Der Trainingswagen darf nur für seinen bestimmungsgemäßen Zweck verwendet werden.
Dieser Trainingswagen wurde ausschließlich für das Training von zugkräftigen Hunden wie
z.B. Schlittenhunden konstruiert und gebaut.
Beachten Sie die geltenden Tierschutzbestimmungen.
Er darf nicht hinter irgendwelche Fahrzeuge (insbesondere motorisierte) angehängt werden.
Das Befahren von öffentlichen Verkehrswegen ist nicht gestattet, da der Wagen nicht der
StVO entspricht.
Beim Befahren von Wald- und Forstwegen sind die einschlägigen Bestimmungen
einzuhalten. Diese Bestimmungen sind von (Bundes) Land zu Land verschieden. Informieren
Sie sich bezüglich der für Ihre Region zutreffenden Regelungen.
Dieser Trainingswagen ist kein Kinderspielzeug. Halten Sie den Wagen von Kindern fern.
Diese könnten sich und andere durch unsachgemäßen Gebrauch verletzen.
Die Wagen dürfen keinesfalls im Salzwasser gefahren werden, da Sand und Salz die Funktion
der Bremsen beeinträchtigen können.

Fahrhinweise / Driving instructions
Beim Fahren Gewicht immer auf die Innenseiten der Kurven verlagern. In sehr engen Kurven
und gleichzeitig schneller Fahrt zusätzlich leicht in die Knie gehen.
While driving through curves always shift your weight to the inside of the curve. If the angle
is very small you should bend your knees slightly in addition to shifting your weight.
Die Schlittenbremse / The Sled-brake
Mit der Schlittenbremse können Sie den Wagen unterwegs fixieren. Müssen Sie zu den
Hunden nach vorne, so gehen Sie folgendermaßen vor:
Den Hebel ganz nach unten drücken.
Tipp: Je nach Ausstattung kann bei einigen Modellen zusätzlich zur Schlittenbremse noch die
beiden Vorderräder mit der Handbremse blockiert werden.
Das Lösen erfolgt in umgekehrter Reihenfolge.

The sled-brake is the brake you would use when driving a sled. On the cart you can use it to
secure the cart if you have to stop unexpectedly. If you have to get off the cart and go to the
dogs, proceed as follows:
Push the lever all the way down.
Tip: Depending on the equipment on some models you can block both front wheels with the
handbrake additional to the sled brake.
The dissolution is carried out in reverse order.

Die Bremsen / The Wheel Brakes
Das wichtigste an Ihrem Wagen sind die Bremsen. Damit diese immer einwandfrei
funktionieren beachten Sie bitte: Bremszüge niemals knicken! Die Bremszüge müssen immer
leicht laufen. Je nach Beanspruchung kann es sinnvoll sein alle Züge einmal pro Saison zu
erneuern.
Die Bremsen können mittels der Einstellschrauben eingestellt werden. Einstellschrauben
finden Sie:
-Am Anfang der Züge unten an der Trittbremse
-Jeweils am Ende der Züge an jedem Rad
Ein Herausdrehen der Schrauben bewirkt eine Verkürzung des Bremshebelweges, ein
Hineindrehen das Gegenteil. Nach jeder Veränderung muss die Einstellschraube wieder mit
der Kontermutter gesichert werden. Die Bremsen sollten so eingestellt sein, dass beim Drehen
des jeweiligen Rades ein leichtes Schleifen zu hören ist.
Die Handbremshebel bieten zusätzlich die Möglichkeit in jeder Stellung arretierbar zu sein,
können also auch als Handbremse verwendet werden.
The most important part of your cart are the brakes. In order to ensure they function properly
never bend the brake cables! The brake cables should glide smoothly. Depending on the wear
and tear it might be advisable to change them once a year. The screws to adjust the brakes can
be found:
-at the end of the cables down at the combination foot-hand-brake.
-at the end of the cables at each wheel
Loosening the screws reduces the length of the cables, tightening them achieves the opposite.
Be sure to fasten the nuts after each adjustment. The brakes should be set so that a soft sliding
sound can be heard when you turn the wheels. The brake levers on the handle bar can be used
as an additional hand brake, since they can be locked.

