Introduction:
Congratulations on your purchase of your ETDFL Series Healing MAT
or ETDFL Healing Belt, also known as Dr Rife Healing Mat, and Dr Rife
Healing Belt.
Since 2016, the ETDFL MAT and ETDFL Belt have been used by
thousands of people with Electro Therapy Devices, to transmit the
Healing Frequencies to specific parts of the body.
The New Design 2017-2018 ETDFL Mats use advanced 3M conductive
rubber technologies built into a body wrap mat, which can now allow
your mat to be affixed to any area of the body. The 3M Rubber is a
safe and hygienic property, and can be easily cleaned for multiple
users.
ETDFL Recommend you only use the Rife Digital
Professional V2 (19v) * and Zapper Digital Professional V2
(19v) * with the ETDFL Mat/Belt
However, The ETDFL Mat & Belt are also compatible with:

The V2 Series have voltage adjustment which allows you to use the

the most efficient use of the ETDFL Mat technology.

Introduction to Electrotherapy with ETDFL Mat, and Belt
The following guide provides an introduction to Electrotherapy and
recommendations for the use of your Mat or Belt with your Electro
Therapy Device (ETD).
CAUTION:. Read this brochure carefully and use your Mat or Belt
exactly as directed!
Basics:
What is electrotherapy Mat / Belt treatment with the ETD for?
Use the ETDFL Healing Mat on any larger area of the body
(e.g. Stomach, Chest, Back to focus the electrotherapy at those
precise areas for more effective transmission of frequencies
Use the thinner, compact ETDFL Healing Belt around the Head,
Neck, Arm or Leg, for treatment of smaller areas.
Use electrotherapy to fight certain viruses, bacteria, parasites,
etc. The electrotherapy works in a similar way as Homeopathy:
using natural principles to heal the body. Everything around us
already has an electrical charge and thus a certain electrical
frequency - we are always and everywhere exposed to it. If you
have a specific virus, it lives in a given frequency field. Let us
assume for simplicity it lived only at one single electrical
frequency. When you feed the same frequency generated by an
ETD to your body (with very particular waves), the virus gets
over-stimulated and dies.
Use electrotherapy to restore vitality and health: The programs
are producing a harmonic resonance in the body. Each
symptom brings electric dissonance in the organism. With the
more general programs such as back pain, detoxification
programs for lung, liver, etc., the dissonance in the body will be
transformed into harmonic resonance. Such programs are
particularly useful for meridian treatments connected with 4
strap-combinations.

Technical Description: ETDFL MAT & BELT
Frequency range
Tested 0:01 Hz - 50 MHz
Frequency Wave and Sideband
Transmits all ETDFL frequencies with +99%†conductivity to the
body on the RDP-V2* and ZDP-V2* machines. All Dr Rife MOR
Carrier Wave and RF frequencies are reproduced through the
Positive and Grounded areas of the Mat and Belt with +99%†
efficiency.
Voltage input
Set your RFP-V2* / ZDP-V2* onto Voltage Level 12.5v DC.
Only at these lower voltages can you use the mat, or the belt
directly against the skin. If the frequency output is too intense,
then you can use a t-shirt between the Mat and your body.
Should you feel to increase voltage, do this one step at a time,
move to 14.5v and then 17.5v. If any sensitivity is noticed, then
switch voltage down.
- Note: All other models (16v) will require a T-shirt between
the mat and body as there are no voltage adjustments on
First Series Rife Machine, and TRIO series
Clinic Use, and Cleaning
If using the Mat or Belt for multiple people, or for a clinic, wipe
down the rubber area after use with a mild detergent. Do not use
alcohol directly on the rubber. You cannot wash the mat in a
washing machine, as this will affect the 3M Conductive Rubber
surface, You can wash by hand in warm water with a little
laundry liquid, however it is suggested to only use a mild
detergent "wipe down" method directly on the dry mat.

HOOKING UP ETDFL MAT:
Locate your "Leads" in your Rife Machine Bag, They are white in
color with 2 Buttons, Red and Black
Plug your power into the Red socket of machine, and
RUN/SWEEP your Program. Now Plug the Leads into One of
the Yellow Sockets. If using 2 mats then insert 2 sets of
leads.

ETDFL MAT: Bed Mat Method:
The Bed Mat Method is the traditional method for overnight
treatments with the Healing Mat and the RDP.V2
- Plug the Red and Black Leads into the ETDFL Mat. You will
notice that there is a RED button and a BLACK button on the top
of the mat, indicating where you connect each of the leads.
- Lay Mat on the bed. Make sure the Connection Point is
UNDER the mat, and the top side only shows the Rubber with the
Red and Black indictors (no wires on top of mat)
- Set your Machine to 12.5v and see if you can lay on the mat
directly. If there is too much sensitivity from the frequencies then
place a cotton sheet over the mat, and lay on a sheet.
If Sensitivity is not an issue, then switch the voltage up slowly
from 12.5v to 14.5v, and finally 17.5v, providing there are no
sensitivity issues

ETDFL MAT: Body Wrap Method, & Extension
The New Series ETDFL Mat now have Velcro added to the sides,
which permits a "Body Wrap". The Body Wrap Method, lets you
put the mat directly at the point of the body where the frequencies
can be focused most effectively.
Use the ETDFL MAT, Body wrap method, for treatment of
Breasts, Chest, Stomach, Groin area, Upper Back, Lower Back,
Buttocks. Basically any larger surface area, where the mat can
be attached around you.
An Extension Belt is provided with your ETDFL Mat, to suit
XL, XXL, 3XL sizes. Just wrap the mat around your
stomach, or back, the rubber side facing the body. If you
perceive that the Velcro on the existing ETDFL mat does not
"meet", then add the Extension Belt to the end of the mat,
and wrap this over the existing MAT. This method will allow
all Extra Large Sizes to be able to use the Body Wrap
method

