INSTRUCTIONS, OPERATION AND CIRCULATION
DANGER. Always check your vehicle before going out!
If you discover a malfunction or damage during this inspection, consult your Ebroh dealer or authorized official service!
Inspection before movement
According to the traffic regulations, the driver is responsible for the conditions of his vehicle. The essential properties of your vehicle can change even
after a short stop.
Damage, pressure loss, or sudden leakage of tires may be caused by external causes. These changes can cause a hazard to the driver and other road
users. To minimize it, a visual inspection before going out to circulate is essential.
Use
This vehicle is designed to move only one person comfortably and safely in their seat on pedestrian or specially adapted roads as long as national,
regional and local regulations allow it. The Quattrolete has four wheels that guarantee good stability for people with reduced mobility at low speed.
The impulse system is electromechanical provided by a lithium battery connected to the electric motor. The electric motor itself allows braking from the
rear of this scooter. It is possible to configure, by means of a lever, the disconnection of the electromechanical propulsion so that another person can
push or transport the vehicle with or without its passenger.
Check at least the following points
before circulating
State of charge of your battery.
Tyre pressure and drawing.
Operation of the acceleration and brake
system.
General structure.

9
BATTERY CHARGE
Due to the transport and shop, the new electric scooter could be low battery. Please fully charge the scooter before the first trip. Use only the supplied
lithium battery charger. Using different chargers can cause serious injury and damage to the battery. Any consequences caused by this is the sole
responsibility of the user. Charge the battery on the scooter. Normally the battery is in the best condition after 10-12 times charging. Charge the battery
each month if you do not use it for a long time.
Loading procedure
1 Check the charging voltage with the battery and also with your local standard, and pay attention if the output voltage and the plug have the correct
rating and type of voltage.
2 Make sure to place the charger and battery on a flat surface and keep them in a well ventilated area. First connect the charger output plug to the electric
scooter charging socket, then connect the charger input plug to your local power outlet. Make sure the plugs and socket are secure.
3 When charging, the indicator lights are red. After 4-6 hours of charging (depending on the remaining electrical amount, the indicator lights change
from red to green, meaning the battery is fully charged. Now the battery can be charged more than 1-2 hours to ensure it is fully charged. Normally
each charge cannot exceed 12 hours.
4 After charging, first remove the charger input plug from the local power outlet, then remove the charger output plug from the electric bicycle outlet.
Without being charged, it is forbidden to connect the charger to the socket.
Cargo care
1 Due to the transport and shop, the new electric scooter could be low battery. Please fully charge the scooter before the first trip. The charger should be
used indoors with dry and good ventilation. Do not place anything on the charger or battery during charging.
2 Non-professionals are prohibited from opening the charger because it has high voltage inside. Do not change the plug and cable without authorization
to avoid accidents.
DANGER. Familiarize yourself with the vehicle’s performance and properties before using it.
Do not operate the vehicle indoors.
The owner is responsible for the safety of the vehicle. You will achieve maximum road safety and the best conditions of your vehicle thanks
to regular inspections, adjustments and lubrication. To do this, make the inspections specified in the maintenance schedule carried out by
authorized personnel for the maintenance of your vehicle.

10
3 Keep the charger in a place that cannot be reached by young children. Do not place the battery upside down or use it without full charge, as it will
seriously affect the battery life. It is strictly forbidden to turn on the switch when the battery is charging.
4 If a peculiar odor or excess temperature occurs, stop charging it immediately and send it to the authorized service center.
5 Use only the supplied lithium battery and charger.
BATTERY
In order to extend the life of the lithium battery:
1. Vehicles should be charging immediately after each battery use, rather
than waiting for their capacity to fall below 20%.
2. When the lithium battery capacity is below 20%, shelving or storage is
prohibited.
3. When the capacity of the lithium battery is less than 20% (the on
indicator of battery capacity shortage) should be immediately charged
the lithium battery.
4. For shelving or short-term storage of less than a week, the capacity of
the lithium battery must be maintained at more than 20%.
5. When using the vehicle, try to avoid that the capacity of the lithium
battery is at 0% (discharge of the lithium battery in protective state).
6. Making the discharge of the battery is often in a protective state, will
speed up the aging of the battery, and will shorten your lifespan.
7. If the vehicle does not have to be used for a long period of time, please
store it in a cool, dry place away from the flames. When stored, the
lithium battery should have at least 50% battery and be charged every
30 days.