Should the pads be worn out they have to be replaced. An occasional drop of oil on the lever
will keep it running smoothly (see fig.4)
Die kombinierte Fuß bzw. Handbremse / Combination Foot – Hand - Brake
Fuß und Handbremse bilden eine Einheit. Mit dem Handbremshebel kann das Pedal fixiert
werden. Tipp: Zum lösen kann man auch mit dem Fuß gegen den Hebel treten. Das geht
schneller und man muss sich nicht bücken.
Foot- and hand-brake are combined. You can secure the pedal with the hand lever. Hint: in
order to release the brakelever you can also kick the lever with your foot. It´s quicker and you
don`t have to bend down.
Die Hydraulische Bremsanlage / The hydraulic brakes
Die hydraulischen Scheibenbremsen unterliegen einer wesentlich höheren Beanspruchung als
die Trommelbremsen. Die Bremsbeläge müssen häufiger gewechselt werden. Wie oft hängt
vom Gelände ab in dem gefahren wird. Die Beläge können im Extremfall bereits nach 250
Km abgenutzt sein! Es kann auch sein dass sie nur einmal pro Saison gewechselt werden
müssen. Tipp: Kontrollieren Sie bei einem neuen Wagen die Beläge alle 50 Km bis Sie
wissen wie oft ein Wechsel nötig ist.

The hydraulic disk brakes are much more stressed than the drum brakes. The brake linings
must be changed often. How often depends on the terrain you are driving. It is possible that
the linings are attritioned after 250 Km! Tip: Control the linings every 50 Km till you know
how often you have to change them.
Wechsel der Beläge / Changing the slides
1. Vor dem Herausnehmen der Beläge müssen die Kolben z.B. mit 2
Klingenschraubendrehern in die Grundstellung zurück gedrückt werden. Hierdurch
wird eine Beschädigung der Kolben vermieden.
2. Die Beläge werden durch einen Stift gehalten.
3. Dieser Stift ist mit einem Ring gesichert.
4. Entfernen Sie diesen Ring mit einem Schraubenzieher.
5. Den Stift (Abb.6) von der Radseite her mit einem Kunststoffhammer austreiben.
6. Haltefeder herausnehmen
7. Nun können die Beläge nach oben oder unten herausgenommen werden.
8. Die Kolben der Bremszange mit 2 Schraubendrehern von 2 Seiten gleichzeitig in die
Grundstellung zurückdrücken. Auf keinen Fall Gewalt anwenden! Die Dichtung an
den Kolben nicht beschädigen!
9. Neue Beläge einsetzen und mit Stift und Haltefeder befestigen
10. Den Stift mit dem Ring wieder sichern
Wenn Sie sich den Austausch selbst nicht zutrauen so wenden Sie sich an eine Auto- oder
Zweiradwerkstatt.

1. First before removing the pads, the piston as pressed with 2 knives screwdrivers into
the start position. Thereby damaging the piston is avoided.

2. The linings are holded with a pin.
3. This pin is secured with a ring.
4. Remove the ring with a screwdriver.
5. Drive out the pin (figure 6) with a plastic hammer from the side of the wheel.
6. Take out the spring.
7. Take out the linings.
8. Press the pistons back so far as possible. Use two screwdrivers simultaneously from
two sides. Never use force! Don`t damage the seal!
9. Put in the new linings and fix them with pin and spring.
10. Secure the pin.
If you think you are not capable to do this work so please contact a garage.

Im Behälter des Bremsegriffes muß immer ausreichend Bremsflüssigkeit sein. Sollten Sie
nachfüllen müssen, so verwenden Sie ausschließlich Bremsflüssigkeit der Qualität DOT 4.
Sollte öfter Bremsflüssigkeit fehlen so ist das System undicht. In solch einem Fall wenden Sie
sich bitte umgehend an eine Werkstatt.

The seat is attached to the handlebar with 4 screws on the handbow struts. It is therefore
easily removed. Please attached the belt that holds the seat as shown in figure 7

wheel with drum brake:
1: remove brake rope
2: remove black plastic covers from the nuts
3: open nuts of the axle, wrench metric size 19,it only will open one of both
4: hit on the axle with a plastic hammer, if you can`t get out the axle now by hand use a round
piece of metal and again the plastic hammer
5: once the axle is out of the wheel you can take out the wheel together with the brake
wheel with disk brake:
remember the position of the washers and other parts before you take out the wheel!
1: remove brake caliper,2 screws (metric allen wrench size6)
2: remove screw metric M 10 in the black plastic (metric ring wrench size 17 and allen
wrench size 8)
3: remove black plastic covers from the nuts
4: open nuts of the axle,(ring wrench metric size 19),it only will open one of both
5: hit on the axle with a plastic hammer, if you can`t get out the axle now by hand use a round
piece of metal and again the plastic hammer
6: once the axle is out of the wheel you can take out the wheel together with the brake
