SCOPO DEL MA UALE
Lo scopo di questo manuale è di fornire agli utenti le nozioni es-
senziali in vista dell'esecuzione delle procedure destinate al fun-
zionamento appropriato della macchina, per gli scopi ai quali essa
è destinata. Tutte le informazioni contenute in questo manuale de-
vono essere LETTE e ASSIMILATE prima di intraprendere qual-
siasi tentativo di far funzionare la macchina.
II MANUALE DI USO E MANUTENZIONE è lo strumento piu im-
portante. Conservarlo nella macchina. Ricordare che NESSUNA
ATTREZZATURA E' SICURA se l'operatore non rispetta le pre-
cauzioni di sicurezza.
Dato che il produttore non ha il controllo diretto sul funzionamento
e sulle applicazioni della macchina, le procedure appropriate di si-
curezza sono affidate alla responsabilità dell'utente e del suo per-
sonale.
Tutte le istruzioni contenute in questo manuale sono basate sul-
l'uso della macchina in condizioni di funzionamento CORRETTE,
senza alterazioni e/o modifiche dal modello originale. Qualsiasi
alterazioni e/o modifica della macchina è ASSOLUTAMENTE VI-
ETATA, senza la previa autorizzazione della Easylift
Questo "SIMBOLO DI SICUREZZA" viene usato
per richiamare I'attenzione su pericoli potenziali
che, se vengono sottovalutati, possono causare
lesioni o la morte.
La sicurezza del personale e I'uso appropriato
della macchina devono essere la preoccupazione
principale. Segnali di PERICOLO, ATTENZIONE,
PRUDENZA, IMPORTANTE, ecc. sono inseriti in
ogni parte di questo manuale per evidenziare le
aree di pericolo. Essi sono definiti come segue:
PERICOLO
Indica una situazione imminente di pericolo che, se
non evitata, causera gravi lesioni o la morte.
ATTE ZIO E
Indica una situazione potenziale di pericolo che, se
non evitata, può causare lesioni minori o di media
entità. Questo segnale può anche essere usato
come avvertenza contro pratiche pericolose

AVVERTENZA indica una procedura indispensabile
per un funzionamento in condizioni di sicurezza e
che, se non eseguita, può causare un malfunzion-

PURPOSE OF THE MA UAL
The purpose of this manual is to provide the users with the es-
sential knowledge for carrying out the procedures necessary for
the proper working of the machine and for the purposes for
which it is intended. All the infor-mation contained in this manual
must be READ and ASSIMILATED before undertaking any at-
tempt to operate the machine.
THE OWNER'S MANUAL is the most important instrument.
Keep it in the machine. Remember that NO EQUIPMENT IS
SA E if the operator does not observe the safety precautions.
Since the manufacturer has no direct control over the operation
and applications of the machine, the appropriate safety proce-
dures are entrusted to the responsibility of the user and the
user's personnel.
All the instructions contained in this manual are based on the
use of the machine when it is working CORRECTLY, without al-
terations and/or modifications to the original model. Any alter-
ation and/or modification to the machine is STRICTLY
ORBIDDEN, without the prior authorization of Easylift

to potential dangers which may cause injury or
death if they are underestimated.
The safety of personnel and the appropriate oper-
ation of the machine must be the main concern.

in order to highlight the danger areas. They are
defined as follows:

PREMESSA
La EASYLI T con questo Manuale intende fornire agli
operatori le indicazioni e le informazioni necessarie per un
corretto utilizzo della piattaforma di lavoro mobile elevabile
e la sua normale manutenzione, con lo scopo di garantire
la migliore operatività nonché la maggiore durata del nostro
prodotto.
La piattaforma di lavoro mobile elevabile esce dal nostro col-
laudo con tutti i componenti elettrici e meccanici collaudati, il
serbatoio dell'olio del circuito di potenza é completamente rifor-
nito.
USO PREVISTO
La presente piattaforma di lavoro mobile elevabile è
destinata a spostare PERSONE alle posizioni di lavoro
nelle quali svolgono mansioni dalla piattaforma stessa.
Ogni altro utilizzo non previsto dal presente manuale
è VIETATO.
I TRODUCTIO
With this manual EASYLI T wishes to provide operators
with the directions and information necessary for the
correct use of the mobile elevating work platform and its
routine maintenance for the purposes of ensuring the
best performance and longest life of our product.
The mobile elevating work platform leaves our factory
after all the electrical and mechanical components
have been inspected and with a full tank of hydraulic oil.
I TE DED USE
This mobile elevating work platform is designed to
move PERSONS to working positions in which they can
then operate while standing on the platform.
All other uses not expressly envisaged in this manual
are strictly PROHIBITED.

