Stripmax – User manual
Foreword
•The 1 channel Stripmax controller can handle all types of 12 to 24
V LED strips lightings.
•For an optimal operation, only connect a single type of LED strip
to the controller.
•Only in order to configure the Stripmax, an external connected
push-button is required.
•The Stripmax is supplied by the 12 to 24 V power of the LED strip.
•The maximum current delivered by the Stripmax can reach up to
6 A.
Wiring and configuration of the Stripmax RGBW
In order to get a good dimming, these steps must be carefully followed:
1. Plug the Stripmax according to
the hereby enclosed diagram
(cut off the 230 V with the
circuit breaker first).
2. The different control modes
can be selected with the Dmax
application available for free
on Google Play or Apple App
Store. After reconnecting the
12-24 Vdc, do a scan and then
follow the authentication
process in order to add the
corresponding Stripmax. Go to
settings and then to control
settings. For further details

guide at

3. Connect the LED strip.

Safety and environment
•Without halogen, RoHS.
•Storage conditions: Temperature: -25°C / +70°C, Relative

•For a safe installation, the device can only be installed by a
qualified electrician.
•The device must not be opened in any case (cancels warranty).
•The device may under no circumstances be connected directly on
230 V. Use a 12 to 24 Vdc transformer.
•The device can only be installed inside, in a dry area, compatible
with IP20 norms.
•During the mounting and unmounting of the device, cut off the 230
V circuit-breaker.
Control with a push-button (default setting)
Button:
LONG PUSH (> 0.4 s) on the button: the selected channel turns ON
(if it was turned OFF) and the dimming level slowly goes up/down
between min. and max. levels (100% = full conduction); the last
level is kept by releasing the button.
SHORT PUSH (< 0.4 s) on the button: the selected canal smoothly
turns ON or OFF.

Handing om weten
•De Stripmax controller kan alle types 12 tot 24 V LED strip
verlichting bedienen met een maximum van 1 kanal.
•Voor een optimale werking sluit men best slechts één type LED-strip
aan op de controller.
•Enkel om de stripmax te configureren, is er een extern aangesloten
drukknop vereist.
•De Stripmax krijgt zijn voeding van de 12 tot 24 V LED strip.
•De Stripmax RGBW kan maximaal 6 A leveren.
Installatie en configuratie van de Stripmax RGBW
Om een goede dimkarakteristiek te verkrijgen, moeten onderstaande
stappen zorgvuldig gevolgd worden:
1. Steek de Stripmax aan volgens het hier afgebeeld schema
2. De verschillende
werkingsmodi worden
geselecteerd vanuit de
DMax-App die gratis
beschikbaar is op Google
Play of Apple App Store. Na
het opnieuw aansluiten van
de 12 – 24 VDC, voer je een
scan uit gevolgd door de
authenticatie procedure om
de bijbehorende Stripmax
RGBW toe te voegen. Ga
naar het menu parameters
en vervolgens naar
instellingen beheren. Voor

3. Sluit de LED-strip aan

•Nominale condities: 12 – 24 VDC bij een omgevingstemperatuur

Veiligheid en milieu
•Halogeenvrij, RoHS.

luchtvochtigheid: < 75%.
•Het toestel mag enkel en alleen gemonteerd worden door een
gediplomeerde electrovakman, anders is er gevaar voor brand of
electrocutie.
•Het apparaat mag in geen geval worden geopend (warranty void
control seal)
•Het apparaat mag in geen geval rechtstreeks worden aangesloten
op 230 Vac . Gebruik steeds een 12 tot 24 Vdc transformator.
•Het toestel mag alleen binnen geplaatst worden, in een droge
ruimte, compatibel met IP20 - normen.
•Knip tijdens het monteren en ontkoppelen van het apparaat de
230V-stroomonderbreker af.
Bediening met een drukknop (standaardinstelling)
Drukknop :
Door een lange druk (>0.4s) op de knop, wordt het gekozen kanaal
geactiveerd (als het in rust was) en stijgt/daalt het dimniveau
langzaam tussen MiniMax (100 % is volledige geleiding). Het laatst
bereikte niveau wordt vastgehouden door de drukknop los te laten.
Door een korte druk (<0.4s)op de knop wordt het kanaal
geactiveerd/ gedesactiveerd met een zachte overgang.

