2. The precautions before using
 (1) Download and install the CardioPlanner App. from the Apple “App Store” or  web site with
itunes.apple.com/genre/ios/id36
 (2) Activate the Bluetooth function of your smartphone.
 (3) After opening the battery cover as figure (A), charge the chest belt as shown in Figure 
(B) using a USB cable (or 4.2V 20pin charger). When Using USB cable connector, the
opposite port will be connected to the USB port of your computer.
     It will take approximately 2-5 hours for initial charge, and the battery charge level is
displayed on the main screen of CardioPlanner.
 (4) After spraying water on sensor area of the chest belt  as figure (C), please wear a chest belt
on your solar plexus.
 (5) Please connect and tighten strap as figure (D) and (E) to keep the chest belt tightly on
the skin of solar plexus.

3. The initial set of CardioPlanner App
 Run the CardioPlanner of icon   , and begin the initial setting by following steps.
          

(1) It is the CardioPlanner’s initial screen.
  - Review [warning] button.
  - Click the [Chest belt will be used] button.
  - Click the [Setting] button to go to the setting's screen.
   
(2) Click the [User Information] button and enter the data of user. Refer to Paragraph 4.
(3) Click [Setting] - [GPS setting] to select whether using the GPS or not.
(8) Click the [Exercise] - [Start] button in order and the measurement will be started.

4. Setting user information
   

Click the "Setting" tab, and you will see the [Setting] screen.
press the [Set] button and  input your name, sex, age, height and weight.  After filling all of
the input field, Please press the [Apply] button.
The personal information will be used to calculate exercise distance, calories burned, Heart rate
zone and etc., so please input the personal information carefully.

 - User information:  personal information of height, weight, age and etc
 - My BMI: check my BMI information
 - Others: please set others carefully

5.  Start and Confirm Data during the workout

(1) If you completed the initial set, press [exercise] in the CardioPlanner.
(2) Click the button [start] on the main screen.
(3) Heart rate and other measurements data can be checked as like figure [main] - [Details
info] - [Location info] - [Graph] screen, Press the [Stop] button to end your workout.
*Precautions
- GPS will be not operated at indoor place.
- Please check the level of DS330 Batt (battery level of chest belt). If it is low level, please
charge enough before exercise starting.

6. Review the Workout results
If you want to see the workout results, move to the [History] tab.


 - You could select one item in history list..
 -  Click Duration [Detail] to review the detail work-out time.
 -  Click Avr.HR [Detail] to review detail heart rate data
 -  Click Steps [Detail] to review detail steps data.
 -  Click Distance [Detail] to review detail moving distance data.

7. Stress measurement methods

(1) Select [Stress measurement] at the initial screen of CardioPlanner.
(2) Please review [Checkpoint] contents before pressing the START button. After starting,
Bluetooth connection will be performed and the measurement will be started.
 ※ Before measuring, please sit down comfortably and do not shaking and speaking during
measurement.
(3) At [Measurement screen], you can check the progress and the heart rate at real time..
(4) When the measurement will be completed, you could check the results of the stress level
on  [The measured results] screen.
(5) Stress measurements results provide below information.
 - Autonomic nervous system’s balance results
 - Physical / Mental stress index
 - Stress trend

8. Precautions
 - Please be fully aware of the this manual  and CardioPlanner’s warning before using.
 - Please make sure whether the battery is sufficiently charged.
 - Please make sure whether the pairing is properly set between smartphone and chest belt
 - Close the charging cover tightly to protect penetration of moisture and failure.
 - Do not excessive shock, disassemble, alteration and repair.
 - Please do not use under the water.
 - For user of an artificial heart and heart disease, please consult doctor before using.
 - Prohibit children to bite or suck.

9. How to store
 - After the measurement is completed, it should be stored properly.
 - Do not store a high temperature or humid place.
 - Do not apply vibration or shock.
 - Keep out of the reach of infants.
 - Store condition
   Environment temperature  : -10 ~ 50’C / Relative humidity range : 0 ~ 80%
10. Shipping terms
 - A item will be arranged shipping within 4days from Korea by air-mail. upon payment
cleared. A item will be shipped to buyer's Paypal registered address except buyer leave the
message refer to the new address. Please confirm your order and address before you pay for
the item. Otherwise, before receiving any update information, we may have shipped out your
order. We don't accept dispatch the item to the third country.
 - For the international buyers references, due to geographical distance, you may not receive
the item in an ideal short time, we make sure that you are  compensated by our great
price. Also item is dispatched as quickly as possible.
11. Return Policy
- Buyers can request a fill refund or exchange by returning the received item within 15 days
of the delivery date. In order to return an item you must contact us to request a Return
Merchandise Authorization Number(RMA) & attached it inside the returned parcel.
   Any cost of returning the item is paid in buyers end. The return must be complete with
original packaging (manufacturer's box, styrofoam, plastic bags, etc) & all accessories packing
slip and tags. Replacement would be offered depending on our avaliable stock.
