to be free of defects in materials and
workmanship for the lifetime of the
product for the original purchaser.
This item was built to exacting
standards and carefully inspected
prior to shipment. This Limited
Lifetime Warranty is an expression of
our confidence in the materials and
workmanship of our products and our
assurance to the consumer of years
of dependable service.
The Warranty shall not apply under the
following conditions:
• Problems arising from normal
wear
• Problems arising from failure to
adhere to the product instructions
• Problems arising from misuse,
negligence, accident or improper
operation, maintenance or storage
• Problems arising from
modifications or unauthorized
repairs, parts or attachments
• Products where the serial number
has been removed or defaced
• Problems with non-durable
components, such as rubber
accessories, casters, and grips,
which are subject to normal wear
and need periodic replacement
Dynarex shall not be liable for any
consequential or incidental damages
whatsoever. Dynarex shall repair or
replace defective products at its option.
The foregoing warranty is exclusive
and in lieu of other express warranties,
if any, including the implied warranties
of merchantability and fitness of a
particular purpose. The remedy for any
violation of the implied warranty shall
be limited to repair or replacement of
the defective product pursuant to the
terms contained herein.

WARNINGS
INSTALLATION
1. Prepare the bed in a flat position.
The carton should include the
following:
2. Place crossbrace on the head end
of the frame between the first and
second spring.
3. Turn the barrel so that the lock
plate on the locking collar is
facing down.
4. Insert the lock plate on the far side
of the bed so that it is under the
lip of the frame.
5. Push the crossbar together to
allow for the locking collar to
enter inside the frame.
6. Slowly release the crossbar so the
locking plate inserts into the lip of
the bed frame on the near side.

Read instruction carefully before
installing. Before use, ensure that the
bed rail is assembled and installed as
described, that all attaching hardware
is securely tightened, and that the bed
rail is securely in place.
DO NOT use the bed rail as a handle
for getting into or out of bed; this could
result in personal injury and damage
to the bed rail.
DO NOT exert side pressure on the
bed rail; this could deform or break it.
DO NOT use the bed rail as a push
handle for moving the bed; this could
deform or break it.
DO NOT use the bed rail if a proper fit
in installation cannot be achieved.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
LOWERING/RAISING THE RAIL
1. Hold the rail, while pulling the
spring loaded knobs.
2. Lower or raise the rail to the
desired height.
3. Release the knobs and lower or
raise the rail until the spring
loaded knob “clicks” into position
(unless the rail is at the lowest
position).
4. Repeat steps 1-3 for the opposite
end of the bed rail.
7. Rotate the barrel so that the tab
is facing down thereby locking
the crossbar into position.
8. Place the second crossbrace on
the bottom of the back rest panel
of the frame. Repeat steps 2-6 to
secure the crossbrace to the bed.
9. Insert one bed rail into the barrels
on one side of the bed, ensuring
that the spring loaded knob is fully
engaged.
10. Insert the other bed rail into the
barrels on the other side of the
bed, ensuring that the spring
loaded knob is fully engaged.
