Assembling the Receptacle connector
7. Press the guiding pin (G) into the receptacle
socket (F).
8. Place the measuring tool (K) into the receptacle
housing (B)
9. Posion screen connuity wire in line with
the receptacle housing (B) and push the pin and
cable through the connector. Verify the nominal
dimension 27 mm using the measuring tool (K).
10. Remove the measuring tool (K) and guiding pin
(G).
Resin Filling
11. Place the connector housings separately
on a horizontally at surface. Make sure that
both housings are clean and dry.
12. Mix the resin according to the instrucon
on the resin bag.
13. Fill each opening slowly with the mixed resin unl the resin drop comes out from the air
holes. Place the protecve caps over each lling area with screen conducng wires through
each protecve cap hole.
14. Do not move it unl the resin is completely hardened. Aer 6 hours curing, connectors
are ready to be used.
Remember the EFLA Lock
15. Snap on the EFLA Lock (E) when using the connector with other EFLA products. With EFLA
Lock connecon withstands over 5 mes higher pulling force
16. Connect the screen connuity wires to cable terminals. Make sure that the joint will remain
straight.
