APERTURA IMBALLO ED ESTRAZIONE DISPOSITIVO
Tenere la scatola ferma e slare il dispenser.
BOX OPENING AND PULL OUT THE DEVICE
Hold the box and slip the dispenser o󰀨.
PROCEDURE TO ALIGN THE ROLL
SUPPORT
Please unscrew the rear support for the roll
through the screwdriver and screw it to the
3 holes present on the base.
PROCEDURA PER ALLINEAMENTO
SUPPORTO BOBINA
Con un cacciavite svitare il supporto
posteriore della bobina, che troverete
nella posizione “spedizione” ed avvitarlo
negli altri tre fori presenti nella base, relativi
alla posizione “lavoro”.
PROCEDURE TO LOAD THE ROLL
Please insert the roll into the roll core holder
and block the roll in through the apposite
roll blocking holder pressing it against the
roll until the springs start working.
NOTE: if during the working operations,
the device dispenses more than one label
or has di󰀩culty unrolling, please move
the holder increasing or decreasing its
pressure.
PROCEDURA DI CARICAMENTO
BOBINA
Inserire la bobina sul mozzo porta bobina.
Bloccare la bobina con l’apposito ferma
rotolo premendolo contro la bobina no a
far lavorare le molle.
NOTE: se durante il funzionamento il
dispenser spellicola più di una etichetta
oppure fa fatica a srotolare agire su questo
blocco aumentando o diminuendo la
pressione.

PREPARAZIONE
SPELLICOLATURA
Aprire il rullo di
trascinamento e passare la
siliconata tra i due rulli.
PROCEDURE TO
DISPENSE
Please open the dragging
roller and let the backing
paper slide between the 2
rollers.
Chiudere il rullo di
trascinamento. Premere
il tasto nero ed aiutare
l’avanzamento della
siliconata no al
raggiungimento del mozzo
di recupero.
Close the dragging roller.
Push the black button to
help the advancing of the
backing paper up to the
reaching of the backing
paper rewinding holder.
Bloccare la siliconata
sul mozzo di recupero
utilizzando la forcella.
Please fasten the backing
paper to the backing paper
rewinding holder using the
fork.
La manopola permette di
impostare la lunghezza della
spellicolatura.
The knob allows to set up
the length of the label to be
dispensed.
PROCEDURA OPERATIVA
Premendo il tasto nero “LED
giallo ON” l’avanzamento è
manuale.
Premendo il tasto verde “LED
verde ON” l’avanzamento è
automatico.
Ripremendo il tasto verde
“LED giallo ON”
l’avanzamento ritorna
automatico.
Ruotare la manopola per
impostare la lunghezza della
spellicolatura richiesta
PROCEDURE OF
OPERATION
By pushing the black button
“yellow led on”, the advancing
is manual.
By pushing the green button
“green led on”, the advancing
is automatic.
By pushing again the green
button “yellow led on”, the
advancing is automatic again.
Please spin the knob to set
up the length of the label to
be dispensed.

Test Sensore: a dispenser
spento tenere premuto il tasto
in corrispondenza del led giallo
e accendere il dispenser.
Led verde acceso: TEST OK
Led giallo acceso: regolare il
sensore.
N.B. Con etichetta davanti
al sensore il led giallo deve
essere acceso.
Sensor Test: dispenser o󰀨,
press and hold the button at
the yellow led and turn on the
dispenser.
Green led on: TEST OK
Yellow led on: Adjust the
sensor.
N.B. With label in front of
the sensor, the yellow LED
should be on.
ATTENTION
Il sensore è già regolato dai
nostri tecnici. Utilizzare questa
procedura nel caso aveste delle
etichette particolare che non
vengono lette dal sensore.
The sensor is already adjusted
by our technicians. Use this
procedure if you have special
labels that are not read by the
sensor.
