WARNING.Neverstopatumbledryerbeforetheendofthedryingcycleunlessallitemsare
quicklyremovedandspreadoutsothattheheatisdissipiated.
Thisapplianceisnotintendedforusebyyoungchildrenorinrmpersonsunlessthey
havebeenadequatelysupervisedbyaresponsiblepersontoensurethattheycanuse
theappliancesafely.
Youngchildrenshouldbesupervisedtoensurethattheydonotplaywiththeappliance.

Tominimizetheriskofreinatumbledryer,thefollowingshouldbeobserved:
•Itemsthathavebeenspottedorsoakedwithvegetableorcookingoilconstituteare
hazardandshouldnotbeplacedinatumbledryer.
•Oil-affecteditemscanignitespontaneously,especiallywhenexposedtoheatsources
suchasinatumbledryer.Theitemsbecomewarm,causinganoxidationreactioninthe
oil.Oxidationcreatesheat.Iftheheatcannotescape,theitemscanbecomehotenough
tocatchre.Piling,stackingorstoringoilaffecteditemscanpreventheatfromescaping
andsocreatearehazard.Ifitisunavoidablethatfabricsthatcontainvegetableor
cookingoilorhavebeencontaminatedbyhaircareproductsbeplacedinatumble
dryertheyshouldrstbewashedinhotwaterwithextradetergent-thiswillreduce,
butnoteliminate,thehazard.The’cooldown’cycleoftumbledryersshouldbeused
toreducethetemperatureoftheitems.Theyshouldnotberemovedfromthetumble
dryerorpiledorstackedwhilehot.
•Itemsthathavebeenpreviouslycleanedin,washedin,soakedinorspottedwith
petrol/gasoline,dry-cleaningsolventsorotherammableorexplosivesubstances
shouldnotbeplacedinatumbledryer.Highlyammablesubstancescommonlyusedin
domesticenvironmentsincludeacetone,denaturedalcohol,petrol/gasoline,kerosene,
spotremovers(somebrands),turpentine,waxesandwaxremovers.
•Itemscontainingfoamrubber(alsoknownaslatexfoam)orsimilarlytexturedrubber.like
materialsshouldnotbedriedinatumbledryeronaheatsetting.Foamrubbermaterials
can,whenheated,producerebyspontaneouscombustion.
•Fabricsoftenersorsimilarproductsshouldnotbeusedinatumbledryertoeliminate
theeffectsofstaticelectricityunlessthispracticeisspecicallyrecommendedbythe
manufacturerofthefabricsoftenerorproduct.
•Undergarmentsthatcontainmetalreinforcementsshouldnotbeplacedinatumbledryer.
Damagetothetumbledryercanresultifmetalreinforcementscomelooseduringdrying.
Whenavailableadryingrackcouldbeusedforsuchitems.
•Plasticarticlessuchasshowercapsorbabies’waterproofnapkincoversshouldnotbe
placedinatumbledryer.
•Rubber-backedarticles,clothesttedwithfoamrubberpads,pillows,galoshesand
rubber-coatedtennisshoesshouldnotbeplacedinatumbledryer.

Thisappliancecanbeusedbychildrenagedfrom8yearsandaboveandpersonswithreducedphysical,
sensoryormentalcapabilitiesorlackofexperienceandknowledgeiftheyhavebeengivensupervisionor
instructionconcerninguseoftheapplianceinasafewayandunderstandthehazardsinvolved.Children
shallnotplaywiththeappliance.Cleaningandusermaintenanceshallnotbemadebychildrenwithout
supervision.
Childrenoflessthan3yearsshouldbekeptawayunlesscontinuouslysupervised.
Themachineisnottobeusedifindustrialchemicalshavebeenusedforcleaning.
Donotdryunwasheditemsinthemachine.
Itemsthathavebeensoiledwithsubstancessuchascookingoil,acetone,alcohol,petrol,kerosene,spot
removers,turpentine,waxesandwaxremoversshouldbewashedinhotwaterwithanextraamount
ofdetergentbeforebeingdriedinthemachine.
Itemssuchasfoamrubber(latexfoam),showercaps,waterprooftextiles,rubberbackedarticlesand
clothesorpillowsttedwithfoamrubberpadsshouldnotbedriedinthemachine.
Fabricsoftenersorsimilarproductsshouldbeusedasspeciedbythefabricsoftenerinstructions.
Thenalpartofadryingcycleoccurswithoutheat(cooldowncycle)toensurethattheitemsareleftata
temperaturethatensuresthattheitemswillnotbedamaged.
Removeallobjectsfrompocketssuchaslightersandmatches.
WARNING.Neverstopthemachinebeforetheendofthedryingcycleunlessallitemsarequicklyremoved
andspreadoutsothattheheatisdissipated.
Adequateventilationhastobeprovidedtoavoidthebackowofgasesintotheroomforappliances
burningotherfuels,includingopenres.
Exhaustairmustnotbedischargedintoauewhichisusedforexhaustingfumesfromappliancesburning
gasorotherfuels.
Themachinemustnotbeinstalledbehindalockabledoor,aslidingdoororadoorwithahingeonthe
oppositesidetothatofthemachine.
Ifthemachinehasalinttrapthishastobecleanedfrequently.
Thelintmustnotbeaccumulatedaroundthemachine.
DONOTMODIFYTHISAPPLIANCE.
AllexternalequipmentwhichisconnectedtothemachinemustbeCE/EMC-approvedandconnectedusing
anapprovedshieldedcable.
Allexternalequipmentmustbeconnectedaccordingtotheinstructionsintheinstallationmanual.
Inordertopreventdamagetotheelectronics(andotherparts)thatmayoccurastheresultofcondensation,
themachineshouldbeplacedinroomtemperaturefor24hoursbeforebeingusedforthersttime.
Servicingshallbecarriedoutonlybyauthorizedpersonnel.
Onlyauthorizedsparepartsshallbeused.
Whenperformingserviceorreplacingparts,thepowermustbedisconnected.

adjustmentoftheappliancearecompatible.

TRICHLOROETHYLENEorCHLOROFLUOROCONTAININGHYDROCARBONSascleaningagents.

Removetheboltsbetweenthemachineandpallet.Therearetwoboltsinthefrontofthemachine
andtwointhebackofthemachine.Removethelowerfrontpanelandremovethetwoboltsin
thefrontofthemachine.Removethelowerrearpanelandremovethetwoboltsinthebackof
themachine.Remountthepanelswhendone.
