4. Scope
This operating manual applies to all SmartKiosk operators and comprises of the following sections:
1. Cleaning
2. Setting up ecoTOTE
3. Topping up ecoTOTE with excess collection bottle
ecoTOTE must be set up with the appropriate connections to ensure that it is operational with the SmartKiosk. It
should be replaced whenever the machine shows that the volume is too low for a full bottle refill.
The procedure for cleaning and setting up the ecoTOTE may differ based on the purpose of cleaning. For ease of
understanding, the procedure has been split up in the following manner for ease of understanding.
For each brand of alcohol to be dispensed, there will be a corresponding empty bottle of the same brand to be
kept at the back of the SmartKiosk. This excess collection bottle is meant to collect excess alcohol in the
ecoTOTE that cannot be dispensed due to the minimum volume requirement. Steps to dispense this excess liquid
will be explained in the different ecoTOTE refill procedure, and the steps to pour the collected excess liquid from
the bottle to the ecoTOTE is described in Section 7.
