We are glad to have you as our customers, we believe that you will be satisfied with the use of our heaters.
Following the manual and caring out of installation and maintenance by qualified staff ensures proper
and safe operation of the device. Not following the manufacturer’s recommendations will void the device’s
warranty.
PLEASE READ THE ENCLOSED INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USE.
This manual is an integral part of the product and must be supplied along with it to you. To ensure proper
handling equipment should be thoroughly familiar with this manual and keep it for future reference.
The unit can be installed and operated in conditions for which it was designed. Any other use not in
accordance with these instructions may lead to serious consequences of accidents. Care should be taken to
eliminate the possibility of misuse of the device. Restrict access to the device by unauthorized persons and
trained support staff. The manufacturer is not responsible for damage resulting from incorrect installation,
improper operation or are not getting acquainted with the guidelines of the manufacturer's instructions.
The electric air heaters ECOair of AEH type have been invented, designed
and constructed for electric heating of workshops, warehouses, laboratories,
canteens, stores, commercial centres, etc.
Fan statically and dynamically balanced with aluminum blades attached
directly to it. The fan is enclosed.
Three-phase asynchronous motor speed of 900 rev / min with class B
insulation and IP44 protection.
Exchanger device consists of a tube of corrosion resistant steel.
Powder coated housing.
Each unit is equipped with a data plate, which contains information about the
model and date of manufacture.
The unit is supplied in a vertical position.
After unpacking the unit, make sure it has not been damaged during transport
and agrees with the order.
In case of any irregularities, contact your supplier with the serial number and
model of the device.

Safety rules
Before any modifications to the device, make sure that:
- device is not connected to the power supply,
- completely cooled down exchanger,
- ground is properly connected.
Do not expose to flammable gases.
To transport the unit using the appropriate fasteners to keep his balance.
When lifting, make sure that the heater is well protected from falling, and the center of gravity is located at a
central point.
The place is easily accessible and close to the device or devices must be installed a safety switch that turns
off the power supply.
Do not zoom in any objects or hands into the fan unit.
Do not go to the fan in the airy clothes.
When removing the unit to work when wearing gloves.
Do not remove the warning signs.
If they are illegible, ask about their exchange.
Before any control blinds, make sure that the device completely cold.
If any part needs to be replaced or replaced, always use original spare parts.
Only properly trained and qualified and authorized staff can undertake installation, operation and
maintenance.

Instalation
Set the height and mounting location.
Depending on the height of the suspension under the heater is in the range from 2.5 m to 4.5 m
Depending on the type of wall, into which the heater is mounted to choose the type and method of
attachment.
Between the heater and the wall should be a gap that will allow free access to the devices on each side.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Before cleaning and maintenance, make sure the unit is unplugged.
Only qualified personnel may perform work related to the maintenance and operation of the system.
Heat exchanger - should be kept in the best condition to maintain adequate working conditions. Heat
should be monitored every three months, if necessary, purify the air stream, steam or water to remove
impurities.
Engine - maintenance-free.
Fan - in the case of noise or vibration is detected, check the engine mounting screws and tighten them if
necessary.
FAULT REASON HOW TO REPAIR
The device does
not work Bad electrical connection. No power supply. Faulty thermostat.
Check for proper connections. Check the power
supply. Check the thermostat, increase the level of
required temperature. Turn off the power, remove
the cover and measure the motor winding.
The cold air at
start-up Poor internal thermostat setting. Check the setting of the thermostat fan.

Electrical connection
Before connecting the appliance, make sure that it is not live!
Near the unit must be mounted safety switch that turns off the power supply.