ORME GE ERALI DI SICUREZZA
La maggior parte degli incidenti che avvengono durante il lavoro
è imputabile alla negligenza con cui si effettuano manutenzioni
o uso della macchina.
E’ necessario quindi leggere questo manuale in modo da
opeare con la massima sicurezza e mantenere la macchina
sempre efficiente.
- Mantenere una distanza superiore a 5 m da cavi elettrici
in tensione.
- Mantenere una distanza di almeno 2 m da zone con
forti dislivelli.
- Accertarsi di avere autonomia sufficiente per evitare
I'arresto forzato della macchina.(fossati, terreni scoscesi,
ecc...).
- Indossare il casco antinfortunistico e cintura di sicurezza
collegandola all'apposito gancio sulla cesto.
- Tenere sempre pulite da fango, olii, grassi e quant'altro
le maniglie o le pedane di salita.
- Vietato caricare la piattaforma in quota.
- Sono vietati sovraccarichi, sollecitazioni trasversali, urti,
movimenti bruschi e improvvisi della navicelIa.
- La macchina può essere usata solamente su terreno
consistente in modo che tutti i quattro stabilizzatori siano
a terra.
- Vietato utilizzare la macchina senza aprire gli stabiliz-
zatori e senza che gli stessi siano correttamente aperti e
appoggiati al terreno.
- Controllare prima di ogni sessione di lavoro, le sicurezze
passive e attive.
- La macchina può essere usata solo ed esclusivamente
se in stato di perfetta manutenzione.
- L’operatore o gli operatori sul cestello deve essere coa-
diuvato da persona a terra opportunamente istruita.
- Vietato salire o scendere dalla piattaforma quando
quest’ultima è comandata da terra e/o è elevata.
- Vietato rimuovere, eccetto che per ragioni di
manutenzione, cofani e/o carter di protezione.
Rispettare le norme generali di sicurezza indicate di se-
guito.

GE ERAL SAFETY RULES
Most accident that occur at work is due to negligence in the
maintenance or operation of the machine.
Is therefore necessary to read this manual so as to be able to
operate in the safety possible conditions and to maintain the
machine in perfect efficiency.
- Keep a distance of more than 5 m from live electrical
cables.
- Maintain a distance of at least 2 m from areas with large
level differences (ditches, rough or steep, ground, etc...).
- Ensure that there is enough fuel to avoid a forced stop
of the machine.
- Wear a safety helmet and safety belt connected to the
special hook in the cage.
- The handles and running boards must be kept clean of
mud, oil, grease and other substances.
- It is forbidden to load the platform when it is in a raised
position.
- It is forbidden to use the platform for lifting loads.
- Overloading, lifting sideways, sudden shocks,brusque
and sudden movements of the cage are forbidden.
- The machine can only be used on ground that is solid
enough for all four outriggers to be set on the ground.
- Never use the machine without the outriggers correctly
opened and set on the ground.
- Before each work session check the passive and active
safety measures.
- The machine may be used only and exclusively when
in good working order
- The operator or the operators in the cage must be as-
sisted by a suitably trained person on the ground.
- It is forbidden to get on or off the platform when it is
being controlled from the ground and or elevated.
- It is forbidden to remove, except for the purposesof
maintenance, the protective panels and/or casings.
Respect the general rules of safety indicated below.

