WIRING SAFETY FOR UK USE ONLY
IMPORTANT
As the colours in the
mains lead of this
appliance may not
correspond with the
coloured markings
identifying the terminals
in your plug, please
proceed as follows:
The wires in the mains lead are coloured in
accordance with the following code:
Blue neutral [N] Brown live [L]
Plug Fitting Details (Where Applicable).
The wire coloured blue is the neutral and must be
connected to the terminal marked [N] or coloured
black.
The wire coloured brown is the live wire and
must be connected to the terminal marked [L] or
coloured red.
On no account must either the brown or the blue
wire be connected to the [EARTH] terminal .
Always ensure that the cord grip is fastened
correctly.
The plug must be tted with a fuse of the same
rating already tted and conforming to BS 1362
and be ASTA approved.
If in doubt consult a qualied electrician who will
be pleased to do this for you.
Non-Rewireable Mains Plug
If your appliance is supplied with a non-rewireable
plug tted to the mains lead and should the fuse
need replacing, you must use an ASTA approved
one (conforming to BS 1362 of the same rating).
If in doubt, consult a qualied electrician who will
be pleased to do this for you.
If you need to remove the plug - disconnect it
from the mains - and then cut o the mains lead
and immediately dispose of it safely.
Never attempt to reuse the plug or insert it into a
socket outlet as there is a danger of an electric
shock.

BEFORE YOUR FIRST USE:
• Remove the parts from the packaging.
• Place on a at, dry surface.
• Remove any promotional labels or stickers.
• Wash all surfaces that will come into contact with food in warm soapy water, rinse and dry with a
dish towel.
Dispose of the packaging in a responsible manner.

USING YOUR APPLIANCE
1. Fit the power unit into the lid, It will click
into place.
2. Fit the paddle into the power unit.
3. Remove the freezer bowl from the freezer.
4. Lower the assembled lid/power unit/paddle
onto the freezer bowl and turn clockwise to
lock into position.
5. You can now switch the ice cream maker
on using the On/O button switch.
THE MACHINE MUST BE SWITCHED ON
BEFORE ADDING THE ICE CREAM OR
SORBET RECIPE TO PREVENT THE MIX FROM
IMMEDIATELY FREEZING ON THE INSIDE OF
THE BOWL.
6. Use the chute and pour the ice cream or
sorbet mix into the freezer bowl.
7. Switch o and remove the power unit/lid.
The ice cream is ready to serve.
Note:
• When pouring mixture into the bowl, always
stop at least 4 cm (1.5 inches) from the
top, as the mixture will increase in volume
during freezing.
• Allow the mixture to churn until frozen or
the desired consistency is reached. This
can take up to 15 to 30 minutes, but most
recipes will be ready in less time.
• We recommend freezing the freezer bowl
for 8 hours prior to use.

IMPORTANT
• DO NOT stop and start the machine during
the freezing process, as the mixture may
freeze in contact with the bowl and prevent
movement of the paddle.
• To avoid overheating the motor, the
direction of rotation will change if the
mixture becomes too thick. If the direction
of rotation continues to change, stop the
machine when the mixture is ready.
• In the unlikely event of the motor
overheating, a safety cut out will operate
causing the motor to stop. If this happens,
switch o, unplug the machine and allow
the power unit to cool.
• The ice cream produced should be a soft
spoonable type. This can be transferred
to a separate container for storage in the
freezer or if you wish to rm the ice cream
before eating.
• DO NOT use metal utensils to remove mix
from the bowl.
• DO NOT remove the freezer bowl from the
freezer until ready to make ice cream.
Note:
• We suggest that you keep the freezer bowl
in the freezer so that it is ready for use.
• Place in a plastic bag before freezing.
Freeze the bowl in the upright position.
• Always make sure the freezer bowl is
thoroughly dry before placing in the freezer.
• Do not puncture or heat the freezer bowl.
• The freezer bowl should be placed in a
freezer that is operating at a temperature
of -18° Centigrade (-0.40° Fahrenheit) or
below for 8 hours before use.
• For best results always refrigerate the
ingredients before making ice cream.
• The addition of alcohol to recipes inhibits
the freezing process.
Milk Ice Cream
Ingredients
350ml Skimmed milk
150ml Whipping cream
50g White sugar
Method
1. Important: Place the cooling bowl in
the freezer for at least 8 hours prior to
preparing your ice cream mixture.
2. Stir the cream until it has thickened and
forms peaks
3. Mix in all the ingredients, then place inside
the refrigerator and cool down to around
5-10℃.
4. Switch on and put the mixed ingredients
inside the ice cream maker.
Banana Ice Cream
Ingredients
1 Large ripe banana
250ml Skimmed milk
160ml Whipping cream
50g White sugar
Method
1. Important: Place the cooling bowl in
the freezer for at least 8 hours prior to
preparing your ice cream mixture.
2. Mash the banana.
3. Stir the cream until it has thickened and
forms peaks
4. Mix in all the ingredients, then place inside
the refrigerator and cool down to around
5-10℃.
5. Switch on and put the mixed ingredients
inside the ice cream maker.

