mechanical or electrical parts of the machine must only
be undertaken by customer service workshops or experts
authorised by Diversey, who are experienced in all relevant safety
regulations.

This machine is only intended for use in dry areas, and must not
be used or stored in the open air or under damp conditions.

Important! Switch the machine off when you:
• carry out cleaning, maintenance or repair work, replace components or
change to another function
• store it in a suitable room to avoid any unauthorised use of the unit
• leave it standing without supervision
Do this by pulling the power supply cord out of the mains socket.
Store the machine in a dry, dust-free room with a corrosion-free atmosphere.
The temperature must not fall below +10 °C or exceed +35 °C. Low
temperatures, damp and dust can significantly reduce the service life of the
electrical components.

• Pull the height adjustment lever and slowly
lift the guide pillar until it is in the upright
position.
• The foot pedal must latch into place (tool
up).
• Pull the height adjustment lever on the
machine handle and slowly lower the guide
pillar to a comfortable working position.
• Lower the tool by unlocking the foot pedal
(tool down).

swivel the guide pillar forwards until it lies
against the engine cover.

• In order to remove the pad fixation, you must
turn it to the right.
• Place the pad (1) centred on the pad drive and
secure it with the pad fixation (2).
Caution:
Never use the machine without a dust bag fitted.
• Remove the cover of the dust bag
compartment.
• Insert the dust bag with the opening (1)
on the suction tube (2).
In doing this,ensure that it jumps over the
locking element (the bulge).
• Close off the dust bag compartment again with
the cover.
Check that the suction hose is correctly installed.
• The correct fitting of the suction hose prevents
dust from escaping.

Caution:
It is recommended that inexperienced users should first practice
polishing a test surface until they have mastered the handling of
the machine.
Incorrect operation can damage the floor.
The pad rotates at 2,000 rpm. Only use approved tools.
• Switch the machine on by pressing the main
(ON/OFF) switch.
• Unlatch the foot lever and slowly lower the pad.
Lead the power supply cord with your hand.
Make sure that the power supply cord does not touch the tool.
Hold on to the machine.
• Bring the machine to the working position by
pressing the height adjustment lever on the
machine handle, and slowly lower the central
steel pillar until a comfortable working position
is achieved.
• Push the safety switch and press the operating
levers at the same time.
By doing this the machine is activated.
Setting the pads in motion starts the suction on the floor.
Caution:
The machine must not remain stationary while the engine is
running. This could damage the floor.

Transport over stairs should generally be carried out by two
persons.
• Switch the machine off.
• Disconnect the power supply cord from the mains socket.
Caution:
Due to the weight of the machine, there are risks involved in such
transportation!
Tripping could result in injury to an individual or damage to the
machine.
• Bring the machine into the transport position by
pressing the height adjustment lever and
swivelling the guide pillar forward until it lies in
the engine cover.
Option A: To lift the machine, hold the machine by the handle while a
second person holds the back of the housing.
Option B: To lift the machine, both persons should hold the machine by
the handle and the back of the housing.
• Release the operation levers.
• To raise the pads, press the foot pedal down
until it locks into place.
• Switch the machine on by pressing the main
(ON/OFF) switch.
• Pull the power supply cord out of the mains socket.
• Bring the machine into the pad-change position.
• Remove the pad fixation (1) and the pad (2).

• Replace the pad fixation on the pad drive.
• Bring the machine into the parking position.
• Clean the power supply cord with a damp cloth and wrap it around the
machine handle and the cord hook.
• Remove the cover from the dust bag
compartment.
• Remove the full dust bag.
• Insert a new dust bag.
• Clean the dust bag compartment using a damp cloth.
• Close off the dust bag compartment again with
the cover.
• Vacuum up the dust off the pad.
Caution:
Do not tumble dry the pads!
Caution:
Never clean the machine with high water pressure or a water
hose.
The ingress of water into the machine might cause considerable
damage to mechanical or electrical parts.
• Wipe down the machine with a damp cloth.

Maintenance of the machine is a pre-condition for trouble-free running and a
long life.
Service intervals
TASKI machines are built to the highest quality standards, and their safety is
tested in the factory and by authorised inspectors. Electrical and mechanical
parts are subject to wear or aging if used for long periods of time.

Should you contact us due to a malfunction or for placing an order, please
always state the type, description and the serial number of your machine.
You can find this information on the name plate of your machine, and the
address of your nearest TASKI partner can be found on the last page of this
manual.

vehicle.
Disposal
When they are no longer serviceable, the machine and its accessories must be

La vitesse de la machine doit être réduite, en particulier dans des

immergée dans l'eau ou exposée à l'humidité.

doivent être effectuées par des ateliers du service clientèle ou
des spécialistes agréés, ayant de l'expérience des règlements de

La température ne doit pas descendre en dessous de +10 °C ou dépasser

• Tirer le levier d'ajustement et soulever
lentement la barre de guidage vers le haut
jusqu'à ce qu'elle soit verticale.
• La pédale doit se verrouiller en place
(outil levé).
• Tirez le levier d'ajustement en hauteur sur
le guidon de la machine et baissez
lentement la colonne centrale à la position
de travail qui vous est confortable.
• Baissez l'outil en débloquant la pédale
(outil baissé).
• Pressez le levier d'ajustement en hauteur
et basculez la colonne de direction vers
l'avant jusqu'à ce qu'elle appuie contre la
capot moteur.
• La pédale doit se verrouiller en place
(outil levé).
• Mettez la machine en position de transport.
• Couchez la machine sur le dos en la tenant
avec votre pied à l'arrière.