11
Maintain good charging habits, give better vitality to the battery.
The vehicle is charged with a 24V 20Ah lithium battery.
The lithium battery is self-contained, enclosed in a metal housing and
is mounted on the vehicle chassis.
Attention.
1. If the battery runs out and cannot be recharged in a short time or remains in storage in a short period of time (e.g. one
week), or maintains its charging capacity below 20%, it could result in the loss of battery storage capacity and, therefore,
the loss of its guarantee. Do not charge the battery for more than 12 hours.
2. When in a long-term storage, the capacity of the lithium battery is less than 50% or not in accordance with the prescribed
time recharge, resulting in the death of the battery,
3. there is no guarantee.
4. The power outlet overload can cause a fire!
5. When recharging, make sure the charging socket is properly connected and attached to the vehicle charging socket.

12
DANGER.
Once the battery is broken or deformed, it must be removed from the vehicle immediately, placed in an open place, away from people and
flammable objects, to avoid causing fire or explosion.
Unauthorized private manipulation can cause people to be electrocuted or burned. Short-circuit batteries can set fire or explode.
Use only the supplied charging cable and scooter charger.
Make sure there are no metal objects near the charging socket!
Vehicles in the process of being loaded are not suitable for people with physical limitations (including children). With sensory and
mental abilities, or lack of experience and/or knowledge, unless supervised by the person responsible for their safety or who has received
instructions on how to use the equipment.
Do not load vehicles in high temperature environments.
It is prohibited to load a vehicle in a narrow and unventilated environment.
It is forbidden to load vehicles with non-original chargers.
It is prohibited to use AC sockets below 15 A for charging vehicles.
During charging, the vehicle should be away from flammable materials and disconnected from the AC connection cable as soon as
possible after charging.

13
RANGE OF USE
It is difficult to demonstrate a precise range of use due to the influence of many factors:
1. State of charge of batteries
2. Gradient
3. Tyre pressure
4. Driver’s weight and baggage
5. Headwind
6. Road conditions
7. Age/use of batteries
8. Ambient temperature
The maximum possible stored energy and therefore the range of use decreases as the batteries age. Note that ambient
temperature has a decisive influence on range and power. A considerable power drop is expected with temperatures
below 0º.
BATTERY MAINTENANCE
In the process of use, there must be a certain temperature difference in the battery. The temperature difference leads to the inconsistency of the battery’s
internal resistance and the inconsistency of the current distribution. The difference continues to expand, leading to a sharp drop in battery capacity.
Therefore, it is very important to maintain the battery regularly.
Battery maintenance is recommended every 6 months. Maintenance can bridge the gap between individual cells, improve battery cycle performance, and
extend battery life.
DANGER. Battery maintenance must be performed by an authorized dealer or trained personnel.
Please keep the battery test data before and after maintenance in the customer vehicle information file.

14
TYRE DRAWING DEPTH - 2 mm.
The legally prescribed minimum drawing may differ from country to
country.
TYRE
The tyre is one of the important parts of the vehicle; being directly in contact with the road, in a joint work with the suspension, this ensures that your
vehicle has good driving comfort and stability, ensuring also that the wheel has good grip, improving traction and braking ability of the scooter.
DANGER.
Driving with worn or damaged tires can lead to loss of vehicle control and injury accidents.
Have the tyres changed immediately in case of insufficient drawing or obvious damage or cracks.
Check the conditions of your tyres and periodically check the tyre pressure before you start driving. The tires of the Quattrolete are nylon tube type without
internal inflatable air chamber.
