Wall mounted burner range
The Electrolux thermaline S90 cooking equipment is designed for the very heavy duty requirements of small
institutions, hotels and restaurants. The range consists of a wide choice of modular elements that can be
installed as individual free-standing or wall mounted units, or assembled into a complete cooking suite.
Construction based on an internal stainless steel frame combined with a new plug-connection system ensures
that individual modules can be solidly connected with a virtually seamless working surface. The modules
described in detail on this sheet have independently controlled open burners and are wall mounted without any
base underneath.
EASY TO USE
• Different sizes of burners to suit
different cooking requirements
from rapid boiling to a gentle
simmer process.
• Manual gas valves with fixed
high and low positions allow
precise control of the flame
intensity.
• Large sized pan support in
stainless steel with long center fins
to allow the use of the largest
down to the smallest pans.
• The level of the pan support and
the top of the unit is the same,
which means it is possible to
move pans around the surface
without lifting (option not available
for the 10 KW burners).
EASY TO MAINTAIN
• Removable pan supports, burner
rings and flame ignition
components.
• Simply, convenient operation
with highly visible control panels
and knobs.
• Gas main valve built in as
standard.
EASY ON THE ENVIRONMENT
• 98% of the unit is recyclable by
weight.
• Packing free of toxic substances.

MATERIALS
• Body is made of stainless steel
AISI 304 and pan supports are
made of cast iron.
• 3 mm work top in AISI 304
stainless steel.
• “Lasertec connection system” in
AISI 304 stainless steel creates a
nearly seamless work top.
• Heavy duty internal frame with
reinforcement on the top of 4 mm
in AISI 304 S/S.
APPROVALS
• The appliances are IPX5 certified
against water jets.
• All appliances are developed
and assembled according to
European safety and hygiene
standards and are H marked.
MODELS
• Some models are supplied with
the Ecoflam pan detection system,
which has the advantage of saving
energy and reducing unnecessary
heat radiation in the kitchen
(option not available for the 10 KW
burners).
• All the models have a C-board of
43 mm . The C-board on the rear
side of the appliances closes any
kind of gap between the unit and
the wall, for better hygiene.
• Models 582550 and 582551
have a power of 10 Kw.
