The jack is liing device only.
Never get under the vehicle or start or run engine while the vehicle is supported by the
jack.
Li only on areas of the vehicle and program for changing re as specied by the vehi-
cle manufacturer.
Always use jack stands when working under the vehicle.
OPERATING PROCEDURES
Please, before the rst use treat the thread spindle with industri-
al fat.
1. BEFORE CHANGING TIRE
Park on a level surface.
Shi automac transmission to “Park” or manual transmission to “Reverse”.
Set parking break and turn on hazard warning asher.
Block fronts and rear of re diagonally opposite the re to be changed.
Loose wheel nuts but do not remove them.
Turn the jack’s handle clockwise to raise jack.
Put the jack under vehicle at bracket nearest the re to be changed.
Raise jack unl the saddle ts in bracket.
2. TO RAISE VEHICLE
Raise the vehicle unl the re is o the ground. Remove the wheel nuts and then the
re. Remove dirt and rust from the wheel and wheel mounng surfaces as soon as pos-
sible. Tighten each nut by hand unl the wheel is held against the hub.
3. TO LOWER VEHICLE.
Lower the jack completely.
Tighten wheel nuts .
Remove wheel blocks from the blocked re.
Securely store the re and all jacking equipments.
MAINTENANCE, INSPECTION AND ALTERNATION !
Keep your jack clean and well lubricated with properly grease every three months.
When not in use , always leave the jack in full down posion.
Visual inspecon shall be made before each use of the jack by checking for abnormal
condions , such as cracked welds, and damaged or missing parts.
Because of the potential hazards associated with the jack, no alternations shall be
