1 Surface mount option - fixing and Installation
The Universal Proximity Reader should be fitted close to the door through which
a) Remove the front cover from the reader using a thin slot screwdriver
b) Drill 2 holes into the wall for the self-tapping screws and 1 hole for the cable
c) Thread the cable through the cable hole
d) Fix the reader firmly onto the wall with 2 self-tapping screws
e) Place the clipping front cover
you wish to control access.

2 Panel mount option - fixing and Installation
The Universal Proximity Reader should be fitted inside a panel with
a) Remove the front plate from the entry panel
b) The reader should easily slide on to studs on 40mm x 40mm cut out
c) Secure reader with fixings supplied with entry panel
