Wir empfehlen zum Verkleben unseren Kleber
Roket Card Glue von Gaugemaster, Artikel Nr.: Gaugemaster_DLAD-57.
Weiter geht es mit dem Bau der Stützen A und B.
Stütze A wird dabei beidseitig mit Stütze B verklebt.
Die so entstandene Stütze ( im Bild) wird AB
in die Löcher (A1) der Bodenplatte geklebt UND in die
Löcher C1 an der Seite die mit dem Boden des
Basissatzes verbunden ist.

Der nächste Schritt besteht aus dem Festkleben der
Rückwände D. Diese sorgen für die benötigte Stabilität beim
nächsten Schritt. Die Giebel werden in die Aussparungen
zwischen den Stützen geklebt.
Kleben Sie jetzt die Stützen C in die Löcher (C1) im Boden
des Schuppens. Danach kleben Sie den Seitengiebel
an der Außenseite gegen den Rand des Bodens und die
Stützen.

Jetzt können die Fenster eingeklebt werden. Das schwarze
Papier F mit dem Fenster wird dazu auf die Innenseite des
Seitengiebels geklebt. Kontrollieren Sie erst ob die Position
stimmt !
Danach wird die Fensterfolie auf das Schwarze Papier geklebt.
Zum Schluss kleben Sie die hellgraue Innenseite G (nach
Kontrolle der Position) auf die Fensterfolie.

Zuerst wird die Bodenplatte an einer langen Seite
(rechts oder links) um ca.1 mm gekürzt.
Welche Seite hängt davon ab, ob Sie die Erweiterung links
oder rechts am Schuppen benutzen möchten.
Achten Sie darauf, dass Sie nicht zu viel weg schneiden und das
Loch für das Tor ganz bleibt. Kleben Sie danach das Bodenteil
an dem Boden des Basissatzes fest.

Die Fenster H oberhalb der Tore und auf dem Dach
des Schuppens K müssen vor Befestigung am Schuppen
mit der Fensterfolie (J - L)verglast werden , damit Sie stabiler
werden.

Jetzt kleben Sie die Fenster zwischen die Stützen. Die Fenster
oberhalb der Tore werden an der Oberkante der Stützen
ausgerichtet.

Die Tore bestehen aus drei Teilen. Das mittlere Teil ist schmaler
als die anderen. Die zwei Außen Teilen werden mit einer
Seite anliegend aufgeklebt (auf dem Bild links sind das
die Außenseiten von a und b).
Wenn Sie die Öffnung zwischen Boden und
Unterkante des Tores vergrößern wollen um mehr platz für ihre
Gleise zu haben müssen Sie das jetzt tun!
Nach dem Kleben sollte an einer Seite ein Einschnitt zu sehen
sein (siehe Figur links unten) in das der 0,5 mm Rundstahl
eingeklebt werden muss. Dazu schneiden Sie den Rundstahl
zuerst auf Maß (oben und unten ca. 1 - 2 mm extra!).

Stecken Sie jetzt die Tore in das untere Loch (a) . Am einfachsten
ist dies, wenn Sie den Schuppen dazu auf die Rückseite legen.
Wenn die Tore (für jeden Ausgang 2) gut positioniert sind,
kleben Sie den Balken (M) oben auf.

Als letztes kleben Sie (wenn gewünscht) das Dach auf und die
Streifen für die Stützen an der Rückwand.

Add support B to both sides of A and fix the support ( inAB
the picture) to the base using the holes marked A1. On the
side where the extension meets up with the roundhouse also
glue them in the holes marked C1.

Next fix the rear walls D, the same way as done in the
roundhouse.kit.
Glue support C in the holes marked C1 of the base.
Then attach the side wall (made as per instructions in the
roundhouse kit) to both support and base.

First trim back one side of the base with 1mm.
Which side you use depends on whether you want to add the
extension to either the left or right side of the roundhouse.
The trimmed side attaches to the roundhouse.
Glue the base to the base of the roundhouse (MU-N-B00035).

Now the windows can be added. The black cardboard F is first
glued to the inside of the side walls. Check their position before
fixing them !
Next glue the transparent film on the black cardboard.
Finally glue the light grey cardboard G onto the transparent film.

Before adding the windows H above the gates, you will
need to glue the transparent film J-L onto them.
This ensures a greater satability.
Glue the windows in their respective positions. The ones above
the gates must be aligned with the top of the supports.
The gates are build up using three parts. The centre part is
more narrow then the outer ones. When glueing these parts
make sure they align to the inside of the gates, leaving a small
recess to the outside. This is where you add the 0,5mm wire,
making sure it extends about 1-2mm to both top and bottom of
the gate.
If you want to enlarge the space between the bottom of the
gate and the base of the roundhouse, you should do this now
(= trimming back the bottom).
It is best to lay the roundhouse back down on your workbench
when proceeding with this step:
Insert the gate into hole (a) in the base.
When the gates are in their correct position, glue the beam M
to the front above the gate.

You can now glue the roof to the roundhouse.
However, if you want the roundhouse to remain
accessible, you should just add the roof without glueing it.
