General
 Adult assembly is required. Keep small parts away from children when assembling this
product.
This product is not a toy. Do not allow children to play with it.
This product is intended for indoor (household) use only.
NEVER place any cords in or near a crib.
WARNING-Strangulation Hazard-Children have STRANGLED in cords. Keep this cord
out of reach of children (more than 3 feet (0.9 meters) away).
NEVER attempt to use the cord without the covering.
NEVER use extension cords with power adaptors.
Only use the power adaptor provided. Do not use other power adaptors as this may
damage the device.
Do not touch the plug contacts with any sharp or metal object.
ALWAYS remove the plug from the cord when the projector is not in use. ALWAYS plug
and unplug the product with dry hands to avoid electric shock.
When removing the plug, pull the plug and not the wire.
Put the device on a steady horizontal surface.

Do not open the top cap when running.
Test the humidifier before use. Become familiar with its functions.
Do not use the humidifier near water (other than the water to fill the unit as
indicated).
Do not cover the humidifier with a towel, blanket or any fabric item.
Do not install the humidifier near a heat source.
Do not try to repair the device yourself. Contact Customer Service at Scandinavian

Note: aroma is commonly used in 3 drops or less. If too much aroma is used, bubbles may
appear and damage the machine.
Note: do not use other special solutions expect aroma therapies such as eucalyptus and

Cleaning
Disconnect the adapter before cleaning.
Only clean the baby air humidifier and adapter with a dry cloth, do not use chemical
cleaners.
Make sure the cleaned air humidifier is dry before connecting to the power supply.

Register your warranty on www.duux.com/register.
This Duux product has a warranty of 12 months after the date of purchase. During this
period we guarantee the repair of defects caused by material and manufacturing defects.
This must be assessed by the distributor in the country concerned.
In the event of a defect please first consult your user manual and the online FAQ
(frequently asked questions) which are updated on www.Duux.com from time to time.
If no solution is offered, please contact Duux customer service for North America at
Scandinavian Child, www.SCIchild.com, or email [email protected], or call
919.747.8510 Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
Warranty period
 The warranty period will not be extended, even in the event of repairs being made.
The warranty provides a right to have a product repaired but not to exchange or return
a product.
Duux’s obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of
defective parts as deemed necessary and as covered under this warranty.
Duux reserves the right to improve the design of any product without assuming any
obligation to modify the previously manufactured products.
The warranty may only be invoked if you provide Duux or its distributor with the
original proof of purchase (receipt) along with the defective product. Your warranty
registration must be on file when warranty service is required.
Limitation of Warranty
If you have made or arranged for modifications or repairs to be made without written
permission from Duux or its distributor you shall void the warranty.
Normal wear and tear or damage due to accident, carelessness, lack of maintenance,
misapplication, improper use or use of accessories and parts which are not
manufactured by Duux, as well as altered and/or disassembled components shall all
void the warranty.
Defects resulting from any use or maintenance other than what is indicted in the user
guide shall void the warranty.
This is a limited warranty. Liability for consequential damages is expressly excluded.

In the event of any dispute regarding product warranty, Duux reserves the right to
make all final decisions on warranty.

Can I also use this product outside the baby room?
Of course! Because of the modern design this product can be used in any room.
How can I get aroma to use in the humidifier?
You can get small aroma bottles at your local wellness shop or on the internet. Some
aroma-therapies, like eucalyptus, can be used to clean the airways when your child has
caught a cold.
What is my room is larger than specified?
Don’t worry, it will not be a problem. But keep in mind that it will take longer to get
the same humidification results.
Why is the nightlight blinking?
The water level has reached below the minimum or the tank is completely empty.