Contrôlez:
• si le coussin n'est pas usé ou ne contient pas de corps étrangers
(p.ex.grains de sable) avant usage.
• que l'outil est monté correctement.
En cas de négligence, les revêtements de sol risquent d'être endommagés!

Technique d'application
Utilisation
• Insérez la fiche du cordon d'alimentation dans la prise électrique.
• Mettez la machine en position de changement
de pad.
• Pour retirer la fixation du pad, vous devez le
tourner vers la droite.
• Placez le pad (1) centré sur l'entraînement de
pad et fixez-le avec la fixation de pad (2).
Attention:
Ne jamais utiliser la machine sans sac à poussière en place.
• Enlevez le capot du compartiment du sac à
poussière.
• Insérez le sac à poussière avec l'ouverture (1)
sur le tube d'aspiration (2).
Ce faisant, assurez-vous qu'il passe par dessus
l'élément de blocage (le bourrelet).
• Fermez le compartiment de sac à poussière
avec son capot.
Contrôlez que le tuyau d'aspiration est correctement installé.
• Le bon raccord sur le tuyau d'aspiration
empêche la poussière de s'échapper.

Attention:
Il est recommandé que les utilisateurs expérimentés s'exercent à
polir une surface d'essai jusqu'à ce qu'ils maîtrisent l'emploi de la
machine.
Une opération incorrecte peut endommager le sol.
Le pad tourne à 2000 t/min. Utilisez uniquement des outils
approuvés.
• Enclenchez la machine en pressant
l'interrupteur principal (ON/OFF).
• Débloquez la pédale et baissez lentement le
pad.
Guidez le cordon d'alimentation avec la main.
S'assurer que le cordon d'alimentation n'entre pas en contact
avec l'outil.
Bien tenir la machine
• Mettez la machine en position de travail en
pressant le levier d'ajustement en hauteur sur le
guidon de la machine et baissez lentement la
colonne centrale à la hauteur qui vous est
confortable pour travailler.
• Presser le bouton de sécurité en actionnant
simultanément le levier de commande.
Ce faisant, la machine est activée.
La mise en rotation des pads démarre l'aspiration du sol.
Attention:
La machine ne doit pas rester stationnaire lorsque le moteur est
en marche. Ceci pourrait endommager le sol.

Le transport dans les escaliers doit se faire par deux personnes.
• Arrêtez la machine.
• Débranchez la fiche du cordon d'alimentation dans la prise principale.
Attention:
En raison du poids de la machine, ce mode de transport présente
un risque!
Trébucher peut occasionner des blessures ou endommager la
machine.
• Mettez la machine en position de transport en
pressant le levier d'ajustement en hauteur et en
basculant la colonne de direction vers l'avant
pour qu'elle appuie contre le capot moteur.
Variante A: Pour soulever la machine, tenez la machine à la poignée et
l'autre personne à l'arrière du carter.
Variante B: Pour soulever la machine, les deux personnes doivent tenir la
machine à la poignée et à l'arrière du carter.
• Lâcher le levier commutateur.
• Pour lever les pads, pressez la pédale jusqu'à
ce qu'elle se verrouille en place.
• Enclenchez la machine en pressant
l'interrupteur principal (ON/OFF).
• Tirer à cet effet la fiche hors de la prise de courant.
• Mettez la machine en position de changement
de pad.
• Retirez la fixation de pad (1) et le pad (2).

• Remettez la fixation de pad sur l'entraînement
de pad.
• Mettez la machine en position de parking.
• Nettoyez le cordon d'alimentation avec un chiffon humide et enroulez-le
autour de la poignée de la machine et le crochet prévu à cet effet.
• Enlevez le capot du compartiment du sac à
poussière.
• Retirez le sac à poussière plein.
• Insérez un nouveau sac à poussière.
• Nettoyez le compartiment du sac à poussière avec un chiffon humide.
• Fermez le compartiment de sac à poussière
avec son capot.
• Aspirez la poussière du pad.
Attention:
Ne pas essorer les pads!
Attention:
Ne jamais nettoyer la machine avec de l'eau à haute pression ou
avec un tuyau d'eau.
L'infiltration d'eau dans l'appareil peut provoquer des dommages
considérables aux élements mécaniques et électriques.
• Essuyez la machine avec un chiffon humide.

La maintenance de la machine est obligatoire, elle assure le bon
fonctionnement de la machine et sa longévité.
Plan de maintenance
Les machines TASKI sont des appareils de haute qualité dont la sécurité a été
contrôlée en usine par des vérificateurs agréés. Les éléments électriques et
mécaniques sont soumis à l'usure et/ou au vieillissement après de longues
périodes d'utilisation.
Centre de service
Si vous prenez contact avec notre centre, que ce soit en raison d'une panne ou
pour une commande, veillez préciser le type et le numéro de série de votre
machine.
Vous pouvez trouver cette information sur la plaquette signalétique de la
machine, et l'adresse de votre partenaire TASKI le plus proche est notée à la
dernière page de ces instructions d'emploi.

eller skadats måste maskinen kontrolleras av TASKI-specialister
innan den tas i drift igen. Samma sak gäller om maskinen har
