FÜR DEN Z-FLEX CURVER II
Mechanische Biegevorrichtung für DURAL-Abschlußprofile mit Z-FLEX-Stanzung.
Mit dem Z-FLEX-Curver II können DURAL-Profile mit Spezial-Z-FLEX-Stanzung, wie z.B.
DUROSOL-Winkelprofile, DURAPLUS-Abschlußprofile mit breiter Sichtkante, DURATRANS-
Transitionsprofile, DURONDELL-Viertelkreisprofile, T-FLOOR-Übergangsprofile, sowie
FLORENTOSTEP (siehe 2. Seite), ohne Mühe präzise gebogen werden.
Nach mehrmaligem Durchdrehen und gleich-
zeitigem Führen des Profils entsteht so der
gewünschte Radius.
Die Abbildungen zeigen den Z-FLEX-Curver ohne Schutz-
haube zur besseren Darstellung der Arbeitsschritte.
Verwenden Sie den Curver nur mit aufgesetzter
Schutzhaube.
Durch Drehen der BIEGESCHEIBE mittels
Ratsche wird das Profil weitertransportiert
und zunächst ein flacher Radius gebogen.
Der Z-FLEX CURVER wird mit den beiliegenden
Schraubzwingen unverrückbar an der
Arbeitsplatte o.ä. befestigt.
Die BIEGESCHEIBE wird mit der STELL-
SCHRAUBE mittels Ratsche von den
HALTEROLLEN wegbewegt. Anschließend
Profil einschieben und zwar so, dass es
an den beiden HALTEROLLEN anliegt.
Danach BIEGESCHEIBE wieder an das
Profil heranführen bis eine leichte
Klemmwirkung erreicht ist.
Für einen engeren Radius muss das Profil
mehrmals durchgedreht werden. Dazu
wird die FÜHRUNGSROLLE mit dem
SCHRAUBSCHLÜSSEL gelöst und etwas
weiter nach vorne geschoben.
Dann wird erneut mit der STELLSCHRAUBE
die BIEGESCHEIBE und somit auch das
Profil an die FÜHRUNGSROLLE bewegt,
bis eine leichte Klemmwirkung erreicht ist.
Der Z-FLEX-CURVER II besteht aus:

Zunächst die beiden FLACHHALTER
entfernen. Mit dem Schraubschlüssel die
BIEGESCHEIBE lösen.
Zusätzliche DISTANZSCHEIBE unterlegen
und BIEGESCHEIBE wieder festziehen.
BIEGESCHEIBE mit der STELLSCHRAUBE so
weit aufdrehen bis das Profil durchpasst und
wieder an FÜHRUNGSROLLE herandrehen.
Das FLORENTOSTEP auf dem Kopf stehend
durchschieben. BIEGESCHEIBE mittels Ratsche
drehen um das Profil weiterzutransportieren.
Durch Verstellen der FÜHRUNGSROLLE
sowie der BIEGESCHEIBE nach vorne erreicht
man einen engeren Radius.

FÜHRUNGSROLLE und HALTEROLLEN sind auf einer Seite
abgeschrägt. Für Schräg- oder Rundprofile wie DURATRANS,
DURONDELL etc. müssen die Rollen
umgedreht werden (siehe Abb.)
Vorgehensweise:
- Schutzhaube entfernen (seitliche Drehknöpfe lösen)
- Muttern + mit beigefügtem Schlüssel lösen
- Rollen + umdrehen und Muttern wieder fest anziehen
- Schutzhaube bei Bedarf wieder aufsetzen und festschrauben
T-FLOOR beim Biegen mit der
Sichtfläche nach unten legen.
Bei den unterschiedlichen Profilen kann sich der Radius
bei gleicher Einstellung verändern. Deshalb können auf der Skala
nur Anhaltswerte angegeben werden. Durch den wiederholten
Biegevorgang und gleichzeitigem Nachstellen der FÜHRUNGS-
ROLLE wird der gewünschte Radius durch "heranarbeiten" erzielt.
Bitte beachten:
Soll ein Profil mit der Stanzung nach außen gebogen werden,
müssen die zwei FLACHHALTER umgesetzt werden.
FÜHRUNGSROLLE und HALTEROLLEN
müssen die abgeschrägte Seite
oben haben.
Der Z-FLEX Curver ist einfach in der Handhabung und wartungsfrei.
Wenn trotzdem einmal ein Teil beschädigt ist, hilft unser Ersatzteildienst.

