1. Introduction
We appreciate your purchasing of our product, DWA-3000B-DO, Microprocessor based DO
Analyzer. DWA-3000B/Dissolved Oxygen Microprocessor based DO Analyzer is an instrument
measuring the dissolved oxygen underwater continuously and used at purification plant, sewage
and wastewater treatment plant, excreta treatment plant, combined septic tank, industrial waste
water disposal site, stock farming and water treatment industry widely.
2. Summarized Outline
This instrument is designed to be an efficient operation and without recompense, and a Dissolved
Oxygen analyzer to read and transmit the signal inputted directly in the sensor. Dissolved Oxygen
Analyzer(DWA-3000B-DO) has all built-in circuit necessary to output and transmit 4~20㎃
including the isolation function, provides reliable data even in using at any monitoring process and
control. Even the first operating user can also easily handle the instrument without the help of
Operation Manual, backed up by the wide graphic LCD screen and embedded automatic
temperature compensation circuit preventing the error caused by temperature variation of solution.
Please carefully read this Operation Manual fully digesting the contents for the installation &
wiring of instrument at the jobsite for effective & appropriate use of manual.
3. Warning and Caution
1) Warning
WARNING
▪ Be sure to store & move the instrument with the power supply switch turned off when storing for a
long period and moving, and move only after securely fixing the instrument not to be fell down.
▪‘E Terminal mounted at the instrument terminal block must be used only after grounding to
obtain stable & reliable measuring values.
WARNING
▪ Be sure to work only after turning the power supply switch off when installing & checking
the instrument..
▪ Instrument Terminal Wiring of Sensor Cable, Current Output & Power Supply Line must be
done as per the instructions of Manual(p15) and marking of terminal block shown on the
back of instrument.
▪ Never disassemble or modify the instrument, which may cause the safety accident and
malfunction of instrument.
