Für die einfache Selbstmontage ist es wichtig,
die Reihenfolge einzuhalten. Sie benötigen für den
Aufbau 2 Personen zum Aufbau und anschließenden
Transportieren an den Bestimmungsort.
Es wird ein benötigt.

Please follow the exact order of our assembly instructions
when assembling the cots.
You will need the assistance of another person to assemble
and help carry the cots into their final position.

2 rear panels
2 narrow front cover panels
2 cot sides

Aufbau:
Ein Seitenteil mit der Außenseite flach auf den Boden legen (Teppich unterlegen)
6 Gewindebolzen kurz (Abb. E) in die Bohrungen der Seite innen bis zum Anschlag
eindrehen. (Aufnahme für Böden)
In die zweite Seite ebenfalls die 6 Gewindebolzen kurz (Abb. E) eindrehen.
In beide Böden die Excentergehäuse (Abb. A) in die vorgebohrten Löcher
eindrücken (wie Abb. F). Die Böden in die Dübellöcher der Rückwände und Blenden
stecken und auf die Seitenkante stellen. (siehe Abb. 2). Die zusammengesteckten
Böden mit Rückwand und Blende auf die Gewindebolzen der liegenden Seite
stellen und die 6 Excentergehäuse mit dem Schraubendreher im Uhrzeigersinn
vorsichtig festdrehen.Die Gitter mit den Bolzen in die Schienen stellen (siehe Abb. 3)
und an die Rückwand lehnen.
Die zweite Seite auflegen: erst die Dübel des unteren Boden in die Dübellöcher
einführen dann Dübel des oberen Boden einführen, dabei darauf achten dass die
Bolzen der Gitter in die Schienen der zweiten Seite geführt werden.
Die restlichen 6 Excentergehäuse (Abb. F) (Verbindung Böden aufgelegte Seite) mit
dem Schraubendreher im Uhrzeigersinn vorsichtig festdrehen.
18 Gewindebolzen (Abb. D) in die beiden Rückwände (12 Stück) und die beiden
Blenden (4 Stück) einstecken dabei ist der Schlitz sichtbar und zeigt in Richtung
Bohrloch. Die 8 langen Bolzen (Abb. C) in die vorgebohrten Löcher der aufgelegten
Seite stecken und mit dem mitgelieferten Inbusschlüssel vollständig festdrehen
(siehe Abb. 1). Das Bett aufrichten und in die zweite Seite ebenfalls die 8 langen
Bolzen (Abb. C) einstecken und vollständig festdrehen.
Den Rundstab mit den beiden Schrauben (Abb. B) durch die Seiten anschrauben.
Zuletzt die beiden (Abdeckkappen) auf die Schrauben drücken.
Jetzt können die Matratzen Art.Nr.: 703 206 eingelegt werden.
Bitte überprüfen Sie regelmäßig den festen Sitz der Schrauben! Seitenteil

Assembly:
Place one cot end flat on the floor with the drill-holes facing upwards. (Place carpet
underneath to prevent scratch marks). Screw the 6 short thread bolts (fig. E) into
the pre-drilled-holes as far as they will go. (for later attachment of baseboards)
Attach 6 short thread bolts to the other cot end in the same way as described above.
Press the cam nuts (see fig. A) into the pre-drilled holes in the 2 baseboards
(see fig. F). Insert the baseboards into the dowel holes of the rear panels and narrow
front cover panels and stand upright on one side (see fig.2). Place down onto cot
end resting flat on floor and align to match thread bolts. Take a screwdriver and
carefully tighten the 6 cam nuts, in a clockwise direction, until they lock. Slot
the bolts on either side of the cot bars into the mounted track (see fig.3). Raise
the cot bars and rest on top of rear panel.
Lay the second end down flat on the floor. First insert the dowels of the lower
baseboard into the dowel holes and then the dowels of the upper baseboard.
Please make sure that the bolts on the sides of both cot bars are in position in t
he track and running smoothly. Take a screwdriver and carefully tighten
the 6 remaining cam nuts (see fig. F), in a clockwise direction, until they lock.
(in order to connect baseboards to cot end).
Insert 18 thread bolts into the 2 rear panels (12 bolts) and the 2 front cover panels
(4 bolts). The top slot should be visible and show in the direction of the drill-hole.
Insert the 8 long bolts (fig. C) into the pre-drilled holes of the flat cot end and
lock with the Allen key supplied (see fig.1).
Stand the bed upright and insert 8 long bolts (see fig. C) into the other cot end,
tightening to lock.
Screw the top pole (see fig. B) into place on either side of the cot ends.
Press the cover caps onto the screws.
Please check at regular intervals that all screws are tight and in position.
