I. INTRODUCTION
DORAN 360SLT is a SMARTLINK™ TPMS Tablet used to communicate with all DORAN
TPMS products with RF or LF transmitting capability that cover the Truck and Trailer Fleets,
OFF Road Equipment and Multi-Trailer applications. It can be used to set up the
transceiver configuration and also help to access the data information of the transceiver
about tire status.
DORAN 360SLT is designed based on the Google Android system with smart operation
experience. With both touch screen and key buttons, customers are able to operate it
easily. It can also be connected to computers so that saved data can be downloaded for
documentation and analysis.

Display and Touch Screen: Shows information and configuration. It is also used to setup
and access information by touch operation.
Power Button: Press and hold in order to turn the device ON or OFF. Press briefly to
turn the backlight ON or OFF.
Navigation Arrow Buttons:Use to move the displayed active menu for operating.
OK Button:Use to confirm the operation in the selected (active) window.
MENU button: Press one time to return to the previous menu. Press and hold to go
directly to the main menu.
2. START TO USE
Before powering on the device, make sure it is fully charged and has enough power
for operating.
To charge the device, use the adapter and cables provided and insert the USB mini port
into the device.
To power on the device, Press and Hold the power button on the top right until the
display light turns on. Then release the power button and the device will automatically
finish the start up process and enter into the main menu for TPMS operation.
The display backlight will switch off if there is no operation for 5 minutes. Press the power
button briefly to turn the backlight/display ON. Turn off the device if it will not be used for
a long time by pressing and holding the power button. The RF module and Android device
will consume certain power even when the backlight/display is turned off while leaving
the device powered on.
The tablet can setup the scheduled ON or OFF time by following the device system setting
menu: SETTINGS/Scheduled power on & off.

3. CONNECT TO THE COMPUTER
The device can be connected to a computer with the USB cable provided to transfer data.
To connect the tablet and computer, insert the mini USB port to the tablet and the other
end of the USB cable to the computer.
The below screen will open up once the connection is completed successfully. Press “Turn
on the USB storage” to enable the tablet to be a USB disk of the compu te r.

A disk named 360SLT will appear on the computer screen after confirming the window
shown above. Double click to enter into the disk where it will show all the system files.
The folder named SMARTLINK TPMS TABLET has all the saved data. Detailed operation
about data transfer will be explained in part Ⅳ.
II. FUNCTIONS AND APPLICATIONS
1. INTRODUCTION
DORAN 360SLT SMARTLINK™ TPMS TABLET is an all-in-one tool that can be used for all
the DORAN TPMS products. To enable the user to follow each application easily and
clearly, the tool is designed by the principle of application scenario. Customers can select
the right application by clicking the sub-menu in the main menu list.
TRUCK AND TRAILER FLEETS
For customers who apply the TPMS to the truck and trailer fleet
OFF ROAD EQUIPMENT
For customers who apply the TPMS to the OFF Road equipment
MULTI-TRAILER APPLICATIONS
For customers who apply the DORAN Multi-trailer TPMS products

In each application menu, the customer can finish the operations such as reading sensor
(tire) data, configuring a TPMS transceiver and accessing saved data.
2. OPERATION
2.1 READ SENSOR (TIRE) DATA
READ INDIVIDUAL SENSOR
Customers will be able to read and access each individual sensor that is attached to a tire
valve stem. Only sensors that have LF capability can be read. After successfully reading the
sensor, customers will have access to the below information:
•TPMS sensor ID
•Current tire pressure
•Current tire temperature
To read an individual sensor, click the menu “INDIVIDUAL SENSORS” to access the screen
shown on the next page.

Put the tool close to the sensor to be read and tap the sensor image on the left, the tool
will read the current sensor information automatically. After reading successfully, the
display will return the data as shown below.
READ SENSOR DATA BY WALK AROUND
WALK AROUND enables a customer to access the tire data of a truck, trailer, or other
equipment with a Doran TPMS sensor that has LF capability by walking around the vehicle.
The data received from the sensor will be recorded and can be saved in the accordant
wheel position. Saved data can be reviewed later or transferred to the computer via USB.
Use “TRUCK WALK AROUND” in TRUCK AND TRAILER FLEET as an example:
Press the menu “TRUCK WALK AROUND” to enter into the screen shown on the next
page.

To read and record the tire data of each wheel position, select the tire accordingly and
hold it (Or Hold OK button) for 3 seconds. The sensor ID, pressure and temperature
information will be shown.
A window will open up when the wheel image is pressed. Input tire serial number, tire
position ID and tread depth (Optional).
After entering the additional information (optional), press CONFIRM to exit out the sensor
reading screen.
Repeat the above operation for all the sensors (tires) and retrieve tire information. Before
selecting SAVE, enter the TRUCK# which will be used as the default file name in the data
fo lder.

