FAQ WHAT TO DO
My screen is black The SmartSck is not starng up
Make sure that the Power Supply is connected to a wallsocket
delivering 230 Volt. Make sure that DC power from the Power
Supply is properly connected to your SmartSck. Correct
power is indicated by a Blue LED on the SmartSck.
My remote does not work No cursor on my screen
Make sure that the fresh baeries has been inserted in the Air
Remote. Make sure that the small USB dongle receiver is con-
nected to the USB port on the SmartSck.
My remote is unstable Gyro On/O etc
Be sure to read the Guide included in the box. It clearly states
the funconalies of all the buons ... the Gyro On/O and
the OK buon etc.
WiFi is not available I can’t connect to my wireless network
Make sure your Wi- is turned on and you have the correct
code. If the Wi- signal is low, try to place your SmartSck,
so it is not situated directly behind your television. Use the
included HMDI extension cable. Another opon is to relocate
the SmartSck-antenna.
I received a damaged box My SmartSck box is damaged
If you received your SmartSck in poor condion or with
transportaon damages, please contact the point of purchase
and they will take care of it.

content providers. The GoAll TV
SmartSck powered by Easy Play
TV is limited to the availability and
limitaons of applicaons oered in
Google Play for the Android plaorm.
Subscripons or other payments may