- Non aprire mai il vano motori senza avere precedentemente
tolto la corrente dal quadro comandi a terra.
- Quando si utilizzano le batterie della macchina ricordare che
con un solo led acceso (il rosso), dell’indicatore di carica, si
hanno 15 minuti di autonomia. Evitare di scaricare completa-
mente le batterie.
- Nei campo sottostante la zona di lavoro della navicella non
devono trovarsi cause di ostacolo o di pericolo nei riguardi
della discesa della cesto.
- Accertarsi ed eventualmente impedire se necesario che
nessuno sosti nell'area sottostante l'area di lavoro della
piattaforma.
- E’ vietato abbandonare la macchina in configurazioni di-
verse da quella di riposo e senza aver tolto le chiavi dal
quadro comandi.
- E vietato I'uso della macchina in presenza di fulmini e
quando le condizioni atmosferiche ne favoriscono la for-
mazione.
- Prima di salire sulla cesto, accertarsi dell'orizzontalita
della stessa, eventualmente regolarla tramite i comandi
appositi.
- E’ vietato I'uso della macchina in presenza di vento che
soffia ad una velocità superiore a 12 m/s.
- In condizioni di scarsa visibilità è vietato l'utilizzo della
macchina in quanto non dotata di illuminazione propria.
- È vietato circolare su strade aperte al traffico. La
macchina non è omologata a tale scopo.
- E’ vietato utilizzare la macchina se la stessa è inclinata
di oltre 0,5° rispetto all'orizzontale.
- Non sostare sotto le aste stabilizzatrici durante la movi-
mentazione delle stesse.
- Un operatore non deve accettare responsabilità opera-
tive fino a che non gli sia stato impartito un adeguato ad-
destramento da personale autorizzato e competente.
- Prima del funzionamento controllare se nell’area di la-
voro vi siano linee elettriche sospese, altre macchine
quali gru a ponte, macchine funzionanti su strada e su bi-
nari ed equipaggiamenti da costruzione.
- Non far funzionare le macchina se non in perfetto stato
di salute.
GE ERAL SAFETY RULES
- Never open the motor compartment without previously cut-
ting off the current from the control panel on the ground.
- When the batteries of the machine are being used remember
that only one illuminated LED (red) of the battery charge indi-
cator means that 15 minutes of autonomy remain. Avoid com-
pletely running down the battery.
- In the area under the working range of the cage there
must be no obstacles or causes of danger to the descent
of the cage.
- Ensure that nobody stops in the area under the working
range of the platform and if necessary block their access.
- It is forbidden to leave the machine in a state other than
the rest position and without first removing the keys from
the control panel.
- It is forbidden to use the machine when there is lightning
or when weather conditions are likely to produce light-
ning.
- Before boarding the cage ensure that it is horizontal and
if necessary adjust it by means of the special controls.
- It is forbidden to use the machine where the wind speed
is more than 12 m/s.
- In conditions of poor visibility it is forbidden to use the
machine as it is not provided with its own illumination.
- It is forbidden to drive the machine on roads open to
traffic. The machine is not homologated for such use.
- It is forbidden to use the machine if it is inclined at more
than 0,5° from the horizontal.
- Do not stand under the outriggers when they are mov-
ing.
- An operator must not accept operative responsibility
unless adequate training has already been given by com-
petent authorized personnel.
- Before commencing operation check the work area
for overhead electrical power lines, other machinery such
as bridge cranes, machinery operating on the road or
rails and building equipment.
- Do not operate the machine unless in perfect health.

- E’ vietato far funzionare la macchina sotto l’effetto di al-
cool, droghe o farmaci.
- Prima di iniziare il lavoro l’operatore e il suo respons-
abile devono prendere le precauzioni opportune al fine di
evitare i pericoli conosciuti.
- Non far funzionare la macchina a meno di avere ese-
guito le operazioni di manutenzione conformemente alle
specifiche ed alle scadenze indicate dal costruttore.
- Assicurarsi che siano eseguite ispezioni giornaliere e
controlli di funzionamento prima di mettere la macchina
in servizio.
- Controllare di avere spazio sufficiente al di sopra, di fi-
anco e sotto la piattaforma quando si esegue un solleva-
mento una discesa, una rotazione del braccio o quando
si ricorre alla funzione telescopica.
- Assicurarsi che gli operatori di altre macchine aeree o
al suolo siano coscienti della presenza della piattaforma
aerea. Staccare la tensione alle gru aeree. Porre degli
ostacoli al suolo se necessario.
- Non spingere o tirare la macchina o altri oggetti serven-
dosi della funzione telescopica del braccio.
- Non apporre componenti sulla ringhiera del cesto,
senza l’approvazione della EASYLI T.
- Non usare mai il braccio per scopi diversi da quello di
portare in posizione di lavoro il personale, i loro attrezzi
ed equipaggiamenti.
- Non superare mai le capacità nominali della piattaforma.

- Non lavorare mai con una macchina in cattive condizioni
di funzionamento. Se si verifica un guasto, arrestare la
macchina, apporre un cartello BEN VISIBILE e avvisare
il personale competente.
- Non rimuovere, modificare o disattivare il comando a
pedale bloccandolo o usando altri mezzi.
- Non sono ammessi movimenti bruschi o acrobazie sul-
cesto.
GE ERAL SAFETY RULES

- Before starting work the operator and the person in
charge must take suitable precautions in order to avoid
known dangers.
- Do not operate the machine unless maintenance has
been done in compliance with the specifications and the
expiry dates indicated by the manufacturer.
- Ensure that daily inspections and checks on correct
working are carried out before using the machine.
- Check that there is enough space above, beside and
under the platform when lifting, lowering, rotating the
boom or when using the telescopic extension.
- Ensure that the operators of other overhead or ground
machinery are aware of the presence of the aerial plat-
form. Switch off the current to aerial cranes. If necessary
place obstacles on the ground.
- Do not push or pull the machine or other objects using
the telescopic mechanism of the boom.
- Do not leave components on the railings of the cage
without EASYLI T’S approval.
- Never use the boom other than for moving personnel,
their tools and equipment to the work position.
- Never exceed the nominal capacity of the platform.
Consult the load diagrams shown in this manual. Place
loads evenly on the floor of the cage.
- Never work with a machine in poor working condition.
If there should be a break down, stop the machine, place
a CLEARLY VISIBLE sign and advise the personnel in
charge.
- Do not remove, modify or deactivate the pedal control
by blocking it or by any other means.
- Sudden or acrobatic movements must not be done
on the cage.

