2. Installation
Switch off ignition and disconnect the vehicle’s battery! If according to factory rules
disconnectingthebatteryhastobeavoided,itisusuallysufficienttoputthevehicleis
sleep-mode.Incasethesleep-modedoes notshowsuccess,disconnectthebatterywitha
resistorlead.
InstructionforVWGolf 5,TouranwithMFD3/RNS510:
1. Removedecorative plasticpanels ofthenavigation
computercarefully, remove the4TORX screwsandpull the
navigation computerout ofthecentreconsolewith the
accordanttoolkit(not included).
2. DisconnectQuadlockconnectorfromthebacksideofthe
navigation computerand connectittoharness TV-VW02. If
theoriginalQuadlockconnector carries12pininserts,
disconnecttheinsertsandconnectthemtoharness TV-VW02.
ConnectTV-VW02tothenavigationcomputer.

Thevideo-in-motioncanbeactivatedand deactivatedbyDip1or alternatively by the
includedloose greencable inconnectionwithaswitch(notincludedindelivery).

thenavigation performance.
Video-in-motion selective
With dip1toOFFtheincludedgreencable isusedtoactivatethevideo-in-motionfunction.
Connectaswitchtothegreencable andconnectthegreencableto+12VACC.