Mango Ice Cream
Ingredients
2pcs (about 200g) Mango
180 ml Skimmed milk
120ml Whipping cream
50g White sugar
Method
1. Important: Place the cooling bowl in
the freezer for at least 8 hours prior to
preparing your ice cream mixture.
2. Mash the mango.
3. Stir the cream until it has thickened and
forms peaks
4. Mix in all the ingredients, then place inside
the refrigerator and cool down to around
5-10℃.
5. Switch on the unit and put the mixed
ingredients inside the ice cream maker.
Strawberry Ice Cream
Ingredients
200g Fresh strawberries
190ml Skimmed milk
120ml Whipping cream
40g White sugar
Method
1. Important: Place the cooling bowl in
the freezer for at least 8 hours prior to
preparing your ice cream mixture.
2. Mash the strawberries.
3. Stir the cream until it has thickened and
forms peaks
4. Mix in all the ingredients, then place inside
the refrigerator and cool down to around
5-10℃.
5. Switch on and put the mixed ingredients
inside the ice cream maker.
Chocolate Ice Cream
Ingredients
70g Chocolate
270ml Skimmed milk
170ml Whipping cream
40g White sugar
Method
1. Important: Place the cooling bowl in
the freezer for at least 8 hours prior to
preparing your ice cream mixture.
2. Warm up the Skimmed milk and white
sugar. Then put the chocolate inside until
it melted.
3. Stir the cream until it has thickened.
4. Mix in all the ingredients, then place inside
the refrigerator and cool down to around
5-10℃.
5. Switch on and put the mixed ingredients
inside the ice cream maker.
Yoghurt Ice Cream
Ingredients
245ml Yoghurt
15ml Whipping cream
50g White sugar
90ml Strawberry juice
10ml Lemon juice
Method
1. Important: Place the cooling bowl in
the freezer for at least 8 hours prior to
preparing your ice cream mixture.
2. Stir the cream until it has thickened and
forms peaks
3. Mix in all the ingredients, then place inside
the refrigerator and cool down to around
5-10℃.
4. Switch on and put the mixed ingredients
inside the ice cream maker.

Cheesecake Ice Cream
Ingredients
1 vanilla pod
150 ml milk
1/2 packet of vanilla sugar
2 egg yolks
50g sugar
150g cream
Method
5. Cut the vanilla bean lengthwise and scratch
out the vanilla seeds using a sharp knife.
Put the milk, vanilla sugar, vanilla pod and
seeds into a saucepan and allow to come
briey to the boil.
6. Remove the saucepan from the stove and
allow to infuse for approx 10 mins. Beat
the egg yolk and sugar using a hand mixer
for about 5 mins until the mixture thick and
creamy.
7. Remove the vanilla pod from the milk and
pour the hot milk into the egg mixture while
stirring constantly. Pour the hot milk into
the mixture in a thin stream, otherwise there
is a risk that the eggs will separate.
8. Put the egg milk into the saucepan and
heat slowly (do not boil), stirring with a
whisk, until the mixture thickens. Now put
the ice cream mixture into the refrigerator
for at least 12/max. 24 hours.
9. Beat the cream until it is sti then fold it into
the cooled mixture. Now you can place the
prepared the ice cream mixture into the ice
cream maker.

Cleaning and Care
It is important that you follow the cleaning
instructions soon after use to prevent build-up of
food on the appliance.
• Before cleaning ensure that the motor unit
is switched o and that the wall socket is in
the o position.
• We would recommend hand washing of the
attachments.
• The motor unit can be wiped down with a
soft damp cloth and a little detergent for
greasy or stubborn stains.
• Ensure that the attachments are dried
before storing.
Freezer Bowl
• Allow the freezer bowl to reach room
temperature before attempting to clean.
• Wash the inside of the bowl, and then dry
thoroughly. Do not immerse in water.
Paddle
• Remove the paddle from the power unit.
• Wash then dry thoroughly.
Lid
• Wash the lid then dry thoroughly.
Power unit
• Wipe with a damp cloth, and then dry.
IMPORTANT!
Allow to dry fully after cleaning before using
again.
Do not use the appliance if damp. Ensure the
appliance is completely clean and dry before
storing.
Storage
When the appliance is not in use, disconnect
from the mains supply and store in a safe, dry
place, out of reach of children.