-Make Sure the Mat is a comfortable fit, not too tight.
-Make Sure the Connection and wires are on the outside
-Ensure the Rubber mat side is facing the body
- Secure the outer Velcro wings down for a good fit
- Set your Machine to 12.5v and see if you can use the mat
against the skin directly. If there is too much sensitivity from the
frequencies then wear a thin cotton T-Shirt, and put the Mat over
the T-Shirt. Adjust Voltage up (14v, 17.5v) until a comfortable
level of frequencies can be received, without sensitivity issues.

ETDFL BELT: Wrap Methods
The New Series ETDFL Belt now have extended Velcro added to
the sides, which allows greater versatility and placement
possibilities. The Belt Wrap Method, lets you put the mat directly
at the point of the body where the frequencies can be focused
most effectively.
Head-Belt Forehead Method
-Make Sure the Belt is a comfortable fit, not too tight.
-Make Sure the Connection and wires are on the outside
-Ensure the Rubber mat side is facing the Head

ETDFL Arm-Belt Wrap Method
-Wrap Belt around Arm with Rubber facing Arm
-Make Sure the Connection and wires are on the outside
-Ensure the Rubber mat side is facing the Arm
Effective Belt Positioning around the Arm which allows
treatment of any part of the Arm, Upper or wrist. You may
have to wrap the belt over twice due to smaller arm
circumference.

FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions
What setting on the Rife Professional V2 do I use with the
Mat or Belt?
- We suggest you look up the exact frequency of the disorder for
the treatment. Often you will find the disorder listed within the
Presets of the machine. if not use the ETDFL book (Free
Download at ETDFL.COM) to look up the frequencies for the
disease to be treated.
I have a GB-4000 can I use the Mat and Belt on this
machine?
The GB-4000 uses old style banana plug fittings, you will have to
find someone to modify the wire system to make it work.
Can I use my Mat or Belt with the RFP.V2 Foot Straps?
Yes you can combine a Mat or Belt treatment while also using the
foot straps supplied with RDP.V2, use the second Yellow socket
on RDP.V2 for the second set of straps
Where can I buy the most up to date Rife Machine to use my
Mat/Belt accessory?
You can purchase the Rife Professional V2 directly from
ETDFL.com via shopping cart.
I use the Mat against my skin, and I felt a prickling sensation,
and high sensitivity:
Make sure your RDP.V2 machine is set to 12.5v if using directly
against the skin. If 12.5v is still too sensitive, then wear a light
thin T-shirt. Once the sensitivity issue is resolved, you can crank
up the voltage a little at a time (14.5v, 17.5v) permitting the
sensitivity issue does not return. The treatments are most
effective at 17.5v setting.

I tried to wrap the belt around my arm but it is too long, Help!
Ok, the arm has a smaller circumference, than say the leg, so
you can still use the belt effectively on the arm, but you must
wrap the Velcro around twice, overlapping the Velcro until you
have a good fit. Just make sure that the middle area where the
rubber is split by material have both sides of the rubber facing the
arm (contacting Positive & Ground)
I have a serious mouth/ tongue "Sarcoma" type issue, how
would I use the belt?
Ok, Wrap Belt over head with Rubber under Chin, - Make Sure
the Connection and wires are on the outside, Ensure the
Rubber mat side is facing upper neck / chin, This will treat the
whole mouth, tongue and part of the neck area. you can also opt
for the neck belt method also. See page 11 and 12
Can I use the Belt on my 1 year old child.
Yes the Belt may be more suitable than the larger Mat. With
small children, always use a t-shirt, or cotton top before fitting
Belt. Fit the belt over the T-shirt. Small children must be under
constant supervision when wearing Belt accessories, do not fit
belt around neck for safety reasons, caution must be exercised
when fitting belt around head. Do small treatment times, and
keep checking there are no sensitivity issues or rash. Only use
12.5v setting.
Can I use these accessories for my Dog or Cat, Animals?
Yes the Mat can be placed in the bedding of a Dog or Cat for
treatment, the belt can be used as a Dog/Car body wrap. You
can use the larger mat on horses, but will need to fit the
extension.

WARRANTY:
DOA Warranty: If your Mat or Belt arrives with any damage
caused by transport/ courier, it will be replaced immediately
3 Month Replacement Warranty: If your Mat or Belt have broken
with normal use, we will replace the item within 90 days. Cost of
shipping will be charged for the return of a new item to your
address.
Due to sanitary reasons a Mat or Belt will not be repaired by our
service center. We will always issue a new product, under
warranty.
Disclaimer
The E.T.D.F.L. (ETDFL.com) Labs holds no guarantee, that the ETDFL
Mat, Or ETDFL Belt will cure any specific diseases. The Belt and Mat
technologies have been tested for over 3 years in EU by researchers,
who have had successful results using the MAT in conjunction with the
Rife Digital Series only. The Mat has not been tested with any other
brand Rife Machine, so there are no guarantees should you alter the
equipment for other uses. The Mat itself is a Rubber Conductive
Conduit, and in itself does not perform any process without a machine
attached.
