IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
When using electrical appliances, basic precautions should always be
followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and injury to persons,
including the following:
1. Read all instructions before installing or using this heater.
2. This heater is hot when in use. To avoid bums, do not let bare skin touch hot surfaces.
Keep combustible materials, such as furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes, etc.
and curtains at least 3 feet(o.9m) from the front of the heater and keep them away from
the sides and rear.
3. Extreme caution is necessary when any heater is used by or near children, disabled
persons, pets, and whenever the heater is left operating and unattended.
4. Do not operate any heater after it malfunctions. Disconnect power at service panel and
have healer inspected by a reputable electrician before reusing.
5. Do not use in the open air.
6. To disconnect heater, turn controls to off, and turn off power to heater circuit at main
disconnect panel.
7. Do not insertor allow foreign objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust opening as this
may cause an electric shock or fire, or damage the heater.
8. To prevent a possible fire, do not block air intakes or exhaust in any manner.
9. A heater has hot and arcing or sparking parts inside. Do not use it in areas where
gasoline, paint, or flammable vapors or liquids are used or stored.
10. Use this heater only as described in this manual, Any other use not recommended by
the manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock, or injury to persons.
11. To reduce the risk of fire, do not store or use gasoline or other flammable vapors and
liquids in the vicinity of the heater.
12. CAUTION -High temperature, risk of fire, keep electrical cords, drapery, furnishings,
and other combustibles at least 3 feet(0.9m) from the front of the heater and away from
the side and rear

Attention!
This heater is not equipped with a device to control the room temperature.
Do not use this heater in small rooms
When they are occupied by persons not capable of leaving the room on their own, unless constant
supervision is provided.

INSTALLING THE HEATER
Notice: This series is a hot temperature infrared heater. Please pay special
attention and mount them out of reach. This heater is only designed for horizontal
wall mounting. When installing the heater to the wall, horizontally please make sure
to keep a distance of at least 8 inch to the neighbouring walls or ceilings and a
minimum distance from the floor of 7.2ft.
The kit supplied in the package is designed for the mounting on a solid wall. lf
mounted onto other types of wall, you will need appropriate fixings (not
supplied).Please make sure the wall is safe to mount. We highly recommend to have
the heater installed by a qualified electrician or installer authorised by E-MACHT.

Step1: Drill 4 holes to the wall according to the holes on Part A and tighten Part A to
the wall using Part B.
Step2: Fix Part H to the heater by using Part D, Part E and Part F. Use Part F to
regulate the position level of the heater and Part D and Part E to tighten and secure.
Step3: Slide Part H into Part A.
Step4: Screw Part C into the hole on the bottom of Part H and finish the installation.

PATIO HEATER FUNCTIONS
Point the head of the terrace heater in the correct direction.
Insert the plug into the socket (120V, 60Hz).
1, open the heater side switch, the indicator light is red, standby state
2, press the ON/OFF button, turn the red light to the green light, for low-grade
heating
3, press the high power button, second green lights, for high-grade heating
4, press the low power button, turn the green light to one, switch to low-grade heating
= ON/OFF
= low power
= high power
In the absence of remote control, you can also use the control button on the heater
for standby / low-end / high grade operation
The patio heater does not have a thermostat and continues to give out heat until it is
switched off. Always keep a close eye on the patio heater when it is switched on!
Remove the plug from the socket when the patio heater is not in use.

MAINTENANCEAND STORING
CAUTION:
Always be sure that the appliance is switched OFF before cleaning or attempting to store the item.
Do not immerse heater in water or allow water to drip into the interior of the heater, as this could
create an electric shock hazard.
CAUTION: Allow the product to completely cool before handling or cleaning it.
CARE AND CLEANING:
Always ensure the product's housing is intact and completely assembled before use.
Do not touch hot surfaces. Always use the handle of the product.
Clear the external surface of the product by wiping it with a soft, damp cloth.
Do not use any abrasive cleaners or solvents, as product damaged will occur.
The motor has been lubricated at the factory and requires no additional lubrication for the life of the
product.
STORING
Allow the appliance to cool completely before storing. Store the appliance in a dry location. Do not
place any heavy items on top of appliance during storage as this may result in possible damage.