Press BACK to return to the upper level menu.
READ SENSOR DATA IN TRANSCEIVER
Access tire data by ONE-CLICKTM feature available on Doran SMARTLINK™ Transceivers. It
enables all the tire data to be read that’s available in the transceiver with just one click.
The most recent updated data received from the sensors included in the transceiver will
be recorded and can be saved in the accordant tire position. Saved data can be reviewed
later or transferred to a computer via USB.
Use “ ONE-CLICKTM TRANSCEIVER” in “OFF ROAD EQUIPMENT” as an example:
Press menu “ONE-CLICKTM TRANSCEIVER” and enter into the screen below.
Select READ to read the sensor data of the transceiver. The screen, shown below, will
open, giving the option to select the correct transceiver by ID or trailer/unit number. This
helps access a specific transceiver if there is more than one transceiver available.

Once read successfully, the sensors’ data will be displayed as shown below.
Pressing the wheel image will open a window that shows more detailed information and
gives the option to input the tire serial number, tire position ID, and tread depth.

Add this detailed information into each wheel position as necessary. Press CONFIRM to
finish. Once all the tire information is added, hit SAVE to save the data under the default
file name of the trailer number. Later, the saved data can be reviewed or transferred to
the computer via USB.
2.2 PROGRAMMING
To configure the Doran TPMS transceivers add sensor ID, baseline pressure, and alarm
level information for optimal system functionality.
Each application has its own programming menu for its unique transceiver. Please select
the correct application for programming. The operation processes to program the
transceiver are similar. This example uses the Multi-Trailer Transceiver in
the MULTI-TRAILER APPLICATION.
Select the menu PROGRAMMING/MULTI-TRAILER TRANSCEIVER and press to enter into
screen shown below.
STEP1: Read and select the transceiver to be programmed
Press READ button to open a window that shows all available transceivers with ID and
trailer number. Select the one to be programmed.

STEP2: Add sensor information into transceiver
Select the wheel position where the sensor information will be programmed.
(Refer to the picture below)
Sensor ID -- Manually enter the 12-digit sensor ID etched on the sensor cap or press READ
ID if the sensor has the LF feature.
Baseline Pressure –The default value is set to 100psi. It can be changed manually for
different alarm settings.
Low Pressure Level 1 – The default value is set to 12.5% below baseline pressure (blue
number in the square shows the current alarm level pressure). It can be changed by
manually entering the pressure value.

High Pressure – The default value is set to 25% above baseline pressure (blue number in
the square shows the current alarm level pressure). It can be changed by manually
entering the pressure value.
Low Pressure Level 2– The default value is set to 25% below baseline pressure and can’t
be changed.
Input and confirm above information for each wheel position.
If all the wheels in the transceiver have the same baseline pressure and alarm levels use
SET GLOBAL BASELINE PRESSURE on the programming screen to set all of them at once.
Enter the information into the window that opens (shown below).
STEP3: Transfer data to the transceiver
Press TRANSFER TO TRANSCEIVER to complete the programming by successfully
transferring the data. The transceiver is now configured to function correctly.

2.3 ACCESS SAVED FILE
The data read and saved into truck and trailer can be accessed in the tablet for quick
review. The saved data can also be copied to PC/Laptop for documentation and analysis.
Part Ⅳwill introduce how to transfer data from tablet to the PC/laptop. The data is
saved into each application category. To access it, please find the menu ACCESS SAVED
FILES under each application menu.
The data is grouped into category as they were read and saved. They are also classified by
the date they were saved.
Below is an example of the truck data review in the TRUCK AND TRAILER FLEETS
application.
Press ACCESS SAVED FILE in order to access the screen shown below. It will show the
different categories for reading sensor data. Select the menu of the data source and all
the data will be shown with the date and file name (usually it is the truck or trailer #).
Select the file to open and it will show the data stored.

The screen will show the truck #, date, and time saved and all the tire positions with tire
pressure and temperature information. Pressing the tire will open a window displaying
detailed information as shown below.

III. SETTINGS
In the SETTINGS menu, customers are able to set system information:
1. UNITS OF MEASURE
On this screen, customers can select the units of measure including temperature, pressure,
and tread depth.
Temperature unit
Select Fahrenheit or Celsius
Pressure unit
Select KPA, PSI or Bar

Tread Depth unit
Select Inch or mm. Example of how inches will be displayed: /32inch
2. SET PASSCODE
The passcode is disabled by default. Customers can enable it if they desire. To enable
it, select ENABLE and key in a new 4-digit passcode. Press CONFIRM to complete the
passcode setting. IMPORTANT: Remember the passcode! The TPMS function cannot
be accessed without it.
Once the passcode is set, when starting the tablet, it will require the passcode before
the main menu can be accessed.

3. VERSION
Use to check the current product version and upgrade to newer versions when
available.
Press VERSION. It will display the current product version number as shown below.
If there is a newer version available to upgrade, it will open a window and ask for
confirmation. (WIFI connection to the Internet is required)
Choose CONFIRM to upgrade immediately or CANCEL to upgrade later. After pressing
CONFIRM, it will start to download the latest version of software.

When the download is finished, click the file and it will install the new software and
upgrade the product.
IV. TRANSFER DATA TO COMPUTER
The saved data can be transferred to PC for documentation and analysis. To transfer
the data to a computer, just follow the steps below.
Step 1: Connect tablet to PC (Refer to part 3 of INTRODUCTION)
Step2: Find the folder named “SMARTLINK TPMS TABLET” in the file system.
