Introduction
The step-down voltage converter reduces voltage from a 9-25V DC power source down
to 7.2-7.4V. The LED voltage indicator helps in monitoring the battery status.*
Operation
1. Plug the camera DC cord into the output jack.
2. Connect the converter to the DC power source using either 4-pin XLR connector or the DC
jack.
3. Operate the camera in the usual manner.
4. Periodically monitor the DC Converter's LED.
4-PIN XLR Power Jack
The 4-pin jack is provided for powering the camera from any external 9-25V DC power source.
The power source should be capable of delivering up to 20W (approx.)
POLARITY
Pin 1 GND Pin 4 (+)
* Status LE (monitoring a 14.4V battery)
•LED ON Battery is fully charged
•Blinking 3 times Battery is at or below approximately 7 % charge level
•Blinking 2 times Battery is at or below approximately 0% charge level
•Blinking 1 time Battery is at or below approximately 2 % charge level
•Blinking 1 time fast Battery is discharged *
•To extend batteries service life avoid running them down to the discharged level
LIMITED WARRANTY
Each DOLGIN ENGINEERING product is built to exacting standards and subject to extensive
testing prior to shipment.
DOLGIN ENGINEERING products are guaranteed for a period of 2 years from the date of
purchase.
This warranty covers only defects in materials or manufacturing and does not cover damage
caused by misapplication, modification, abuse, or tampering. Equipment which has been
damaged, has parts missing, or is beyond the warranty period is subject to full factory repair
charges. No liability is assumed for any special, incidental, or consequential damages including
but not limited personal injury and property damage, with the sole exception of other than product
repair or replacement. No other warranty, written, oral, or implied is assumed or extended by
DOLGIN ENGINEERING.Product may be repaired or replaced at factory option. This warranty