After several runs through the machine, turning
the wheel and feeding in the profile at the same
time, the profile is eventually bent to the radius
required.
The pictures show the curver without its protective cover
so that the various steps can be illustrated more clearly.
Never use the curver without its protective cover.
By turning the BENDING WHEEL with a spanner,
the profile is gradually fed in and initially
curved to a wide radius.
The Z-FLEX-Curver is secured firmly
to a bench or similar surface by means
of the supplied clamps.
The BENDING WHEEL is moved away
from the GUIDE WHEEL by turning the
ADJUSTING SCREW with a spanner.
Once this is done, feed in the profile so that
it touches both the FIXED GUIDE WHEELS;
then move the BENDING WHEEL back
until it clamps the profile gently.
For narrow radius, the profile needs to
be turned through several times. To this
end, the GUIDE WHEEL has to be undone
with a box spanner and moved back;
the BENDING WHEEL is then moved
by means of the ADJUSTING SCREW
so that it once again traps the profile.
The Z-FLEX-Curver consists of:
a PROTECTIVE COVER a BENDING WHEEL that can be Œ 

To prevent twisting of the profile and
damage, the profile needs to be secured
by the two HOLDING CLAMPS.
With the Z-FLEX-Curver DURAL profiles with the special Z-FLEX punch, such as DUROSOL square edge
profiles, DURAPLUS box section profiles with the wide visible edge, DURATRANS transition profiles,
DURONDELL quarter round profiles, T-FLOOR transition strip and FLORENTOSTEP (see page 2), can be
easily formed into curved shapes.

Special set-up for the FLORENTOSTEP stair nosing profile:
First remove both the HOLDING CLAMPS. Undo the BENDING WHEEL with a box spanner. Place the SPACING WASHER under the
BENDING WHEEL and fix it back into place.
Use the ADJUSTING SCREW to move the
BENDING WHEEL far enough back that the
profile can be inserted, then clamp it against
the movable GUIDE WHEEL again.
Feed the FLORENTOSTEP profile through
upside-down. Turn the BENDING WHEEL with a
spanner to move the profile through the machine.
By adjusting the GUIDE WHEEL and the
BENDING WHEEL forwards, the radius can be
made smaller.
The GUIDE WHEEL and BENDING WHEEL are bevelled on one side.
For inclined or rounded profiles such as DURATRANS,
DURONDELL, etc. the wheels must be
turned over (see illustration). Bend T-FLOOR profiles with the
visible surface facing downwards.
The radius may be different for different profiles, even though the
setting is unaltered. Thus, the scale only provides an approximate
indication. Repeated bending and adjustment of the guide wheel allows
the required radius to be achieved gradually.

The Z-Flex-Curver is easy to use and requires no maintenance. If any part should
become damaged nevertheless, our spare parts service is certainly at your assistance.

Procedure:
- Remove the protective cover (undo the screws at the side).
- Undo the nuts + with the supplied spanner.
- Turn over wheels + and fasten the nuts again.
- Replace the protective cover as required and secure it firmly.
If a profile is to be curved so that the stamped teeth are on the outside,
the two HOLDING CLAMPS need to be moved and the bevelled side
of the GUIDE WHEEL an FIXED GUIDE WHEELS
must be facing upwards.

Cintreuse mécanique pour profilés DURAL à embase Z-FLEX.
Le rayon souhaité est obtenu après avoir fait
tourner plusieurs fois et guidé simultanément
le profilé.
Les illustrations montrent le Z-FLEX-Curver sans couvercle
de protection pour une meilleure représentation des étapes
de travail. Utilisez uniquement le Curver avec le couvercle mis.
Faire avancer le profilé en faisant tourner
le DISQUE DE CINTRAGE avec le cliquet et
cintrer d’abord un rayon plat. Tourner plusieurs fois le profilé pour
obtenir un rayon plus petit. A cet effet,
dévisser le GALET DE GUIDAGE avec la CLÉ A
VIS et le pousser un peu plus vers l’avant.
Déplacer ensuite à nouveau le DISQUE DE
CINTRAGE et, avec lui, le profilé, en utilisant
la VIS DE RÉGLAGE pour le rapprocher du
GALET DE GUIDAGE, jusqu’à ce qu’un
léger effet de serrage soit perceptible.

