1. Safety Information
Dear Customer,
Thank you for purchasing our Seismo 11
Powder Shaker and Applicator! In order to
better understand how to properly use your
product and avoid damage to yourself or
the machine, please read the following
safety information.

#1 - Be careful of electric shock. Ensure the
machine is well grounded before starting
use of machine. Otherwise, bodily injury
may occur.
#2 - Power supply must match the heater’s. The line
must meet the specificiations.
#3 - Check whether line is connected well. In particular,
the null line must be connected correctly.
#4 - For those who are more prone to static electricity,
please pay attention to personal protective measures
when operating this equipment.

• Make sure power has been connected
(AC 110V, 50/60 HZ).
• Confirm that the grounding wire is firmly
connected.

• Feed the media into the powder box through the
outside powder bar.
• Then, cross the space between the upside dryer
and the platform dryer.
• Align the machine and the printer, so that the printer
feeds the print into the shaker.
• Place the media through the powder machine - refer
to the “Media Winding” section below.
• Flip the main power switch on the control panel.
• Flip the heat switch and set the temperature as
needed.
• Adjust speed of powder shaker motor.
• Set the upside dryer temperature between
100-170°C (Set according to the melting point of the
powder).
• Temperature of the leading heat plate should be
about 60°C - 70°C.
• After the media has finished, turn off the switches.

• Wind the media to the paper tube of the take up winder.
Attention: please ensure that the cloth is smooth and there
are no folds. The edge of the cloth should be level on both
sides of the machine (front & back).
• Press and hold for 2 seconds. Lift after screen
displays the data. Then press again. The
instrument will display the parameters.
• Start heat when the setup of temperature appear on
the screen. Press to reset the parameters.
• First press then press to quit setup.
• Press and hold to return to the last parameter
for checking.
• The above temperature settings are set according to
the actual dissolution degree of powder and the
deformation degree of the film. It is acceptable to dry
until the powder can dissolve and the film does not
deform. It is recommended to adjust the upper drying
temperature in the unit of 5°C until the powder
dissolves.
• Disconnect the external power supply when repairing
or cleaning the machine.
• After using the machine, clean the residual powder on
the wall of the powder shaking chamber every day.
• Clean the powder shaking film.
• Clean the remaining powder of the panel.
• Clean the powder on the positioning shaft.

• When the dusting box is not in use for the day, clean
the dusting box without powder to prevent the rubber
powder from dampening and to prevent powder or
motor jamming/burning. In case of powder blockage,
the powder spreading blade can be removed for
cleaning.
• After 2 uses, the rubber powder should be screened
with a 60 mesh screen before further use to prevent
the rubber powder and other impurities from blocking
the powder spreading mesh or the print.
• When adding powder, the action range should not be
too large to prevent the rubber powder from flying to
the platform. Because the rubber powder enters the
platform and is bonded with the film after heating, the
film cannot be collected by the collector.
• There are 4 oil drain ports inside the upper dryer,
which are usually plugged with 4 silica gel plugs. When
oil drainage is required, take out the silica gel plugs.
