1Setup
Intended use
The TR-909 PSU is intended to replace the old power supply unit of the JUNO 106
What is included
Please ensure that your package includes the following:
•JUNO 106 replacement PSU
This manual is written for someone who has experience with electronics
and knows what he is doing. If you are not sure you are capable of doing
this modification then please ask a trained technician.

2Installation
Step 1:
-Disconnect the mains.
-Open the juno 106 and locate the powerboard
•Be careful when working on mains equipment.
Disconnect all cables before working on the JUNO 106.

Step 2:
-Disconnect the white connectors

Step 3:
-Cut the 2 orange, 2 red and 1 black wire.
-Remove the 5 screws that hold the pcb in place. And remove the pcb.

Step 4:
-Install the new pcb in the same place, using the old screws.
-Strip the orange/red and black wires and insert them in the green terminal
block.
-Make sure the wires are in the right position

Step 5:
-Connect the mains and turn on the power and check if the 4 leds
are lit.
-Check the voltages with a voltmeter on the left side:
between 5V and AGND
between +15V and AGND
between 15V and AGND
-These voltages can be adjusted if necessary.
-Check the voltages with a voltmeter on the right side:
DVCC (5 volt) - DGND
-Turn OFF the power, disconnect the mains.

Step 6:
Re-connect the white connectors:

Step 7:
When you power up your juno, it should look like this:
Close your Juno 106 and enjoy.