Afin d’éviter une torsion du profilé et
endommagement du DISQUE DE
CINTRAGE fixer le profilé au moyen
des VIS DE MAINTIEN.
Le Z-FLEX-Curver II permet de cintrer avec précision et sans effort, au moyen du dispositif d'estampage
spécial Z-FLEX, les profilés DURAL tels que, par exemple, les profilés de finition chant droit DUROSOL, les
profilés de finition et de séparation à bord large DURAPLUS, les profilés de transition DURATRANS, les
profilés de finition quart de rond DURONDELL, les profilés de transition T-FLOOR de même que les profilés
nez de marche FLORENTOSTEP.

Le Z-FLEX-CURVER II est composé des
éléments suivants :
Fixer le Z-FLEX CURVER au moyen des serre-
joints sur le plan de travail ou sur un support
similaire de manière à ce qu’il ne bouge pas.
Déplacer le DISQUE DE CINTRAGE avec la
VIS DE RÉGLAGE en utilisant le cliquet des
GALETS D’APPUI. Introduire ensuite le
profilé de telle façon qu’il repose sur les
deux GALETS D’APPUI.
Placer ensuite le DISQUE DE CINTRAGE
sur le profilé jusqu’à ce qu’un léger
effet de serrage soit perceptible.

Disposition spéciale de montage pour les profilés nez de marche FLORENTOSTEP :
Enlever tout d’abord les deux
VIS DE MAINTIEN. Dévisser le DISQUE DE CINTRAGE
avec la clé à vis. Placer des ENTRETOISES supplémentaires en
dessous et reserrer le DISQUE DE CINTRAGE.
Desserrer le DISQUE DE CINTRAGE avec la
VIS DE RÉGLAGE de manière à ménager un
passage pour le profilé et le rapprocher ensuite
du GALET DE GUIDAGE en le tournant.
Faire glisser le profilé FLORENTOSTEP après
l’avoir retourné. Tourner le DISQUE DE
CINTRAGE en utilisant le cliquet pour faire
avancer le profilé.
On obtient un rayon plus petit en déplaçant
le GALET DE GUIDAGE et le DISQUE DE
CINTRAGE vers l’avant.
Le GALET DE GUIDAGE et LES GALETS D'APPUI possèdent un côté
oblique. Pour les profilés en biais et ronds tels que DURATRANS,
DURONDELL, etc. il faut retourner
les galets (cf. illustration)
Marche à suivre :
- Enlever le couvercle de protection (dévisser les boutons rotatifs latéraux)
- Dévisser les écrous et avec la clé fournie
- Retourner les galets et et revisser les écrous
- Si nécessaire, remettre le couvercle et le visser
Placer le profilé T-FLOOR avec la surface
visible dirigée vers le bas lors du cintrage.
Compte tenu des différents profilés existants, le rayon peut varier
pour un réglage similaire. Il est donc seulement possible d’indiquer
des valeurs de référence sur l’échelle. On obtient le rayon souhaité
progressivement en renouvelant plusieurs fois le cintrage tout en
effectuant un réglage simultané du GALET DE GUIDAGE.
Attention :
Si un profilé est cintré avec le dispositif d’estampage placé vers
l’extérieur, Déplacer alors les deux VIS DE MAINTIEN .
La face oblique du GALET DE GUIDAGE
et des GALETS D’APPUI
doit être dirigée vers le haut.
Le Z-Flex Curver est facile à utilliser et ne nécessite aucun entretien. Notre service
de pièces de rechange se tient néanmoins à votre disposition si une pièce venait
quand même à être endommagée. Veuillez dans ce cas indiquer
