Parts Tools required
Draw a pencil centre line on the cabinet base. Measure and mark
5 screw fixing positions.
Screw bottom runner to cabinet base.
Fx8 M6 x 12mm screw
Gx8 M6 washers
Hx8 M6 x 12mm
countersunk screw
Ix24 M4 16mm pan head screw
Jx9 M4 x 16mm
countersunk screw
Kx3 M4 x 8mm
countersunk screw
Ax1 M6 x 45mm screw
Bx1 M6 x 40mm screw
Cx1 M6 x 55mm screw
Dx1 M6 Lock nut
Ex4 M5 x 12mm screw
Lx1 Allen key
Mx8 M5 Grub screw
(pre-installed in frame)

Assembly and fitting instructions
IMPORTANT - The unit has a maximum loading limit of 100kg. Load should be evenly distributed across all trays
with maximum load capacity for each tray not exceeding 16kg.
All fixings supplied must be used for installation.
No lubricant should be used on the runners.

5Attach frame to bottom runner.

Attach top tray

Attach top channel to top frame using screws (K).
Fit top soft close piston (S), runner stop lifting
mechanism (R), top pin locater (T) into top channel.
Insert bottom pin locator (V) into
top pin locator (T) from below.
4Extend top frame to allow fitting of top tray.
Attach tray mounting clips.

6Level the frame.

9Fit adjustment screws to
frame brackets and attach
frame brackets to frame
upright.
10 Fit door brackets to frame
brackets.
11 Offer door to frame. Mark and fix
screws in two positions.
Check door alignment before
marking and fixing the remaining
screws.
7Raise the frame and insert the swivel pin from above
and secure from below with the ‘O’ ring.
8Use grub screws on forward and rear frame uprights to
adjust frame height to allow for smooth slide action.

12 Adjust vertical door alignment with the
4 door bracket screws.
13 Adjust the horizontal and lateral door alignment
with screws on the door brackets.
14 Attach the remaining tray mounting clips to the frame and insert the trays.

capacity for each tray not exceeding 16kg.