Stripmax – Mode d’emploi
Préambule
• Le contrôleur Stripmax 1 canal peut piloter tous types d’éclairages
stripled de 12 à 24 V.
• Pour un fonctionnement optimal, ne connecter qu’un seul type de
stripled au contrôleur.
• Uniquement pour la configuration du Stripmax, il est nécessaire
d’avoir un bouton-poussoir connecté.
• Le Stripmax est alimenté par l’alimentation 12 à 24 V du Stripled.
• Le courant maximal délivré par le Stripmax peut aller jusqu’à 6 A.
Installation et réglage du Stripmax
Afin d’obtenir un fonctionnement optimal, il est nécessaire de
respecter les étapes détaillées ci-dessous :
1. Connecter le Stripmax sur base du schéma ci-joint (coupez le
disjoncteur 230 V)
2. Les différents modes de
contrôle se sélectionnent au
travers de l'application Dmax
disponible gratuitement sur
Google Play ou Apple App
Store. Après avoir alimenté
en 12-24 Vdc, faire un scan
puis suivre la procédure
d’authentification afin
d’ajouter le Stripmax
correspondant. Se rendre
dans les paramètres pour et
les paramètres de contrôle.

V. Utiliser un transformateur 12 à 24 Vdc.
•L’appareil ne peut être installé qu’à l’intérieur, dans un endroit
sec, compatible avec la norme IP20.
•Pendant le montage et le démontage de l’appareil, coupez le
disjoncteur de 230 V.
Contrôle par bouton-poussoir (par défaut)
Bouton :
Pour un APPUI LONG (> 0,4s) sur le bouton : le canal choisi
s'allume (s'il était éteint) et le taux de dimming monte / descend
lentement entre niveaux Min et Max (100% = conduction totale);
on garde le dernier niveau en relâchant le bouton.
Pour un APPUI COURT (<0,4s) sur le bouton : le canal choisi
s'allume ou s'arrête en transition douce.

Stripmax – Gebrauchsanweisung
Vorwort
• Der 1-kanalige Stripmax-Controller kann alle Arten von 12 bis 24 V
DC LED-Streifen steuern.
• Für einen optimalen Betrieb schließen Sie bitte nur einen einzigen
LED-Streifen an den Controller an.
• Lediglich zur Konfiguration des Stripmax 1-Kanal-Controllers ist ein
extern angeschlossener Taster erforderlich.
• Der Stripmax 1-Kanal-Controller wird über die 12 bzw. 24 V DC-
Spannung des LED-Streifens betrieben.
• Der vom Stripmax 1-Kanal-Controller gelieferte Maximalstrom kann
bis zu 6 A betragen.
Verdrahtung und Konfiguration des Stripmax 1-Kanal-
Controllers
Um ein gutes Dimmen der LEDs zu erreichen, müssen folgende
Arbeitsschritte sorgfältig befolgt werden:
1. Schließen Sie den Stripmax 1-
Kanal-Controller Controller
gem. dem vorliegenden
Schema an (trennen Sie dabei
zuerst die Stromversorgung
vom Gerät).
2. Die verschiedenen Modi des
Stripmax 1-Kanal-Moduls
können mit der Dmax-App
ausgewählt werden, die
kostenlos über Google Play
oder im Apple App-Store
heruntergeladen werden kann.
Führen Sie nach dem
Wiedereinschalten der 12 bzw.
24 V DC-Stromversorgung
einen Scan durch und folgen
Sie dann dem
Authentifizierungsvorgang, um
den entsprechenden Stripmax
1-Kanal-Controller zu
installieren. Ausführliche

3. Schließen Sie den LED-Streifen fachgerecht an.

•Für eine sichere Installation darf das Gerät nur von einer
Elektrofachkraft montiert werden.
•Das Gerät darf in keinem Fall geöffnet werden (Garantieverlust).
•Das Gerät darf nur in einem trockenen Raum installiert werden,
der für IP 20-Geräte kompatibel ist.
•Während der Montage und Demontage muss das Gerät von der
Stromversorgung getrennt sein.
Drucktastensteuerung
Standardinstellung:
Bei einem LANGEN DRUCK (> 0,4 s) auf die Taste: Der
ausgewählte Kanal wird eingeschaltet (wenn sie ausgeschaltet war)
und die Dimmhelligkeit bewegt sich zwischen Minimal-und dem
Maximal-Pegel (100 % = maximale Leistung) langsam auf und ab.
Die letzte Einstellung wird durch Loslassen der Taste gehalten.
Bei einem KURZEN DRUCK (< 0,4 s) auf die Taste: Der
ausgewählte Kanal schaltet sich sanft ein oder aus.
