Keep calm and focused,
naturally
doppel works by creating a silent
vibration on the inside of your wrist
which feels just like the ‘lub-dub’ of a
heartbeat.
Slower rhythms are calming, and faster
rhythms make you feel more alert and
focused - like music.
Use it to stay calm under pressure, focus
on the task ahead of you, and keep going
when you need to.

Wearing your doppel
doppel should be
worn with the metal
base touching the
inside of your wrist,
where you would
expect to feel your
pulse.
You can wear your
doppel on either
wrist.

doppel contains small parts
that can be a choking hazard. Keep out of the
reach of children and pets to prevent accidents.
Adjust the strap to ensure a snug but
comfortable t
To adjust the strap size, change the
position of the popper before putting
doppel on. Choose the hole you want for
a snug but comfortable t, then push the
strap down hard over the round top of
the popper.

To make sure the popper is secure, push
the strap around the popper edge, and
check the strap is at. You can change the
position as many times as you need.
And don’t worry, there is a spare popper
in the box if you lose the rst one.

1 To charge your doppel, check that the
charging contacts on doppel’s metal base
and the pins on the charging base align,
then place doppel into the charging base.
2 Pull the rubber cord over the doppel and
t it into the channel on the underside of
the charging base.
3 Plug the USB end of the cable into a
standard USB port or power adapter.
4 Charge your doppel for two hours
before connecting with your phone or
tablet for the rst time.
doppel’s motor will spin continuously for one
second once the charging contacts are touching.