ORME GE ERALI DI SICUREZZA
- Non usare mai scale, gradini, o oggetti simili sul cesto o sotto
la macchina per ottenere uno sbraccio addizionale per qualsiasi
scopo.
- Quando ci si muove o si lavora sul cesto, entrambi i piedi de-
vono essere saldamente posati sul fondo del cesto stesso.
- Non camminare mai sul braccio per accedere al cesto o per
abbanbonare la stessa.
- Se il braccio o il cesto restano impigliati in modo che uno o più
piedi stabilizzatori siano sollevati dal suolo, tutto il personale
deve essere rimosso dal cesto prima di accingersi a liberare la
macchina. Se necessario usare gru, carrelli elevatori o altre at-
trezzature per rimuovere il personale e stabilizzare la macchina.
- L’operatore ha la responsabilità di impedire l’uso dei
comandi della macchina al personale a terra e di avvertirlo
di non lavorare, camminare o sostare sotto il braccio
o sotto il cesto. Porre delle transenne a terra se necessario.
- Durante gli spostamenti, controllare che sul percorso
della macchina non ci siano persone, buche, cunette,
dislivelli, ostruzioni, detriti e coperture che possano nascondere
buche o altri pericoli.
- Non muovere la macchina su pendii superiori a quelle indicate
dalle schede tecniche.
- La traslazione della macchina non può avvenire con il braccio
sollevato.
- Non avanzare su superfici cedevoli o irregolari, per
evitare ribaltamenti.
- Assicurarsi che le condizioni del terreno siano adeguate a
sostenere il carico massimo degli stabilizzatori eventualmente
migliorare la superficie di appoggio utilizzando robuste assi di
legno.
- Non traslare con la macchina vicino a fossi, piattaforme
di carico o altri dislivelli.
- Durante gli spostamenti controllare che non ci siano
ostruzioni intorno o sopra la macchina in movimento.
- E’ vietata qualsiasi aggiunta alla struttura che aumenti
il carico del vento sulla piattaforma di lavoro (es. cartelloni).
- Conoscere le distanze di arresto sia quando si avanza
in marcia veloce che in quella bassa.
- Ricorrere sempre ad un’assistente e all’avvisatore acustico
quando si avanza in aree dove la visione è ostruita.
- Mantenere il personale non operativo ad almeno 2
metri di distanza dalla macchina quando la stessa è in
movimento.
- Il peso degli accumulatori (se presenti) costituisce la
ZAVORRA della macchina e le conferiscono la stabilità
necessaria. È assolutamente vietato operare con la macchina
privata degli accumulatori.
GE ERAL SAFETYRULES
- Never use ladders or steps, or similar objects on the
cage or under the machine in order to obtain additional
reach for any reason.
- When moving about or working on the cage both
feet must be firmly placed on the bottom of the cage.
- Never walk on the boom to reach the cage or to leave it.
- If the boom or the cage is trapped with one or more booms
raised from the ground, all the personnel must be removed from
the cage before setting about freeing the machine. If necessary
use cranes, forklift undercarriages or other equipment to re-
move personnel and stabilize the machine.
- The operator is responsible for preventing personnel
on the ground from using the machine controls and warning
them not to work, walk or stop under the boom or the
cage. Cordon off the machine at ground level if necessary.
- When the machine is to be relocated, check that there
are no people, holes, gutters, sudden changes in ground
level, obstructions, debris and covers that may hide holes
or other hazards.
- Do not move the machine on gradients higher than
those indicated in the technical specifications.
- The machine can’t be moved with the boom raised.
- To prevent the machine from toppling over do not
drive over soft or uneven surfaces.
- Ensure that the conditions of the ground are adequate to sus-
tain the maximum load for the outriggers and if necessary im-
prove the supporting surface using strong wooden planks.
- Do not drive the machine near to ditches, loading
bays or other changes in ground level.
- When relocating the machine check that there are no
obstructions around or above the machine while it is in
motion.
- It is strictly prohibited to install any additional equipment
on the work platform such that may increase the
wind load (e.g. signs).
- Make sure you know the stopping distances for both
the high and low gears.
- Where visibility is obstructed call for an assistant and
use the acoustic warning signal.
- When the machine is moving, keep all non operative
personnel at least 2 metres away.
- The weight of the accumulator batteries (if present)
comprises the BALLAST of the machine and gives it the
necessary stability. It is absolutely forbidden to operate
the machine without the accumulators in place.
