Visitor Operation
1. The visitor will enter the complex unit or house number on the keypad and press the
“#” key to enter. The system will search for up to 4 numbers registered to the entered
unit number and sequentially display the resident names on the LCD display. The
visitor can press the “#’ key again to call the displayed name or use the “0” key to
sequentially step through each registered name (if the unit number has only one
registered name then that name will be called on the first “#’ key press).
Note that the keypad entry will be cancelled if not entered within 20 seconds.
2. The calling ring tone will be audible from the intercom speaker (the call will be
cancelled if not answered within 30 seconds). When the resident answers the call the
visitor will have up to 60 seconds to speak to the resident. The resident can open the
gate for the visitor by pressing key “9” on his/her cell or landline phone. A warning
beep will be sounded 10 seconds before the 60 second cut-off time. The call will be
cancelled by the visitor pressing the “*” key or the resident hanging up.
