Enrolling
Each product has a unique serial number printed on the back and each button has a unique loop number
assigned to it as indicated below. You must assign each button to an individual zone and configure it as a BR
(button type) input. Once prompted for the serial number press and release the desired button twice to assign
that button to the zone. Refer to your specific alarm control panel or receiver instructions for details.
Operation
Note: For 2GIG panels pressing both the Away arming and Disarm key will activate the panic function, if
enabled in the control panel
Assigning Users to Remotes (Vista Panels)
When a zone is configured to arm or disarm the system with a wireless remote, that zone must be assigned to
a user code in the control panel for it to operate. Refer to the User Code programming section of your specific
control panel for details on assigning users to buttons.
Programmable options (not evaluated by ETL)
There are several programmable options available with this remote. To enter program mode press and hold
the Away Arming and Aux buttons until the LED turns on. While in programming mode the LED will flash.
Press the Away key to toggle between no delay or a 1s delay on all buttons.
Press the Disarm key to toggle between a normal delay set by the option above, or a 3 second
delay only on the AUX button.
Press the AUX button to toggle between a regular transmission for the AUX button (loop 1), or the
AUX button will simulate the double button press (Away arming and Disarming button) panic
function for 2GIG panels. Effectively creating a one button panic feature for 2GIG panels
Note: Do not program this feature if using with a Honeywell control panel.
Replacing the Battery
When the battery is low a signal will be send to the control panel, or when a button is pressed the LED will
appear dim or will not turn on at all. Follow these simple steps to replace the battery
1. With a key or small screwdriver, push up on the black tab located at the bottom of the remote (fig.1)
and slide the chrome trim off.
2. Carefully separate the front and back piece of plastic to reveal the battery
3. Replace with a CR2032 battery ensuring the + side of the battery faces up (fig.2)
4. Re-assemble the plastics and ensure they click together
5. Ensure the notch in the chrome trim is aligned with the back of the plastic. It will only go on one way.

Away Arming (Loop 3)
Press this button to arm your system when
no one will be home. All the sensors in the
systems will be in the armed mode.
Stay Arming (Loop 4)
Press this button to arm your system while
you are still at home. All the doors and
window will be armed but the motion
detectors will remain in standby mode.
Disarm (Loop 2)
Press this button to disarm your system. You do
not have to enter your access code when you
use this key to disarm the system.
Aux (Loop 1)
Press this button to activate the auxiliary
function assigned to this button. Refer to your
specific panel instructions for the available
options.

Ecolink Intelligent Technology Inc . warrants that for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase that this product is free
from defects in material and workmanship. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by shipping or handling, or
damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication, ordinary wear, improper maintenance, failure to follow
instructions or as a result of any unauthorized modifications.
If there is a defect in materials and workmanship under normal use within the warranty period Ecolink Intelligent Technology
Inc. shall, at its option, repair or replace the defective equipment upon return of the equipment to the original point of
purchase. The foregoing warranty shall apply only to the original buyer, and is and shall be in lieu of any and all other
warranties, whether expressed or implied and of all other obligations or liabilities on the part of Ecolink Intelligent Technology
Inc. neither assumes responsibility for, nor authorizes any other person purporting to act on its behalf to modify or to change
this warranty, nor to assume for it any other warranty or liability concerning this product. The maximum liability for Ecolink
Intelligent Technology Inc. under all circumstances for any warranty issue shall be limited to a replacement of the defective
product . It is recommended that the customer check their equipment on a regular basis for proper operation.
