INTRODUCTION
With the Convection oven you can prepare delicious, healthy meals in less time than the
traditional methods, generally it is 20 –30 % quicker and use 70 –80 % less power.
What makes these superior results possible is our revolutionary approach to certain
time-honored cooking methods.
Professional cooks have long known that they could improve upon traditional oven
cooking by using a fan to accelerate the circulation on the oven’s hot air. Convection
oven consists of a round fan mounted on one side of a square metal box.
The Convention oven combines a circular bowl with a large fan mounted in the lid so that
hot air currents move down over the food, around the bowl’s sides, and then back up to
the fan. This creates a tornado-like flow of constantly moving, super-heated air that
cooks and browns food quickly and thoroughly.
The Convection oven used cooking racks that allow you to cook two or three levels of
food at once. In addition, when meat poultry or fish are cooked, fats and oils are blown
away and fall through the racks into the bottom of the bowl. You will cook lighter; (lower
in fat & cholesterol) more nutritious meals, with enhanced natural flavors.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Setting the temperature
When you are ready to use, select the required heat setting by turning the temperature control in
the clockwise direction (from 0°C to 250°C). The Convection oven heats up very quickly so
pre-heating is not always necessary. The green light illuminates until the required temperature is
reached.
Important note: The Convection oven will not turn on until the timer has been set.
The convection heater will turn itself on and off during operation when the heat setting has been
reached. This is to maintain the required temperature setting. When the set cooking time has
elapsed the Convection oven will turn off.
Temperature setting guide:
2. Setting the time
Select the required time setting by turning the Timer control in the clockwise direction (from 0 to
60 minutes). Once the timer has been set the fan motor will come on.
If the temperature has also been set, this will also activate the halogen heater.
Important note: the red LED power light will not come on until the timer has been set. The
handle must be in the down/on position for the Convection oven to operate.
3. Pre-heating
If pre-heating is required (although the convection oven heats quickly), adjust the temperature
control and set the time control 5 minutes. Once the temperature has been reached the halogen
heating element will turn off and on, this is the indication the oven has reached the required
temperature. Food can now be placed in the glass bowl and the correct cooking time can be set.
Caution: the glass bowl will be hot after pre-heating.
Important note: the timer control must not be turned counterclockwise, this may damage the
timer. Adjust carefully to the desired cooking time.
Warning: do not touch the surface of the halogen heating element –it will get extremely hot
when it is use and will remain hot for after some time.
Always remove the glass lid with the handle supplied, as this will deactivate the safety switch
and turn off the oven
